I work delivery for UberEATS and this Starbucks is the best by far. If I could give them 100 Stars I would. They run like a well oiled machine hardly ever any mistakes in there. And the Baristas are so helpful and polite. The drive thru is always packed but thats only because everyone in Baytown Texas knows that this place is the best., Z,

This Starbucks is very busy but the team works very efficiently. Besides the drive thru they also offer to order ahead of time via the app on your mobile. I love doing this because you can order exactly what you want, pay via the app and then walk in to pick up your order. Even though it was busy my order was ready fast and with good quality. Nice coffee, recommended to try it here.

I always do a mobile order so its ready by the time I get there. Ive never had an issue, and it definitely beats waiting in line! Love their nitro cold brew, its my favorite!

Ordered a White chocolate Mocha with Caramel drizzle and the girl at the window made it with just a very little bit of caramel on top of the whip cream. I asked her to remake it with more caramel since I’m already paying extra for it and she got upset and said I needed to specify how to do it! Well first off, you get trained to make these drinks, I shouldn’t have to tell you how to do your job.! She got upset and took the drinks back and added caramel to another cup and dumped the previous one in it and just handed it to me. I’m not one to write reviews but she should’ve had better manners in a situation like this.!

This place is banging always a good long line means this is a busy location so depend on the mobile online order and I live within a 10 mile radius and bytime I get there I am always greeted and I give my name and its already made

I love Starbucks, their strawberry acai is delicious. I prefer the one with water vs lemonade. 🤷‍♀️ but I feel like anytime I ask for no dried strawberries, they always forget.... or I always have to ask for more flavoring... Because sometimes its on point... while other times its barely flavored water. 😬😬 and thats definitely not what we pay for.But the employees are always nice and polite. So we return 😀

This place is ALWAYS busy, the wait is ALWAYS a long time. I feel they would know by now they are ALWAYS packed and would staff more people. There was a line for the counter and the drive thru. Other than the horrible wait, they are ALWAYS friendly, the store is clean and my drink is typically made correctly. I wont stop going here, but I have opted for a different coffee choice just because the line was so long and I knew it would take a long time to get through it.

Pretty incompetent . waited and waited for food. Went to the counter and oh yeah well warm those up right now. Wont get the bacon, sausage wrap again. Coffee always good and hubby loves the scones.

Went thru the drive thru today and tried to use my employee discount but wasn’t able to because i didn’t have id proving i was the person with that employee id number. never have i been asked for a id to use my employee discount. how many ppl go to starbucks with peoples employee id numbers to get free food ?! i feel like i was discriminated against and i’ll never go to this location again

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, and sadly it is the closest one to me. The drinks are great, but you have to wait at least 30 minutes to even get them, even when you order ahead. The line is always flooded. So understaffed and it’s like the manager doesn’t even care. Not to mention when my friend worked here she went through abuse from the staff. Honestly the worst.

The customer service at this location was very bad. Not nice at all not a good way to start off the day after visiting yall.... make a bad start off to my day cause yall are rude.

The staff here was very friendly. We ordered a coffee but when we went to the window they forgot to ring it up so to correct their mistake they gave it to us for free...VERY NICE. Thank you.

Great coffeshop to chill and stay out of the humidity in Pasadena

I would go almost every morning when they would open. The staff was great, after the first couple of times they started to know when I would show up and what I was going to order. Some days they even had it ready when they saw my car pull up. Very attentive to detail, friendly sociable staff, and it is a given.....a good ☕

Extremely slow service even when fully staffed. Wait at drive thru is often 10-20 minutes at this particular Baytown location. Deters me from going as often as I would like.

So slow. Dont come here if you are in a rush. Also, they dont always update their app menu, so you might order a pastry only to find out they have none. Bummer.

This is the last time I will come here, every time I come here my order is messed up. Drinks always taste like milk and nothing else. I pay extra for syrups and half the time I don’t get them in my drink smh the staff is friendly but that doesn’t make up for the poor quality drinks. I’ll stick to Dunkin’!!!

It is a busy location and next time I will choose to go in vs wait in the drive through for 20+ minutes but staff was nice even though I ordered extra whip for my daughters drink and they fixed it quickly and no problem as she saw it on the ticket and she admitted that she missed it. Theyre an easy location just very very busy.......

