I dropped of my prescription in the drive thru. They insisted on text alerts and said I would get a text when my prescription was ready. After almost 2 hours with no text, I went back assuming it had to be ready. I arrived to find it closed and a sign saying, Sorry we are closed for the day! See you tomorrow!. No text, no warning by the pharmacy tech, nothing. Good thing it wasnt an immediately needed medication! Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to.
Diane in pharmacy very unprofessional and rude when i asked about covid gene therapy shot. These people dont know anything about medicine and i would avoid at all costs.
Great prices.
So summer time is time for family vacations!!! Before going on my vacations with my family being gone long enough where I need to fill my scripts!!My doctor EVEN told them they can refill early for me so I don’t have to wait to go on my vacation with my husband and kids!! Nope they rejected my doc!! How can they???Making me wait till tomorrow am to grab them! We like to leave at night with two little kids !!! Now we will have to wait till the am and deal with our kids being in a car for over 15 hours thanks pharmacy staff at Meijers on WILDER!!
Not sure what has changed at this pharmacy, but it has gotten increasingly worse over time. When I started using this Pharmacy, it would take a maximum of 45 minutes to get an Rx filled. Now it is typically at least 2 hours, if not a day or more. Provided an updated card at the beginning of the year, had my daughter pick up an Rx, only to find the Meijer Pharmacy did not even attempt to bill the insurance, but charged the full amount. I was told that we needed to provide the (SAME) health insurance card for each member, when all of the covered members are listed on the card. This apparently was to difficult to cross reference. On or before March 11, an authorization needed to be processed between the Prescribing doctor and the Health Care insurance provider. The authorization was processed on 3/11/20. Attempted to get the Rx filled on 3 difference occasions at Meijer Pharmacy since receiving the authorization. Provided a copy of the letter the to Pharmacy intake today (03/18.20) and was assured it would be ready in 2 hours; however, intake did not want a copy of the letter. No calls to try and resolve. Arrived there later in the day to find out, it wasnt filled for the 3rd time !! Extremely disappointed with the changes that have taken place. Apparently you have too many clients!
Rude, unprofessional, and could definitely use a few training courses in customer service. Will be changing pharmacies.
Rude people from pharmacists to especially the techs!!!! Never using this place again! Ill drive way out of my way to avoid them. Uninformed, rude and downright NASTY group in pharmacy
So I guess they just decide which of the prescribed medications they are going to not fill just because there is an over the counter option? I wish they would consider that the patient has already tried that said option. In this instance this was prescribed because its a stronger medication used for that purpose...and no were not talking about a narcotic......fyiIf anything at least give the patient the option when they come to retrieve it... So now you have the patient waiting additional time at the pharmacy whe the medication should have been filled in the first place! Poor care of your patients..thanks
Called ahead to make sure prescriptions are in they told me they had both and told me they had both prescriptions give them 30 minutes I gave them 40 minutes!! Waited in line just to be told that the one prescription wasnt going to be ready until tomorrow then was told to drive back around to get my other prescription cause they didnt even start it!!!Will not be back again taking my business elsewhere
The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. So incredibly slow they cant ever find my prescription to match my name pretty much any problem you can think of, I have had it with them.
In the past my family and I have had great luck with helpfulness and kindness of the staff at Meijer pharmacy, but today the Tech who assisted us in the drive through was absolutely terrible. She was rude, not helpful, and when my Dad asked a question she belittled him and made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. The Tech made my Father and I not want to return to pick up his scripts and contemplate visiting a new pharmacy instead.
Needed a script, had been called in. I didn’t pay attention to the hours opened, and when I got there they were closed. Scott was behind the glass, and could have just ignored me. They were closed after all. Nope. He came out, got my info, and filled my prescription, when he didn’t need to at all.How could you possibly give less than 5 stars?
