This location is by appointment only,what kind of service is that!! If your phone isnt working how do you make an appointment unless you go there!!! Who wants to have to wait a day and go back. Switching to charter.

Not sure why they had me check in just to ignore me and help all of the other people that entered after me looking to do the same thing I was trying to do, which was buy a new phone. I ended up leaving without being helped and went to the Verizon store on Euclid Avenue instead.

Not a lot of service, they use Covid as the excuse to do as little as possible for you. Paying over $300/month for self-service. Ive dealt with Verizon for years. They were always happy to help at their stores. Not any more. Heres a paper with the directions on it, you do it yourself. What? Im paying $500 or more for a phone and I gotta do all the transfer and set up at home? This used to take a good Verizon associate maybe 10 min. Its time to move on. Im sure there is another cell company looking for $300+ per month to give a small amount of service.
They were only open by appointment only but the manager helped me with my issue. Much appreciated.

Staff at the store were courteous and helpful, but it seems their abilities are limited as far as fixing account problems. They hand you a phone number, and you get to fix it yourself.
The fat little blonde that helped me today was super rude and uninformative. The employees really hate their job.
Had two problems. A gentleman at the Euclid store fixed one of the problems and referred me to the Wilder Road store. A young lady at the Wilder store took care of the other problem. Very little wait time and friendly staff.

My wife and I changed from Sprint to Verizon on Saturday 8-22-20. We arrived at the Euclid location at 7pm(the store closed at 8pm) and during our visit, began our new Customer Agreement with Verizon. Topping it off with new phones(w/cases). Amber R., our tech/customer service rep., was friendly, honest and informative. She ran us through our options, making sure to explain in detail, all the while remaining friendly and engaged. My wife and I walked out feeling NO buyers remorse and instead excitement for our new phones and service provider.Thank you Amber! 5 star treatment, 5 star experience.

Was told today that I should go online for a new phone when asked if they could order me one they said we could but just go online to get one. I went to Standish and had no problem. Take the drive up to Standish its worth the trip! They were turning customers away right and left in bay city. This is not acceptable!
I went to the store on Euclid and Wilder. none of the associates in there were very friendly but they did help me fix my phone only because they had to not because they wanted a customer. After everything I told them all they did was sigh and say okay.
Illegally reported my tmobile phone stolen. My Verizon iPhone 6s. I tried to activate a prepaid service for my disabled friend. They locked both. Keep in mind I paid 3 years on post pay and my phone since was switched to tmobile as it was unlocked. So tmobile shut off my device. Customer service wont help. Only opinion is to sue. You cant make menpay $1,000s for a phone then turn around and lock it as stolen. I have my receipts and its paid off a years ago. Get bent
Verizon coverage is going downhill fast. They have no excuse for it either.
I needed to update my wife’s phone and purchase a new one for my account. I called to make an appointment with the Bay City store and was put on hold for over 15 minutes before finally giving up. If this is an indication of the service provided maybe I should go elsewhere. The website indicated that this was not a busy time to shop. An interesting experience for a company that specializes in communication.Finally took a chance and went in person where I received good service. Found out phones are answered off site.

Ive been going to the Bay City Verizon store for several years now, since Alltel got bought out. Ive never had a bad experience with the staff, whom have been professional and polite. I enjoy the layout of the store, and being able to get hands on the latest tech. The store is always clean and easy to travel to. I definitely recommend and glad they are close by. Due to my occupation I depend on my cell phone to be my computer, calendar, contacts list, etc... These guys have been a great resource and i know I can rely on them!

Overall very happy with the customer service. I was reluctant to switch to Verizon originally but a new job forced me for better coverage. I stopped into this store I normally deal with Walmart, but I was due for an upgrade so I gave them a shot. Very happy that I did. Sarah hooked us up, I upgraded to the IPhone 11 Pro, add added a line so they gave us an IPhone 11 for free.And they gave us a military discount because my dad served. I will most likely add my mom and dad both for less than $50 a month. Best service and they hook you up, can’t beat it. Defiantly recommend and look for Sarah.😬🤙😁
The store is not professional at all. I went it for help and they just asked like I wasn’t important. The general manager was so clueless and not helpful at all. Worse service ever I have received in my life.

Cant call store using posted number. Can only get digital assistant. This is not customer assistance, its customer blow-off. Ive been with Verizon for over 16 years and have seen customer service slide WAY down hill over the years. I cant rate this individual store because I cant call them for the help I need. As for the digital assistant, its just a new way for them to tell me to piss off. Its time to start shopping around. Verizon is no better than any of the rest, just far more expensive. They were worth the extra money at one time, but not any more.
Had a non charging phone, worried I would have to pay for a new one. Turned out I could get away with buying a new wireless charger. Staff incredibly helpful, in and out in 15 minutes.

