According to Frederick Smith, Chairman, and CEO of FedEx, each employee must act with integrity to maintain a safe workplace that values diversity, inclusion, and respect. This review highlights the need for the administration to enforce the code of conduct set by Mr. Smith. It also draws attention to the need for additional training on professionalism and supervision for continuous improvement.On May 29, 2021, I visited the FedEx office location at 27450 Chagrin Blvd, Beachwood, Ohio 44122 in the afternoon. Upon arrival, I greeted John, who is a clerk, approximately three times making sure to apply wait time between each greeting. John, however, did not respond to my greeting with a greeting. This action is deemed disrespectful in almost all cultures as it shows a lack of acknowledgment. Another employee overheard the interaction and assisted me after John walked away from the service area while making negative comments.John does not work in a vacuum. He is part of a company that enables or constrains his actions while on the clock. CEO and Chairman Fredrick Smith describes high standards for conduct that guide the behaviors of his team members. The goal is not just to set standards but to enforce them so inclusion, diversity, and respect become the reality for all.

This is my first time ever posting a Google review but the female assistant manager working today certainly earned this 1-star rating. She was incredibly rude and argumentative. You would think with a 3.1 rating they would put more effort into improving customer service.

Sharmaine was very rude and inspite of me telling her that the destination address she was typing was incorrect.She said STOP LISTEN AND NOT TALK... I was shocked ... The package indeed reached the wrong place and my family had to urge the local FedEx team at the destination to hold on to the package and we had to rush and collect it..No customer must be treated this way .

Not world class customer service. Asked a rep a standard question and she was unable to give me a starting price for mailing an envelope. Improvement for answering basic questions is needed.

The staff at this location are great and very helpful. The one star for FedEx on a whole NOT THIS LOCATION! Unfortunately the company itself is dyer and I wont be using Fedex again. Its been one too many problems with Fedex over the years and these latest issues with my packages, rude customer service representatives advising to google how to complete documents pertinent to the package clearing customs, customer service representatives hanging up the phone on me MULTIPLE TIMES when calling for assistance, time sensitive packages not being delivered as scheduled, packages being STOLEN by drivers or drivers CLAIMING to have delivered packages and above all the extortionate fees.

Woman at the front desk was unbelievably rude. I was trying to track a package that was delivered to me but that I wasn’t home to sign for. I requested to pick it up in Beachwood but was unable to confirm where or when to pick it up. I tried asking for help very calmly and politely and this woman treated me like I was inept. When I said that I didn’t understand why she couldn’t provide tracking info, she said “maybe you’re not meant to understand.” Never going back.

Ive only used this place once so far. this place is huge inside. and sells cards and offers a bunch of copy, scan, print features. they had more than one person working and were able to take my package quickly and provide a return receipt. simple, efficient, without issue. one forgets to appreciate this unless something goes wrong.

My wife visited the Chagrin Blvd FedEx store in Woodmere, OH today at 7.15 PM. The woman at the counter (she was the only one there) asked her if she wanted to use Ground or Express shipping. When my wife asked how long it would take if she chose Ground the employee looked at her and scoffed ARE YOU ALL RIGHT? in a rude way. My wife responded yes, why do you ask?, to which the FedEx employee responded well, you just look....I cant even put it into words!. She proceeded to rudely imply that my wife was impaired in some way simply for asking an innocent question. The way she spoke was very demeaning and my wife felt extremely humiliated. She was visibly shaken and upset and stated that she had never experienced this type of behavior in any store in her entire life. Her prior experiences in this store have been positive, so she was shocked to be treated in this way by a FedEx employee. I am reporting this matter so that other customers are not subjected to this demeaning behavior. I hope FedEx will take this matter seriously.

I will never step foot in this organization again. The staff do not acknowledge you or when I come in for copies they take for granted that you know how to run there machines and just give you a key. Very disorganized and when you come in for a document to be created and they feel its to difficult they brush you off. The staff do not listen. The staff I dealt with was Toni Vince and Simone they just looked at me like they did not know what I was talking about I stood at the counter for 30 minutes stating I wanted my document in a pamphlet form but they wanted to do it there way I had this document printed at Cleveland Heights Library and the staff helped and assisted me to print out my document in form of a pamphlet the staff was very helpful the librarian did exactly what I wanted Take your document and business elsewhere. All I have to say Kinko was the best and they delivered quality work and offer advice and other ways to print or give you quality print and product The staff there suck

Been to this location several times and haven’t been as disrespected as when Michael is working. Never had a problem with other staff but twice this week, interacting with Michael has left me looking for another location to regularly use. Michael is condescending, interrupts customers constantly, largely unhelpful, and arrogant. Management should remove him for retraining or helping him find another job where customer interaction isn’t required. Simon is opposite in every way however and a joy to work with.

I shipped packages to Mexico for my wedding on Nov. 10th. My packages proceeded to get stuck in customs because the representative but I was shipping textiles even though I wrote a complete commodity list of what was in each box for the representative. I was also not informed that if the shipment was declared at over $1000 that I would need a Mexican broker to clear it. So I have NONE of the decorations for my wedding!!! Also, if this happens to you, you have to have a FedEX account to ship your items back, WTF! This basically ruined my entire wedding weekend so thanks for that.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and when you get a day when the arent many people there, it is great. Any time there are more than two people in line, it takes 4 years to get out the door. Everyone who comes, leaves, frustrated. Otherwise it is great. Just wish they would be faster.

This review is for Fed Ex shipping, not the store.I placed an order with a company that uses Fed Ex to ship. The company promises 2 day delivery but its been 5 days and still nothing. When I called the company about my order they told me that Fed Ex was delayed due to weather...what weather??? It is cold, thats it!! Because this company uses Fed Ex, Im done with them, not would I bother with Fed Ex in ANY way, ever again.

The true test of a customer focused organization is how they deal with difficult situations. We ordered a small print run online, something along the way got mixed up. Long story short, this store made it right. Props to the manager Simon for stepping up and fixing our problem.

Needed a pdf doc printed in color stored on the cloud. Arrived and their color printers were broken. Was told to use the machines in the public area that have a tablet to access cloud docs. Five minutes later manager came over to tell me to tell when I was done, sans please. Two minutes later I was aked to vacate machine. After numerous attempts tablet did not access docs. Looks like this office is running on one machine. I quickly was reminded why I hadnt returned to this store in 5 years. As if that was not enough when I got home had change passwords on cloud account, office computer, phone, tablet and home computer. Git the same thing done at competitors in 5 minutes.

I come in here almost every Saturday and they only have one working in the evenings and it’s always busy and the poor guy is to do everything by him self I’m disappointed that fedex would be so under staffed and over work this guy hope this is read and makes a difference 🙏
