Love this place! Took my husband two days too eat a ham and cheese sandwich they made for him.Sour dough bread is fabulous! Everything is fabulous! Go twice a week..Now that we found this place. 👍👍👍

I’d give a -1000 if I could. I live in BC I’ve went through the drive thru countless times in years and I’ve only actually got ice cream ONCE! They never have ingredients or their “machine is closed for cleaning” hour and a half before closing… ALL THE TIME. Idk how they’re in business nobody wants to do their job!

The service was all good, the only issue was at the front we had given gift cards and the guy didnt know or was just super confused and tought him there. Also one of their employes would not stop starring at me.

It was very inconvenient that we were told that we had to go to the cold stone site for a menu. All we had was a Tim hortons menu. Boy Howdy

Great coffee and friendly service

The review isnt for CSC as I didnt have CSC. The 5 star is for the Tim Hortons in which CSC is located. The new cold brew has surpassed the iced coffee as my drink of choice.

If your going to tim Hortons, go to the one in essexville. The service is terrible on euclid ave/wilder rd. Location.

Great ice cream selections

I bought the pumpkin cheesecake with caramel and brownies. So good! So sweet! Staff seemed a little annoyed though.

The ice cream was DELICIOUS! The coffee on the other hand, was a bit too creamy for my liking. Sometimes I go there and its perfect with 5 cream, but other times, its tastes like a cup of straight cream. So be cautious with the cream.

It was great. Never had ice cream like that before and will definitely go back again.

Refused gift card, due to broken pin pad. This also happened 6 months ago. I dont know if the pin pad has been this whole time, or this was pure coincidence. I have $30 of worthless gift cards now!

HORRIBLE!!! I wish there was 0 stars but I had to give one. Stopped in on a Friday night at 7:00 and spent $20 on 3 medium and 1 small ice cream. I was told it was a 10-15 minute wait for the ice cream. I waited for 25 minutes before the ice cream was brought out. I asked what took so long and a younger female employee snapped back that she told me there was going to be a wait and that they are understaffed so sorry. I asked for a manager. Waited 5 more minutes in the car as the ice cream melted before I took my child out of the car seat (the reason I did drive through and went here in the first place) and went in to talk. Once I talked to the manager he said he was understaffed and it would have been a longer wait if I came earlier because they ran out of ice cream and had to go a farther distance to get the ice cream buckets. He then asked how he can help me since they told me about a wait and in a sarcastic way asked if I wanted a gift card. I told him that is not why I was here. He said thanks for coming in and sorry about the wait in a hurry before returning back to scoop ice cream. 35 minutes later and $20 less, I was debating on giving the ice cream to others waiting in line forever so they didnt have to go through the hassle I did and the company would lose business. It was obvious the manager and employees dont care about the business or customers but only their pay check. Sounds like there are more issues with supply and staffing as well. Never again! Save your time and money

Excellent coffee. Their baked goods were fresh and flavorful.

Checked the website which said they were open 24 hrs (I assumed the drive thru which is what we wanted). We got there at 10pm. The signs light as well as drive up menu light were off. As we were driving passed by the unlit drive up menu we heard a voice. We said oh, youre open. Can we order some ice cream?. The voice apologized and said they were out. We said did you know your light was out? She said it was on a timer.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! i would recommend going straight to saginaw cold stone instead. several times i have come here and its not even close to the closing time and they already have the ice cream put away. tell me how that makes any sense? why do you need so much time to put ice cream away? Some of the employees arent very nice but some are extremely rude. One in specific was ashley who proceeded to have an attitude while we ordered and rolled her eyes when we told her what we wanted. no reason for treating your customers like that. the reviews on this website are all accurate, and if i were you i would not waste your money here. management needs some serious fixing to do!!!! you have lost a faithful customer.

I think everyone is a new employee there! I wanted 6 ice cream sandwiches and I was there for almost an hour and a half, asked about if they had nut free options and no-one knew the answer! I think they called someone to find out, then they didnt ask if I still wanted my order, stood there about 10 minutes before someone did then I was told again theres nut product possibly in them. The person with me I got a small coffee for had the nut allergy.Fifteen bucks, 1-1/2 hours later, $1.70 empty small coffee, Terrible service there😞

Like some of the previous reviews. The online hours of operations say 24hrs. So we pulled up at 2140 to find the lobby was closed at 2200. Yet the doors were locked. So we gave them a second chance and tried to use the drive thru to get ice cream. When we pulled up the sign was off. We were told it would be a second but, we already lost our patience with this place.

Quite upset, they dont close till 10pm yet they lock the doors at 9pm. And when we ask why we get the response when only two people are there and they need to count the tills no one is allowed inside. Yet we can visibly count at least 7 or 8 people about the cashiers age. So they unlock the doors to let friends in to goof off but for customers its closed.Quite disappointed for my first visit. Will not be making a second visit.

Drove all the way to this Cold Stone location and at 8:41 p.m., was told they were closed. We then asked what time they close and the worker said well 10 but we shut down the stone early on thursdays..and i just shut the stone down... First of all that should be advertised... Second of all if he had just shut it down at 8:40, thats makes no sense because thats a strange time to do so... third, shame on managment because Ive seen similar complaints about this location and you would think they would start either advertising the multiple closing times instead of continuing to annoy potential customers. Also, a tip, hire reliable and non-lazy workers that wont dipict when they will do their job or not.

One small bowl of ice cream was $13.31! It was tasty, but we got way overcharged. Looks like they charged us as if we got 3 bowls of ice cream when in reality it was just one. Ouch! Young gal was nice but had problems using cash register. It also sadly didnt click that she way overcharged. If this was remotely correct, we should have had enough ice cream to fill 3 bowls.
