I went to Hibbett Sports in Bay City to purchase a shirt for my boyfriend. The store is so clean and all the staff there super nice and helpful. Brianna, the store manager helped me find exactly what I was looking for and the right size! She definitely leads by example! I will definitely be back!

Went to get some shorts and the sign said 25% off of Nike shorts. So I take them to the register and apparently the same is over. So Im like well there isnt a date on that sign and you should have taken it down. The girls at the register were completely unable to put the discount on. They tried calling the manager on the phone but she wouldnt answer. You need to have staff that can handle any situation during the day. Totally incompetent. 2 young lady salepersons in the store and no other customers when I walked in. Yet, neither of them offered to help me, but rather stayed behind the counter to chit chat. 1 did come over to put a shoe up near me but never asked how she could help me or what I was looking for. TYPICAL BAY CITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not come back to shop here. When will the stores and establishments learn- people are willing to spend money, and more than they normally would, if they are offered great (even good) customer service!PSI ended up going to Hibbet Sports in Lake Jackson the next night and spent $200 because of customer service.

No one would help us and when one guy finally did, he started helping someone else too, which was fine, but he never came back to us!! How rude! They lost a sale that day and we will NEVER go back!

Every time i have gone into the Bay City location i have had a pleasant experience. My last visit, i found an Adidas hoodie that was on sale, and exactly what i was looking for. They just didnt have my size. The gentleman that was working told me that they could order it from another store and it would be shipped to me dor the same price. Cant beat that kind of customer service.The only reason i wont give it 5 stars is because they no longer carry Under Armor. I have bought the same style UA slides there, once a year for 4 years now. I guess Amazon will have to do for that from now on.
