This was my first time in the container store and I was blown away by it. It is literally an organizers dream! Everythings was well layed out and fully stocked. Currently they are running the returning to college event, but the nice thing is they have a lot of cute things devoted to that.I loved their selection of hangers and organizers for my vanity drawers and their selection of baskets was tremendous, and they can be used for multiple purposes.Although the checkout was very fast and easy, the lady was upset with me cause I was using Google Pay and having a hard time getting the right card loaded on it, so she went to a different register and helped someone until my transaction went through. I apologized but I could tell she was still annoyed. Even though this was the only bad thing that happened in the store (which I feel bad about) I would definitely give this store high ratings and recommend it to everyone!

Checkout took a little longer than expected for Monday afternoon. But the staff are super friendly.

As you might expect with the name of the store, they are specialists. They have better than average prices on the items you might get anywhere, and they have unique items you couldnt find anywhere else.Its a well put together store, open and airy. I bought a couple of hat racks that are impossible to find anywhere else.

Great assortment of items. Found exactly what I was looking for. The didnt have as many as I wanted, but they advised me that more - a small amount of them - were arriving next week. I could pay for the additional ones I wanted and would be notified as soon as they came in. Wonderful staff at this store.

I am a organization freak when it comes to my home. This place has it all!!! Storage for home, bathroom, garage, closets, everything you could think of. Jewelry trays, office supplies, glasses, kitchen accessories. Love it here!!!

Good for organizing. Prices are okayish

I have never been to the store but the online service is poor. I ordered on 10/1 for my new kitchen project. I still have not received my product. I got an email shortly after ordering stating 2 to 4 weeks for shipping. I responded to that email twice stating that was not acceptable and I need to cancel as I need the items sooner. I then called a few days ago was assured I received the email in error and nothing was on backorder so it should ship soon. It has now been 13 day and no sign of my order being processed let alone shipped. This is unacceptable!

I dont know about the place. But online ordering? Not so great. In early April, I was looking for a set of large covered jars for my countertop. One that I had, a Anchor Hocking, had cracked at the base and another had shattered altogether. But Ive had them for years. I decided to replace them and get another of the smaller size to hold sugar. Well they didnt come and in June I found a large jar that would do almost as well and cancelled my order on the Container Store website.Except I guess I didnt. Yesterday, July 23, the two smaller jars finally arrived. Darn it, the lids dont fit. They were clearly made for even smaller jars and someone decided that since they dont actually fall INTO the jars, theyll do well enough. Very disappointing. The larger jar doesnt have the lid problem, but of course I dont really need it now. I guess I will find something to put in it.This is not a satisfactory Container Store experience. Ill never do this again.

Everything to contain anything (for a price...)

Had no idea what this place was before entering. For a person who loves organization this is now my all time favorite store. Had to put things back on the shelf because I couldnt afford to buy EVERYTHING I wanted to. There are things here I didnt realize I needed/wanted until I saw them. This store has something for every room in the house to keep things neat, tidy and organized.

Great store-organized and great customer service.

This place has a container for (almost) everything. It a great store to walk to get ideas or fund something new. A lot of this type of stuff can be found at other stores but not so many choices and altogether laid out with ideas how best to use them. Its a great store to walk before you start cleaning a room then go grab a few items after your done as a reward. Or just walk around after a meal or while waiting to pick up Chinese that in the building. Well worth the look.

So I ordered two containers for $40. Realized that the containers were too small so was hoping to exchange for bigger containers. Didn’t have any bigger containers so I just need to return them. Ended up being $35 to return and no reimbursement. Spent $35 on a $40 order. Got no boxes and I’m out $35 for the return fee. This company should give return labels. This is crazy. $35 on nothing.

Its a container store, they, uhh, have lots of containers. I needed a jar for something and they have entire rows of jars. A little overwhelming, to be honest! But anyway, they had some reasonably priced ordinary stuff alongside lots of higher-priced fancy aesthetic stuff, and honestly I had thought theyd only have high-priced fancy stuff. I ended up also getting a basic whiteboard here because it was cheaper than the same thing on Amazon. Hey, works for me.

Good selection of items. We were looking for office organization items and there are a lot that are either plastic it wire mesh. More in a wood or more solid material would be nice. People who work there provide good service.

Using their curbside pickup it a joke. It’s been 35 minutes and we’re still waiting. Employees don’t seem to have a clue or system that works. Called 4 times, talked to 2 different people and was told they’re headed out with our order...nope nothing. I’m the last person on the planet to leave negative reviews but this experience has been beyond frustrating.

This is an AWESOME PLACE !!! One of my favorite stores! I feel like I need everything in that store! If you have not been there...GO NOW! If you need help with organizing...or just want to see some awesome stuff...this is the place for you!

Im so happy that they added one in Cleveland! Now I dont have to drive 4 hours for storage bins Lol! 😂😂😂 this store is huge and has the best selection of home storage and everything else you need and didnt think you needed for your home! Its a little pricey but the stuff is so nice and creative!

Great product & Heather at the Beachwood store was awesome.

I was expecting to like this store a lot and was disappointed. Things are generally pretty expensive and there arent as many options for basic things that I thought theyd have (i.e. sets of plastic drawers). I guess its worth a look depending on what you need, but we ended up not getting anything there.

Love it! Im an organization junkie, so this is my store! Pretty expensive and its difficult to find things easily, but fun. Go there and youll realize that you NEED more closet and kitchen gadgets!

Over priced items. Will not waste my hard earned money, when I can shop down the street and get the same exact item for half the cost. And this was not just one item, 75% of all items that I researched were over priced. But hey its youre money to waste, if you feel like overpaying, this spot is for you. Although, I have nothing bad to say about the selection, they do have a variety of products. So I guess for that hard to find item...then again, theres always online.

I really like this store. They have everything you can possibly think of and more. The only down side is the price on some of these items. Some are crazy. ( Furniture type items ) But, the rest of the store is very reasonably priced. Everytime I turn a corner Im like, do I need that. Haha. Highly recommend.👍👍

Placed an online order for two shelves, for pick-up at the local store. Received an error message telling me to call customer service. Customer service rep told me the charge did not go through on my Amex. I explained that Amex notified me that the charge went through. She insisted on getting my credit card number, and, of course, I got charged twice for the same order! To make matters worse, when I arrived at the store (after receiving a text message that order was ready for pick-up) they could not find my order and took 15 minutes putting it together! When I called customer service to have them remove the second charge, the rep was unapologetic and said their accounting department will get back to me. You just lost my business forever, Container Store!

This rating is based solely upon the stores customer service.Apparently, unless you are enrolled in the stores award program, past transactions cannot be researched (even if they are from one day ago).The young manager treated us with no empathy, didnt ask for a second opinion from a senior manager, and was quite snarky. Its quite obvious that management training is lacking. You will not get the same level of customer service as you would at Kohls, Costco, or Zappos.

I can wander around this place for hours, then I snap out of it and get to the business of betting the most useful travel, organizational, and utility items around. My favorites are the HDPE Nalgene bottles to pack all my toiletries in a TSA-friendly manner. I am a big fan of the amac boxes to organize my desk...
