The shopping experience at the Ladys Island Sherwin Williams was very good. I was able to call in the order. When I got to there the paint was waiting for me. The sales associate was very helpful. He directed me to the right accessories. Then, he carried everything out to my vehicle. Service with a smile!

Its always clean and Im treated fair and with respect for any issues Ive had. Its only been a few issues. Pricing is affordable for everyday items on your shopping list.

I went in for oil based paint and a oil based paint brush! He got what I needed and I left. Took maybe 5 minutes!

The new employee that helped me had no idea what she was doing and the manager just left her alone in charge to make a phone call. I brought in a paint can lid from a can of sherwin williams paint. She said it was not sherwin williams when it clearly was. I had to point out the paint code to her. You should train your employees better

My husband just returned from spending about $200 in the Ladys Island SW store. He was the only one in the store and he had a list of supplies I needed. The employee was very rude and seemd to be extremely bothered when asked for help. From now on we will drive to another SW store or go to Lowes or Home Depot.
