Showed up at 955pm for just a bag of ice. Pulled in and the short guy with glasses (who Is always rude the times I have been in the store) walked up to the door and motioned to his hand at his neck and shook his head no....WOW!! We just moved to tht neighborhood and will not be spending our money here!!

Dante is always friendly and willing to help. One of the better, if not not best,, Dollar Generals in Beaufort.

This particular store was well stocked. The store was clean & what I really liked was when the one register was being used and a line was forming another employee immediately opened up a second one. If only that one register had been open l guess l would have been in line maybe 20- 25 minutes. Good job of 2nd employee to open up the register when they saw the need without being told. Good customer service 🙂

Friendly greeting there but only one cashier and the line goes all the way to the back door need more customer service from 3 to 9 p.m. but on a good note they have everything that I need

I am in here once a week. I feel they need more staff or an over night crew to stock shelves better. The people that are there are great.

It was great, the bathrooms were clean, the items in the store didnt cost too much or too cheap so it was a great experience having to buy items that doesnt cost as much. Im saying this because where I am its summer so, its fantastic for trips or if your going to the beach to have fun.

Very disorganized. Employees seem miserable. Boxes stacked everywhere could not get to shelves for product. No one answers the phone at this location ever.

Good experience, was on a weekend trip. Was right in my path saved me from hunting for a different place to shop. Can always depend on running into a Dollar General store when Im in a different city

The manger is very rude she sits in the office all night with a guy that doesnt work there... The night shift cashier is a racist he only ask black customers for ID and ask the white customers for the birthday even when only buying a lighter they ask for ID.. Cant even buy childrens meds with them saying ID... I HATE THIS STORE AND THE WORKERS IN THERE

I just went to this DG to make a purchase like I always do because they are close to my home so I visit there VERY frequently. I got to the counter to pay for my item and as Im getting my money out I ask for a bag for my item because I saw he was still holding it in his hand. He tells me No because they are short on bags this weekend and I only bought 1 item, he then proceeds to tell me if I buy under 5 items he cant give me a bag. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. I go here frequently and this short white guy with glasses is not there often and if he is its the weekend. I do not believe he is a manager and I told him to keep the item. I dont have to buy from them, and its ridiculous that he refused me a bag when im spending MY money there, whether its one item or not. Got me fd up.

Purchase dvd few months ago one disc work the other did not could not find receipt would not exchange only 5 dollars wow eve walmart exchangr for $20 my shoping will be limited if not stopped spend a lot of money at that store. Many times prices are one thing on selves another at register very bad news!
