Thee stars only because of Elliot. He went the extra mile to show us around the store while a manager was too busy playing a racing game. My daughter was interested in trying the game on display for customers, but got tired of waiting. See picture for details...

Seriously they need to think about why Apple stores are full of customers while MS store is empty as Sears. They hired too many employees for their size of the customers and that makes customers to walk inside the store very. Its not that they constantly talk to you but they stand close proximity and watching customers. One day I walked in with a cup of Starbucks and many employees looked very worrisome. Just let your customers go through your products in comfortable setting. Lastly, please stop making a noise with balloons.

Very helpful. I went in to inquire about my Surface 4 which had a recall. Could not resolve issue there but an associate got me the information I needed, and I resolved the issue pretty quickly and got a new Surface. Customer service followed up and were very efficient.

Its not so far but with being busy with life I thought Id come here with someone behold is as busy and might leave me in the unknown. You were very welcoming and humble and know your stuff thank you for taking care of me while lost. NOT this location (Microsoft in general)I am so disgusted with the way Microsoft, Xbox associates and call representatives. The way these reps handled my situation is absolute unbearable. I have been on the phone with Microsoft and Xbox since 9:00 AM, and it is just now 1:30 PM. I have not gotten any answers. I have been very patient and this is unacceptable. I just asked for corporate’s phone number at 1:20 PM and I’m unable to get through to speak with a representative at cooperate. I am trying to spend my money with a company that doesn’t seem to care much for its customers. Corporates phone number take you back to the same line as the representatives that have no answers. I will never suggest Microsoft or Xbox to anyone I have taken up my entire morning with no answers.

The store looked great. There were stations set up all over displaying their products. Its very similar to an apple store but geared alot towards gaming and pc related. They had an area which was hosting girl scouts at the time for a class on coding. It was less crowded than an apple store so its much more laid back. The service was excellent and friendly. I was their for Xbox repair. My console was under warranty so without wasting time the hooked my console up, saw right away I had a hardware issue and swapped my console out and sent me right on my way with no hassle. They every had an area set up to play some xbox while you wait.

Worst customer service that I have experience in a store in Dadeland. After going today because my laptop had issues and I purchased the full warranty. I had the misfortune to be taken care by Yesenia. An associate in the technical desk. I requested to replace my laptop for another one (same brand and model) and then she said I had to pay $255 more for that one. When I asked why? She said with a really rude attitude: Because thats the price. This is not the way Microsoft should treat a customer that has purchased a laptop that cost $1600, purchased the full warranty and its about to spend another $250. As a customer I wanted to know what was the difference between this new laptop and the one I was returning. She simply could not answer that. All she needed to do was to be kind and look at the side of the box where the technical specs are. I am never ever buying a product from Microsoft or its stores. I am not sure what kind of manager that store has that he/she is allowing this behavior. Investigate ASAP because people there are turning down customers like me.

My first experience at the MS store was 1/23/2020 when I went to purchase my Windows 10 usb. Order online PU @ the Beachwood store, Carly was my sales associate, very knowledgeable. When she told me they had in store classes and could help me with any MS issues, I was hooked!!!! Joseph Pietri spent a couple of hours answering all my questions. He has helped me two more times and he is professional, knowledgeable and patient. Park at the west entrance near Nordstrom for the closest walk. My experience was PHENOMENAL !!!!

I brought my desktop computer here with a complicated issue where I had lost all Audio sound. Had tried other techs from another store that had not been able to fix it. Yesenia spent a lot of time troubleshooting and trying different things until she found the solution. She was very meticulous and professional and I also appreciate that she was very patient with me as Im older and not very tech savvy. Im definitely buying my next computer here. While waiting I noticed they have some very cool summer camp tech classes for kids, so if you have kids this is a good place to drop them off while you shop at the big mall (Dadeland Mall).

Avoid this store at all costs. I purchased a laptop from that started to have display issues an hour after I brought it home. I then returned that and bought another laptop, which was broken out of the box. I will never be doing business with this store again and urge all of you to avoid buying their defective products.

The idea of a Microsoft Store is really cool. When you walk into the store you get to play around with all the new devices they have and play some games if you have the time.Staff is very hit or miss, very few actually know what theyre talking about. A couple know enough to be helpful and the rest are the kinds of reps that you have to walk up to only to have them walk you to what youre looking for and then they just stand there looking around not paying attention at all.Just glad we actually have a Microsoft Store.

Microsoft is the absolute best. Most of the employees are passionate about technology and know what theyre talking about. If they dont they let you know and go to the back to look it up for you. They have never not resolved an issue Ive had with a device. They are super friendly and honest and dont try to sell you things you dont need. Not to mention they offer you drinks while you wait. When my Macbook would have issues I dreaded having to go to the Apple store but cant say the same about Microsoft. I dont worry when my devices have issues because I know this store has my back and going in for service doesnt feel like a chore.

Went there for black Friday to buy an Xbox one. They werent too busy and we kind of wondered around for a while with no one approaching us even though some employees were just standing around. Finally we approached what looked like manager and he was very helpful in getting us what we wanted and setting us up with an employee to ring us up. The employee almost forgot to give us a promotional gift card that was offered with a game purchased but he quickly apologized and helped us out once we pointed it out.

