Dressing rooms closed still due to pandemic. Very dissatisfied that the vaccine is ready available and stores have opened back up yet at target we can’t try clothes on. Dressing room is still closed. Walmart, Academy and others dressing room is fully open. Target needs to get with it.

As I walked in I was told theres 10 mins left to closing in a very rude manner by Sandi, that was not welcoming at all. I went and got my items and paid. Then as Im exiting I head towards the restroom and Sandi blocks me saying were closed already. I then told her Im a paying customer I can go. Then she told me you have one minute. I just continued to the restroom. As Im exiting, my friend who was with me, told me Sandi said he needed to wait outside. That she doesnt know what Target ever did to us to be so sassy. He told her Im waiting for my friend, Im not the last customer. How can this woman be a greater let alone in a customer service role???

Just so we are all on the same page... it’s ironic that the first week of a policy in which all customers may only purchase 1 item each, there’s a huge shortage in availability of basketball cards compared to usual. Also, about 10 guys went to the back of the store after making their first purchase and then walked out together about 10 minutes later. Once again, I still haven’t obtained a box of basketball cards in months of searching. Something seems fishy.

Christopher in Electronics; the 2 employees at the Exchange desk (Kim and Luis). When I wanted to return the ATT prepaid phone and card out of frustration; they said I could have a refund but also told me the guy in Electronics was a whiz. So I went and he very patiently worked through the issues (not easy or user friendly) until it was activated. He had a busy location with all the sales.

Most of my experiences have been very good when I go to Target. Rarely, if there is an issue, is it at the fault of Target. Any problems I have had before have been with other customers there. Went in Saturday May 16th 20 minutes before closing. The Girl in the shoes department needs to be re-trained on customer service. It was apparent that SIMPLE questions about shoe availability were too much for her to handle kindly. They Re-did the whole Baytown Target. Love it, a makeover that was much needed. Love the baby section, super nice customer service. My baby always gets cute and good goodies from Target. I really do enjoy going and seeing the new home decor, baby supplies, cute little market section for the food. Ohh but the makeup section.. you have to go and see it for yourself.

Don’t order Starbucks from here. I learned that if they don’t have what you are asking for, they won’t tell you, they’ll just replace with something else. I ordered an iced chai latte but got a cold coffee instead. Was charged for chai and the receipt said chai but by the taste, clearly was not!

This target is pretty great, while it may not be a super target is does not lack in anything. The employees are always friendly and the store is kept together. I like that at this location in particular I don’t find misplaced items throughout the store. The women’s restroom is always clean as well as the food court. I would recommend this location.

I have been a shoppers at this location for 20+ years and have noticed a decline in the last few. I know that I will pay more at Target than I will at Wally World, but have never had an issue due to the service. That has now changed.I was in the store tonight at 815 attempting to purchase some items. I walked the store for 35 minutes without seeing any colleagues on the floor. Please fill the poster frame section and stock it correctly. It is usually empty. When I got to the front, there were no regular registers open, just the self checkouts. I do not get an employee discount, why should I ring myself up?I went to customer service and Jeff was very cordial. I just dont understand how the Target corporation expects people to pay more without providing the service which at one time separated them from other retailers.

Mostly because its so aggravating that flats are just left in aisles! you either cant get by or they in the way where you cant shop items you wanted to. baskets being left everywhere.When I first started shopping Target these reasons were the reason I loved shopping at Target. Also they have downsized items I went to target for. Also pricing, things are marked on aisles but when you get to front its not marked correctly but will say they do honor your word. Top thing is the flats or carts just being left.