If I could put 0 stars I would I would call my meds in almost 4 days in advance and they still were not filled when I got there that day even though I would have text messages saying my scripts were ready or they would put the wrong pills in the wrong bottles I had them put a sulfa script inside my bottle of trokedi xr one day and if I would of not double checked my medicine I could have died from taking something that causes antiflactic shock to my throat instantly as soon as I put the pill inside my mouth. I now am happily going to another pharmacy that I used to deal with a long time ago in Pinconning that takes less than 20 minutes to fill a script from the time you walk inside with the new script and if it interacts badly with another medicine your on or if they see its on your allergy list it DOESNT GET PUT INTO A BOTTLE AND NO MISHAPPS THERE. Pinny Pharmacy is 100% better than Meijer pharmacy will ever be and yes it is a distance but I say its worth it I travel a half hour to get there but I wont switch away from Pinny Pharmacy ever again after everything Meijer did with 2-4 hour wait time to fill meds after I called them in 4 days in advance and according to text they were done already and to top it off the wrong meds were being put in the bottles half the time I swear they were trying to kill me at Meijer Pharmacy!
They never have all of your perception you have to go back to get the rest.
Three times I have had something sent there. Each time I go numerous hours after it has been sent. I get to the counter and they tell me it will be an hour wait. The last time they told me 45 minutes and it ended up taking an hour and 30 minutes.
I am always put on hold when calling, when I hang up and call back someone picks up right away. I always call at low peak times. To add on I have filled multiple prescriptions and each time I get a call or text that it is ready I have gone in to pick it up for me to proceed to be told that it’s not ready. While I sit and wait for it to be filled employees will sit around in a group talking about personal issues and topics that are not appropriate for the work place, to add on there have been two occasions where I have seen a costumer waiting while this occurs, until a worker takes a break from their personal conversations and realizes someone needs help. In my opinion a costumer should not be waiting unless you are actually busy, if you have time to talk about your personal problems you have time to help that costumer.
Sue is always awesome she is friendly and has the right information. She will go out of her way to help you get what you need.
Do not use this pharmacy. Literally go anywhere else. They have never once had my, or my disabled fathers prescriptions ready when they said they would and I live out of town (this is the closest pharmacy but trust I’ll suffer a longer drive just to not have to go back here) it’s not as simple as “oh I’ll just come back later” when I arrive at the time they had told me to get my scripts. And in addition to that they’re customer service is exceedingly poor. They’ll leave you standing there waiting for service without even being acknowledged for 10 or 15 minutes. Very, very dissatisfied. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Great staff at the pharmacy counter. Usually very quick to fill a prescription and accurate.
1 star only because I cant give zero. Worst pharmacy in the area. HORRIBLE wait times, regardless of how busy they are. I used to use Meijer Pharmacy (since I usually shop there anyways) but never again. They take FOREVER to fill a RX, no matter when you call or drop it off. I have sat and waited for over an hour waiting for pain meds after a root canal, in agony - with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS there. Ive switched to CVS, and I can walk in and out in 5 minutes, even when they are busy. TERRIBLE service at Meijer, they should be ashamed.
Second time i went to the pharamacy after being notified of a prescription to be told they dont have it or are out of it. Ive never seen more ignorant workers at a place, horrible experience. Dont go to meijer for ANYTHING. As much as i hate Wal-Mart, i cannot recommend them enough when it comes to most things!
There are some very kind and helpful people here and some people who will try to make you believe that you are slow or an inconvenience. The place also feels understaffed given the demand.
Phenomenal service with super friendly staff! Just give your birthday and name and they will grab it off the shelf in no time
Typical pharmacy. Opens at 8:30am so its pretty convenient
Waited 10 days for a scrip order, was told out of stock two days, ten days later still two days. We went to Anderson Drugs, it was in stock. Meijers has poor service
Helpful techs and very smart pharmacists
Horrible experience will never be back to any meijer pharmacy!
They are very helpfull
Rude and takes forever!!!
Good job