I will soon be going in for my 3rd instruction session with Claude. I had hesitated to upgrade to Windows 10 but I finally did and even I, an older, non-tech woman, with Claudes patient, easy to understand help have been able to use my computer fairly efficiently.This one price for unlimited instruction has to be the best computer deal around.One of the things I like the best about my lessons with Claude is that he never lets my lack of understanding get to the frustration level. He gets what my issues are and is able to explain things before I feel like throwing the computer through the window.The woman who greets the customers is also helpful and pleasant. Both times I have been there she has offered me a beverage and helped me set up. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Store is neat, a lot options, phone, tablets, laptops, accessories. I was 10 minutes inside the store and t least 2 employees offer me help, not pushy at all. Only issue that all surface 3 tablets to test werent working properly, (keyboards and stylus pens were not working). other than that i liked it

Went into the store for the first time and was greeted by a man with a very short name and a very short mind, hes greeting? Hi, did he ask what was I looking for, or how can I help? No of course not, two other guys in the back of the store playing with a computer did not blink an eye when I approached them, they just kept on playing with the computer, one other guy was working with several customers at the same time, I went by the guy in the front and I told him that if I was the manager all these employees would be fired, the customer is always right? He does not understand that concept, I know customers are not always right, what the comment is trying to convey is you have to make customers feel appreciated, needed, wanted, customers are not always right but make them feel they are and they will be repeat customers, he said good night and I asked him, are you through in me out of the store? His answer? Good night, so I left for good not to return. I guess he was proud of himself for getting rid of a rude customer that just wanted to be waited on.

Store is pretty but useless in my opinion. I came to demo the HTC VR headsets, but theres no available demos in this location. There is only one Holo lens for demoing, but none of the store staff knew how to operate it, so pretty useless.You can see some laptops in accessories, but nothing worth visiting this store. Id just rather order online.

A year ago their salesman sold me a defective laptop, apologized, replaced it, not even close to powerful enough,apologized again, assessed I needed an even more powerful machine for my job (which I stated from the start when I was unsure about their first suggestion) three laptops and none were powerful enough to even run our companies software..... Ill-advised three times in a row, they ignored my list of minimum spec requirements. I lost work days, salesmen dont know their stuff there so DO OWN RESEARCH BEFORE HEADING THERE and DONT LEAVE without setting it up there with them. Not because its hard, but because it will be faster to exchange it if you see something fishy. Stress-test it in-store!!!You expect a knowledgeable person and you might get the used car salesman I got, who talked forever around the questions I made instead of answering any of them...three times the same week.I ended up making my own laptop through Origin laptops, best machine Ive ever owned! oh well.

Bad customer experience. Although they werent rude, theyre werent very attentive. Waited as about 10 minutes before I decided to ask someone how I could pay for the Surface 3 power supply I needed; for some reason they think its a good idea to not have dedicated cashiers. If it wasnt for me asking I dont think anyone would have asked me if I needed assistance. No one greeted us on the way in either.On a side note, $100 for a tiny power supply. Thats a rip off Microsoft. And if youre up-charging because of the location, size of the store, and the huge overhead that comes with it, the least you can do is train your staff to make sure they provide a pleasant customer experience.

So the store is a lot of fun. Very friendly customer reps greet you as you enter. However, they have the most backwards system for taking care of your technical issues. With 15 reps standing around chatting or playing games, you have to register for an appointment that is 20 minutes later. While you are standing around, reps will try to sell you the latest model.When you finally get to meet with the tech, it takes him 10 minutes to log in and find your warranty information. When he finally finds your warranty info, he tells you that yes the warranty will cover a new Surface pro but they dont have any so he will have to send it to Microsoft to get a new one. It takes 2 weeks.Cut a long story short....He tells me that I can go online and send it myself and it will only take a week. Dealing with Microsoft support is a complete joke. For example, they made me look up the phone number and address of the store because they were unable to. I Googled it! Save yourself the trouble..get a laptop or a kindle.

I went today to this Microsoft store at Dadeland Mall and the representative named David immediately took care of the problem I had with my Microsoft device, he spent with me hours until my problem was solved in the store, even offered me water or soda in case I need it, I noticed a lot of store representatives asked me if someone was taking care of me, very polite everyone but specifically David that went 5 starts with my problem and at the end he solved it, I greatly appreciate his assistance and highly recommend this store, Thank you David...!!!...Thank you Microsoft...!!!

To start off with, you guys seemed nice at first until when i asked one of your guys to help me with with the xbox acting up, he didnt seem like he wanted to help. i even wanted to ask again why the xbox soundbar wasnt working after but i didnt want to seem like a nuisance to you guys. so i gave up cause i just didnt want to waste my time anymore. the bad reviews you guys get really show in reality. best buy is doing better than you guys. you knew that the xbox didnt have any sound and saw me trying to fix it the best i can, but didnt even choose to go over to help me without someone having to go over to you directly. its sad cause i wanted to dance over and entertain the people in miami once again at dadeland, but thats never going to happen. your other employees were way better last year