The biggest problem is not enough employees which leads to long lines and the store being a wreck. This is every time shopping at the Baytown location. For the past year off and on, that Ive been going. I try going early in the am thinking the store will be cleaned from night crew. But absolutely not. The hours of the store, Should change if they cant keep the store intact how it should be. Hire certified employees, you need a bunch to cover the departments plus check out. Im not sure how often management come and go, but Im sure of the employees coming and going, cause every time Im in there its new faces. Years ago I shopped at this target on a consistent basis but not anymore due to all the problems. I rather drive further out and get what I need and want in a better environment. Only departments that stay decent is the food and home and beauty. Also the kids departments are all fairly small. I would think being that its small its easier to keep clean. Also the store isnt catering to people with carts or strollers wheelchairs etc its no way of getting through the departments with the little space given thats a pain. The reason for the two stars is based on the availability. They are open really early meaning if I need to run in and get something really quick, there available, and close pretty late.

I went in to the Baytown location @8:00pm to pick up some headache medication. I went to the pharmacy to pay for the bottles and the two ladies behind the counter asked of they could help me? I told them I would like to pay for the medication one of them walked away and the other told my no I had to pay for it up front. I said excuse me and she said no you have to pay up front I couldnt pay for it back there. I knew I could because we always buy them there and we have paid for them at the pharmacy when thats the only thing we are purchasing. I ended up checking out at the customer service desk and she was very nice! I will most likely not go back there again.

And as far as organization it’s impossible to keep it neat not because of the employees but because of customers. The cashier (Darlene) was a jerk and rude. The Baytown, Texas Target sucks. Here’s why. I stopped in to by a product that only Target sells in the quantity that appeals to me. While I was there, I noticed the signs of what was required to get a $5 gift card. I purchased 3 packages of toothbrushes, the largest box of Bounce fabric sheets, Viva paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex. I told the cashier I wanted the Airborne and Reese’s cups to be rung up separately so I could use the gift card I expected back on that purchase. The cashier, Darlene, said β€œI can’t do that anymore!” I asked if there was a policy change because I have don’t this in the past. She said β€œyes, but I don’t make the policy!” I thought to myself β€˜she’s awfully defensive for someone who doesn’t make policy’ and β€˜ I didn’t ask who made the policy but thanks’. She then told me I will be getting a $10 gift card. I asked her how can that be when I spent $50 on laundry and paper goods, and bought the toothbrushes. She said β€œyou don’t have to yell at me!” Well, no, I didn’t yell at her, but now I felt like it thanks to her bad attitude and poor treatment of me, a customer. But I decided collecting information so I could write this complaint letter to corporate (and a Yelp review of the location) would be a better idea. Darlene whips out a store flyer and turns to the page with the toilet paper. She very defiantly asked β€œdid you get so and such toilet paper? No you did not!” I pointed out the signs on the shelves did not specify a brand or package quantity, only that it had to be laundry, facial tissue, paper towels, or toilet paper. I even took a photo of the sign. Darlene called a manager over who was busy with another customer. In the meantime another customer came up behind my. As a courtesy, I told them I was having a fit about something here and that they might have a long wait. I think they wanted to watch the drama, but another cashier came by and offered to ring them up. THEN! Darlene said β€œyou’re not having a fit, you’re inquiring!” How dare she tell me how I’m feeling or what is going on inside my head? I was indeed having a fit. The signs clearly stated β€œLaundry and Household Paper; offer includes laundry detergents, fabric enhancers, stain removers, bath tissue, facial tissue and paper towels”. The signs were placed at eye level on the shelves, not in front of any specific product. Nor - as mentioned before - do the signs mention a specific product. The manager gave me a $10 and $5 card. I complained to her about Darlene, but you know it’s never good enough to complain to a store manager when a person gets the kind of service I got. I purposely asked the manager about this new policy with the gift cards and not being able to use them until the next day, repeating what Darlene told me. The manager (did not get her name) said that is true, it’s to prevent people from making unauthorized returns. So, when I got home, I told my husband everything and asked him to go back to that location, but something we still needed, and use the gift card. What do you know! It worked. Darlene told me there was some kind of code on the card to prevent people from using the card before tomorrow to force them back to the store. Obviously, that’s not true.I’ll be returning the extra window sheer curtain too. I forgot I wanted only one panel per window, not two.
