Clean an coffee fresh people who work there are plesent and kind

This place is terrible and the manager is rude after I activitied my Winston mobile coupon she said we cant take those i told her that I use them here all the time her response was now she has to talk to all the workers and the owner and make sure nobody takes them well Im not going there anymore and Im going to call Winston today and 7 11 corporate

I went to this 7-11 last week to use the ATM, because the one at the other store was out of cash. As I approached the door the lady clerk said she had to use the bathroom, and she was the only one working, so she had to lock the doors. I really needed my money so I sat there, at the door and waited. There was a guy in there just lurking around, who appeared to be her boyfriend or something, but rather than use the bathroom she just stood in the back and argued with this guy for 10 minutes straight. I sat and proceeded to wait as he screamed and yelled at her as she cried. I couldnt do anything because the door was locked. I waited all the way until they were done, then she unlocked the door crying and acted like nothing just happened, then she said Boy I sure had to use the bathroom. Then the guy drove off and she continued to cry and said it was because she works alone. I proceeded to get my money from the ATM. I cant believe that an employee is aloud to shut out customers for a good arguement. Absolutely ridiculous, either hire some new people or get more than one person to work seriously.

The lady working 2nd shift refuses to pre make my food so every day Im either not full or late coming back to work. Everyone else will pre make it but she refuses to and always has a excuse!!!!!!

I like you store but not one of your employees she thought my 11 year old sister was stealing.and it was very disrespectful to me and her that worker doesnt need to watch everyone like there a criminal that what a jerk would do. Quote her word (I have to watch certain people) what does she mean colored people?.

Very close to home, so very convenient, but almost too convenient, that I have to be careful not to be tempted to just walk over there and splurge on junk food.

Good Employees at this location i actualy dont mind payin the lil extra charge we all pay just because there 711..lol
