Self Care Nutrition has the freshest and most flavorful smoothies/energy teas and açaí bowls! What I love best of all are the CLEAN ingredients and plant based milks they use. I love a business that cares about their customers. They definitely do! Their drinks are made with a PURPOSE & that is to give their customers a product thats going to benefit their health. My daughter whos on the autism spectrum has a specific diet she follows and I definitely APPROVE & TRUST Self Care and the ingredients they use. Im a happy mama! Instead of rewarding my child with a sugar-filled unhealthy drink, I can choose Self Care Nutrition ANYTIME and get her a smoothie that is rich in nutrients, vitamins & thats amazing for her tummy and health! I have been going to Self-Care nutrition since they opened up. My personal favorite are the teas but they have several different options that are all plant based ingredients and truly make you feel more alert without the jitteriness that can come with an energy drink. The shop is very clean and well maintained and Shea and Zach really go above and beyond trying to create new flavors that will grab your attention. There are so many different options that you will definitely find something that you will love whether it be a tea, smoothie, açaí bowl or a good ole spoon of sea moss. ❤️❤️❤️

LOVE Self Care! The energy/power teas taste fantastic - I have multiple favorites. The natural ingredients give you a long lasting clean energy that cant be beaten. I recommend to alllllll!