This is one of the biggest Starbucks I’ve visited. It’s so big that they have so many seating options, including two of those group tables for working on your laptop, in addition to couches, dining tables, and those long window tables. The dining area is nice and very clean. The workers are friendly and fast. One of our favorite workers here is Artix, who is friendly and very pleasant to deal with. I also appreciate that they always get our order & beverages right. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. They have a drive thru window. And the WiFi offers a decent speed. The location is conveniently on Garth, and is also close to shops being in a stop mall.

This is a great Starbucks! A lovely Barista was very sweet and helpful. Her name is Haylie R. I had a difficult order but she made it perfectly. Every time I go I ask for her, she’s very personable and knowledgeable if you have any questions about what you think you want but don’t know how to explain.Love this place!!

Normally I dont leave bad reviews im not that type of person however the employees were rude and not knowledgeable about the menu items. I asked for a dragon drink( a drink Ive ordered from this specific location multiple times) and she proceeds to tell me we dont have the things to make a dragon mango refresher which is a completely different drink. Granted I understand being out of things I mean that happens but they were so rude and hostile. At the end of the order they still messed up the drinks.

Excellent drinks and great service! They make them good at this location!!My secret drink is white mocha Frappuccino with 2 pumps of white mocha and 3 pumps of toffee nut, double blended!!! Its incredible!!

Found this recipe on Tik tok that called for a venti iced coffee with 4 pumps of white mocha and sweet cream. I cut it in half and got a grande instead. I have to say, its my new favorite drink.Service was fine and no issues at this location.

Very helpful and the I was assisted with what would be best for me after I let the sweet Lady know I was a diabetic. She went to lengths for her company and customer to suggest refreshing drinks with my Healthcare. Yeah and I truly appreciate that. Thank you Starbucks for employing good people

My coworkers told me about the medicine ball drink that helps with a sore throat and stuffy nose. Well let me tell you that for one yes it did! But when I went up to order it the guy taking my order didnt know how to make it or ring it up and I told him it was ok if he didnt that I could just get something else but he was willing to learn and make it for me so I really appreciate it and it really did change my experience with Starbucks, because a time before I had someone that was very rude to me.

I hope we will be able to sit at the tables anytime soon! Coffee always good! Only disappointed I couldnt sit! :(

They make the drinks well and the service is nice but they need new management. The store routinely opens HOURS later than posted online and at sight. I waited from 7:30-8 at the window and no employees were even in the store... on a weekday no less!

Its Starbucks and I havent had any bad experiences at this location since it opened.Mocha Frap with an extra shot and mocha and charamel drizzle.Yes it costs more than making coffee at home but it tastes much better. Yes you can make something very similar at home but it wont be the same.

They supposed close the store at 10:30pmAnd I did 20 min line for nothing I get to the drive thru to get told then was closed already because they close at 9:00pm.They should update schedule it was waste of time.

Drive thru is always SUPER long and take up to an hour. If you go inside for mobile order, they avoid interaction. They don’t even make the drinks right (half of the time). If you go here, go an hour in advance so you won’t be late to work or school. I’ve gone to other Starbucks and have no problems. I’ve came here for YEARS and it’s always been like this.

They take FOREVEEEEERRRRRR. Be ready to be here for 15mins+ inside and 30min+ drive thru. I really hate coming here because of that and the drinks don’t always come out right.

Wanted to try a different Frappuccino and was given white chocolate creme and pumpkin spice cream. They failed to tell me it wasnt coffee so they ended up in the trash. 20 bucks in the trash.

A great place to visit with. The ambiance was very pleasant and well ventilated. Their products were deliciously made. Their products were a bit pricey but the quality and the taste of it were great. Their staffs were very kind and approachable as well.

My drink was great but the bonus was the pupaccino. My pup was ecstatic he got a treat also

Drive through and ordered Large vanilla latte and Danish cheese, birthday pie/cake. It was quick drive through, which I liked. Usually it takes more than 5-7 minutes, but My order was provided in 3 minutes and the lady at the window was very polite and friendly.

The staff are excellent!! Very friendly and welcoming. They take your order quickly and work well together. I like to come here to study and sometimes I see people being rude to the baristas which is uncalled for. I just wanted to leave a review saying I absolutely love this location, they have GREAT baristas, and make delicious drinks in a timely manner.

We never go to Starbucks, so Im not sure how to say how fast/slow they were, but I felt like they got me in and out of line in a timely manner.Very cool atmosphere and the entire staff seemed pretty chill. They were even saying whats up to a couple of regulars. Music was perfectly mellow without being elevator music or just annoying acoustic stuff.Would definitely try to go here again on a weekday that Im off.