EXCELLENT STORE TO BUY YOUR NEXT CELL PHONE FROM. THEY REALLY DO HAVE A GOOD CREW AT THIS STORE RIGHT NOW. IVE BEEN THERE 3 TIMES IN THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS AND IVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES TO HAVE ONE OF THE SALES REPS HELP ME WITH WHAT I NEEDED. Most of my visits here have been exceptionally good, receiving super service, with excellent resolution of my issues.I have had 2 less than satisfying experiences, both with the same female employee. She provides basic service, and not one iota more.Over all, the majority of employees provide super service.

Says hes a smart guy with phones. Suggested Googles pixel 3 says about the same as the others just no headphone jack. All lies this phone is horrible. Freezes up all the time, has horrible service. Cant get signal anywhere. Now the little cord to plug in for headphone jack doesnt work. Dont trust them cause there all just cashiers. Alright you got your second chance and blew it so bad you should be in jail
Ive been a long time Verizon customer and have alway gone to this location for all of my upgrade and phone needs. I went into this location to upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 11 Pro Max on a Saturday. The saleslady told me that if I switched our data plan over to the unlimited, we would not only get it for a special loyalty price, but I would also save an additional $100 dollars on my new phone. I tell her to go ahead and do it, but theres an error. For some reason, they cant change my plan because of a pending order for a phone number thats not even on my account. Its blocking them from swapping the plan over. To her credit, the lady was on the phone for a long time trying to resolve the issue but couldnt because of computer issues. She promised she would contact me on Monday with a resolution so I wouldnt have to wait in the store. Monday, rolls around, I dont hear from her until I reach out to her. She says her manager is going to contact customer care on Tuesday. I stopped into the store on Tuesday cause I hadnt heard from anyone, shes not there but the manager says hell contact someone the next day. Okay. Wednesday rolls around, someone from customer care calls me, the issue is still there, my plan still cant be swapped cause of someone elses pending order, I still havent got money taken off for trading my phone in, plus I have data overage fees on my account I wouldnt have had if they had swapped the plans that first day. The customer care lady says shell call me within 48 hours with an update. Its been almost a week now and I still havent heard back from her. Reached out to my original sales lady again today, she said she would look into it, and then I never heard from her.This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, its like now that theyve gotten me to upgrade to a $1,250 phone, no one wants to deal with me and keeps punting this issue to other people. I dont hear back from anyone unless I reach out, only to be told that theyll get ahold of me and then they never do. I understand that sometimes you have to jump through corporate hoops to get an issue resolved and that sometimes it can be a process but Im not being informed of what this process is at all or why this issue is even happening in the first place. I was happy with my initial purchase but after how theyve handled this issue on my account, Im not sure if Ill be returning here in the future when I need to upgrade my phone.
Verizon wasted over an hour of my day today. I needed to return my trade in and had never received a box in the mail to do so. Store is unequipped to take the trade in, so two support calls later, and over a hour of my time, and still on hold. All this because Verizons procedure failed to deliver my trade in box.Why is my time unimportant? Why are the consumers of services treated with suck lack of consideration?

I cant recommend this store. The staff in general will lie to you, to increase your bill, and increase their commission. The service with Verizon is good, but goto the store on Bay Rd in Saginaw, they are more honest. Even the managers will outright lie to you in the store. I showed him several things direct from the Verizon website and he disputed it, saying that the information he told me is correct, and not the website. What a joke!

I can’t say enough good things about Olivia! Had the pleasure of speaking with her on the phone two weeks ago, as well as in person a few evenings ago. She helped me with purchasing a phone as well as adding a line to our account. Her customer service skills and knowledge are amazing!!! Well done Verizon for employees such as Olivia!!!That being said, Verizon customer support (over the phone) needs to have remedial education in customer service skills. I spoke to 4 agents over the phone while in the Bay City store. Only 1 of those 4 were nice, the rest were rude and condescending.
Knowledgeable staff, friendly staff, made sure I got all the promotions available. Salesperson had access to signal strength data for my phone. My only gripe is they didnt have all the colors of the promotion model.

