Store was very clean and organized. Also, the salespeople were very helpful.

This store has excellent service. My headlight broke on my vacation and the gentleman came out took out the broken light bulb and put in the new one something I never could have done myself due to the bulb being so tightly put in.

The thing that stood out to me the most was that I hadnt been in this location for probably a year or so and the guy remembered me! I know there are a ton of people in and out of here day in and day out, but for him to remember me, was awesome! The staff have always been as helpful and informative as you should expect from people who arent directly in the repair industry (and they are usually honest when they are at a loss). They sincerely try to help you resolve any issues to the best of their ability!

Website In Stock not accurate, but sales associate did help me find another suitable part and gave me a 10% discount for the trouble as well, so I was satisfied. It is nice they are open until 10pm most days, given the current circumstances.

Mr. Costa is one of the best managers I’ve experienced at any auto parts store. I can honestly say he is knowledgeable and takes care of the every day man who works hard to put food on the table. Definitely a man of integrity

You have a young man that works there with a diamond earrings on. cant remember his name. I know he used to work at the C store on Laurel bay. he needs an attitude adjustment and critical customer service skills. Long story short it was too early in the morning to have to deal with someone who obviously doesnt like where they work. and pretends like they are doing me a favor by serving customers. keep in mind the store was empty and all I needed was some headlights wipers and fluid

I cant even begin to tell you how helpful Michael was yesterday. I was having trouble with my vehicle and he helped me run the codes test on it as well as the alternator and battery test. He was very nice throughout the whole experience and I am even going back today to get a new battery from there because of my experience. I will now only be shopping for all of my car needs at the Beaufort AutoZone

AutoZone is a good place if youre dealing with the right person when you get in there half of the people that work there really dont know Auto Parts

Went in to get a new ball for my hitch and needed the old one taken off first. Eric and John went out of their way to assist me, very friendly just outstanding customer service. John even bought a bottle of goo gone so I could wash the grease off my hands. Will definitely always remember the way they treated me!

Not sure who was on the phone for the morning shift today but he sounded very incompetent, and like he rolled out of bed 2 minutes ago. Couldnt seem to find a simple part that the evening shift night before had found.

Polite and helpful. Asked if they still had a special for oil and oil filter and hook me right up and even got the oil filter and oil for me. They will work to get parts you need as well in a more than reasonable time frame. I have been going to this AutoZone for over 2 years now for all my needs. I highly recommend going here for all your auto needs.

If they dont have it they find other stores/shops that do and get it delivered to them so you dont have to go out of your way to find it or drive to another shop. Great prices and they match just about any price for whatever you are looking for.

They dont carry the high end manufacturers, like Rockford Fosgate.Also, theyre prices are a little on the high side as well. I found nearly everything in their store online for less.The staff is extremely knowledgeable, though.

Helpful people, however, make sure when you order a part you double check with them before you leave the store, a strange glitch in their system allowed me to purchase a part, but never ordered it.

Ordered a part on Monday they said it would be there on Tuesday called because they told me to call at 12 to see if it has been on the truck to be delivered got answers the phone says yes sir your part is here just came in on the truck that was at 12:30 I show up at 4 and the guy said I just ordered it today I said no sir I did not order today I ordered it yesterday oh well let me go check pulls a piece of paper from the register like a receipt goes back in the back tells me his manager reordered my Park well if he reordered my part he would have seen my phone number did he call me to let me know no he did not so my experience has been bad so lets cross our fingers and my part might be in today good thing I didnt have to go out of town not good people to deal with bad management ask to speak to a manager he said managers not here but this guy over here is a manager just like me but he just said what no manager there now theres two managers and one gone so theres three managers working at one store and still couldnt call the customer to let them know that they had to reorder my part as I was saying poor management and customer service

Good auto store. Fairly knowledgeable staff, who were courteous and helpful. Problem with the STP oil filter not being the correct one, but that was the books fault.It would be very nice if they opened a store on the island as the drive 15mi through downtown stinks no mate what time of the day. Maybe give the new Walmart some competition, and be the only auto parts store on the island. Just saying😐

Clerk was helpful, however, they seemed under staffed for Sunday rush. They also did not have the diesel biocide I was looking for (listed as a retailer online) and could not order it.
