They’re the best here! Always quick even when busy and when I went in craving something peanut butter they were out of the choc/peanut butter ice cream. The girl figured it out for me by putting some (i think she said) hot peanut butter in it instead and it was amazing. I think her name was Shea. Love coming here :)

This is one of my go-to ice cream parlors in town! Not only do they have a large amount of flavors to chose from, but they have all allergens posted with them as well. The worker even kindly washed the scoop for me when i asked her to do so, in order to prevent cross contamination from gluten!The scoops arent skimpy and the ice cream is smooth and flavorful. Highly recommend!

Very good Icecream. The service was fast and friendly.

After handling money and touching the cash register neither employee washed their hands before scooping the ice cream. They were not wearing masks or gloves and were breathing all over the ice cream and in the display case. Approximately two weeks ago the employee had all the tubs of ice cream covered up 3 hours before closing time. For every flavor I asked for in a hand packed quart I was told they were out of that flavor and told to get it out of the pre-packed freezer. So my question is, if there was indeed no ice cream under the lids then why is it covered up and not just a bare spot where the ice cream is supposed to be ? I am guessing they just do not want to fill the quart or pint containers. Management appears non existent at this location.

Went in store and ordered a Birthday cake ice cream cake a week early. Went to pick it up and they didnt decorated the cake as instructed no did the call me with any questions. The two girls there said they were not cake decorators but one girl tried to fix it. The other girl rang up the sale and gave me the total. She watched me write out the check and when done I handed it to her and she took it. Then told me that they dont take checks. Like really!! You just stood there and watched me write it out and there is no signage what so ever around the cash register or on or around the entrance door that they dont take checks!! I was lucky that I had enough cash to pay for it otherwise I would have had to leave it there. Poor, poor way to run a business and treat customers. Not going back!

Good ice cream but $10+ for two shakes?!

The employees look like they need to bathe and the girl with the half shaved head sticks her fingers in the ice cream while scooping it.. they don’t even wear gloves and “calista” is very rude.. she will make you lose business. Is undercover boss still a show? I can’t believe how this business is ran, they need new employees, I won’t ever return.

Absolutely love the shakes from here.

Went on Easter Sunday evening. One employee was working. She was AMAZING!!!! Customers were patient and she ran her tail off trying to service us all. Fantastic first experience, great ice cream, will definitely be back!

Best ice cream place in town. Great cones and the ice cream cakes are awesome. To me, its also good to see they hire younger people. They are always pleasant while doing their job. No better place to go on a summer day.

I have not ben there yet but my freiend sed the 11 was good and Im guns go soon and get the 11 and I will get the one that with 3 Lon cons on it Im guns bye 5 starsAnd keep the stranger thing ting up name it scoops ahoy and I will go there like everday and I will work. There

31 flavors, prices are high, portions are small. Very bland taste. Ice cream cakes are smallish, and dont have a lot of flavor.Not as good as a few years ago, but is about the only game in town until seasonal ice cream shops open up.

As soon as my family walked in Calista Layle started talking into her co workers ear causing drama about one of the other customers that walked in behind us and I felt bad for the family as soon as I saw this I left and will not return until the drama and employee is removed. Not to mention I tried to call and get a manager to talk this through with and seem to either get hung up on or told nobody is in!

Its covid 19 and no one is wearing a mask or washing their hands, not even gloves. Gross.

Love this place go 3 to 4 times a month

Ordered 2 sundaes and they were soup in the 10 minutes it took to get home....have done this with other ice cream places and it still be edible by the time we would get home.... this was drinkable ...with a straw

Waited for store to open at 10:30 am. Wanted a ice cream cake. At 10:40, still no one to open store. Called store, mail box full.

I visited the Sunday around 1:30 in the afternoon and the two girls working were very rude. They were both heavier-set ladies and they were very loud and kept paying attention to each other rather than the 3 or 4 people in front of me. Will not be coming back.

The scoops are very small for the price, purchased a sundae and I got half a scoop for each of the scoops but paid 3.99 for that sundae