We were having problems with our cell phones coverage. The employee became cocky on how Verizon has the best coverageand how they are not going to waist their money on people who live in the country. Then he put a sims card in our phones. (?) I wont waist my time going back.
Follow up customer service at this store was horrible. They sold us a glass screen protector for a Pixel 2 XL and it started to come off immediately within a day. They would not stand behind the product at all and wanted us to go through the company to get a replacement. We didnt want to spend $10 shipping to get the same bad protector. We went to another store (Jefferson Rd Midland) they couldnt believe the Bay City store even sold us a glass protector for the pixel 2 XL. Due to the curve of the screen it is just luck if you get them to stay on good. They were able to sell us a liquid protector instead and even though they werent the ones who messed up, due to our bad customer service at the Bay City Store they gave us a discount on other items we ended up getting to help make up for our experience. The manager at the Bay City store acted like I was an idiot when I talked to him about how easily the screen broke and never even stuck to the phone. He also ensured me it would be less than what it was to get a replacement ($10 isnt the issue its the fact that he was wrong), when I tried telling him the price was more that what he was saying he said he never heard of the replacement costing that much... well the price he was saying was the downgraded model not the like for like replacement. All around I was very disappointed in this stores follow up service.
Rude, ignorant, and clueless employees. Same phones and better service available at Best Buy - and NO ACTIVATION FEE. Verizon store is a rip off, avoid at all costs. Get the same phone for less (or free) at Best Buy, still using Verizons service. Also, very rude and VERY poorly trained staff - they tried to charge me to activate my OWN PHONE that was already paid for, wanted me to sign a contract (phone was no longer IN contract) with a $600 cancellation fee. Terrible service - I will never go back.

Was in two days ago and got a new phone and tablet the gentlemen that helped was fast and very knowledgeable was super impressed. Went back today to adjust one of the lines on the account and dealt with Kayla she was not helpful very condescending.

40 minutes!!! It took 40 minutes to pay my phone bill are you kidding me! One worker wasn’t even doing anything he could’ve easily helped me! It takes 30 seconds to pay my phone bill but I had to wait for all the people that were confused on which phones to buy! Not happy with my last visit! And fix the dang phone kiosk it only accepts credit card right now! I only have cash! If I wanted to pay credit card I’d do it on the app not drive all the way to the store!
I mean its like ever other verizon store. The only downside to this and ALL verizon stores is the fact they are trying to sell you the ENTIRE STORE the moment you walk in until you walk out. Sometimes you just need a question answered and not be sold on anything. Id prefer to use the Chat on their website for billing questions, which they still try to sell you on the latest and greatest there too, and head into the store once every three years for a phone. But even this is getting taken over by their online services. On a side note I wouldnt ever buy any accessories here as they are pennies on the dollar compared to Amazon.

Not good. Went in to get a hands free attachment. There were 3 sales employees busy with customers purchasing phones, but the women who took my name and the reason I was there just leaned against the center display. Maybe shes not knowledgeable on sales of new phones but all I needed was that attachment. Disappointed
I hate having to go here! The parking lot is difficult to get in/out of and there is always, ALWAYS a long wait. The one thing I will say, is that the salespeople are very friendly and helpful once you get to talk to them.
I have been going to this store for a while and it used to be okay. Went in yesterday for technical support and it was horrible. The young woman I spoke to didnt do anything more with phone than I had already done myself and then spoke to me in an extremely condescending manner. Not only was she rude, I dont think she actually knew much of anything technical about the phone. I will not be visiting this store again.

Went into Verizon on wilder rd in bay city, didn’t get the young mans name, but I had a problem with pop ups on my phone,I told the young man my problem and he chuckled like it was a easy fix and he removed some items and identified the issue and fixed it, I have been with Verizon for over ten years becouse of service like that,the welcoming way that he helped me with my phone in this day of businesses trying to squeeze every dime out of people it’s refrshing to get service without costing,however becous of that free service I will be staying with Verizon for meny years to come,,Thank youDomingo ledesma

Bought two family member new phones, but the account set up for them was the wildly expensive unlimited everything plan, instead of the shared 4GB plan. Figured this out from one of the dozen emails we got from Verizon after the sale. Also, we asked to create an account PIN that wasnt even written down, because the salesman implied it was no big deal and could be easily reset. Which is very much not true. I now have to go back into the store to get these two things resolved. Not cool. UPDATE: went to the store and got everything resolved, supposedly, although now I have to watch the first 3 billing cycles to make sure the employee discount is applied (for some reason it doesnt apply to the first bill) and that all other things even out and have other things applied. Way too complicated, and for some reasons all mistakes end up giving Verizon more money, go figure. Watch your billing amounts, folks.
