Ordered shoes for Christmas to be brought in with stock for Christmas. Never received a call. On eve we called and they had been there for days..

Long story shortThey never have the size or shoe I want, and they always say well we can order it for you free shipping, and I always decline. Well I finally said yes this time. Package comes, wrong shoe, wrong size. Take it up to Journeys they reorder the shoe and take my number down, few days go by no call. Call and ask if the shoes came in and they say they lost my number and no shoes yet. Going up there today for the shoes or a refund
