I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life from this store and Im Canadian, so that says a lot. I contacted the store as the didnt have an option to ship to Canada directly online. Talked to employee Capri, who went above and beyond to send me a birthday card that I wanted shipped internationally for $1 more in postage.I love the card, but I loved her customer service, attitude and approach even more. This is a local store that does business the right way and I would recommend them to anyone. When the borders open again and Im in Michigan, Ill be buying from their store in person! I got a pair of bud light earrings a year ago that I still wear for fun, they never fail to get a laugh. I also got a OSU Buckeye headband. Amazing detail on the headband. Any girl would love to wear something like this on game day. Every product is hand made and the skill of the crafter is something to be marveled at.
