Not bad at all, Isaac helped me out with transferring my daughters phone from Cricket. He was fast, professional and super nice. The price was a little high but not outrageous. The coverage area needs a little work, but where we live has bad coverage in general all around.
I dont recommend going there if you have to pay for cash with anything. My only day off is Sunday and I come to this location every month to pay my bill but every time its same workers Julio and Issac and both refuse to take cash saying something different every time. Example we are out of deposit bags. So every time I come your out ya right. Another issue is they both seem to be annoyed a customer came in. 🙄 Also every time they both are in back and one comes out after a few seconds and I can tell they are watching sports due to hearing yell that some team did something. Also the music is always blaring load but they turn it down once they come up front.Again if you paying cash dont even try.
Jade did an amazing job helping me get switched from the Sprint SIM card to T Mobile. He stayed patient as it took several tries, and let me know that I could probably get home internet through T Mobile. Nice upsell without the pressure, and very knowledgeable. Wonderful customer service, and definitely made me feel better about Sprint merging with T Mobile.
Julio was great to work with!! Quick and easy switch from Verizon, asked for any questions at any point in the transaction and made sure we really understood the ins and outs.
The young people who was there was very helpful and a great job.
I have been dealing with T-mobile for years. This location is THE WORST! Theyre rude and not at all helpful. My boyfriend got a phone and they didnt bother to even set it up. I had to help him figure it out. Theyre lazy. Ive dealt with this location a few times and DREAD walking in through the door. If it werent for the great customer service over the phone Id tell them to eff off

They have one guy who’s working there today I’m at work so my wife went to take a phone into turn it in and he refused to do his job and was very rude to her then was rude to me and hung up on me and refused to let me speak to the manager of the store if I was there and he disrespected my wife In front of me he would eat his teeth and this isn’t over my day off he’s going to see me and let’s see him run that mouth then don’t go here

Great service as any t mobile store I have been in around the states. It is a 4.9. Nothing is perfect, but t mobile has been my top rated provider for years now.Sprint is still at the bottom of the heap.ATT is second tying with Verizon .

This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a cell phone store. The manager was a great help and it seemed like he went above and beyond to make sure I got all of the information and service I needed.
I could not believe how I was treated. I was trying to switch t mobile from a different company and every question I had the staff would say they dont know how to do that. So while I was in the store I had to call customer service. The staff told me to go home and have customer service do it. I was told by customer service to go back to the store for sim cards to make this work, and would be no cost to me because I was porting my number. I get to the store again and was told it would be fifty dollars. The staff talked with customer service and told them that they will not be dictated to by the customer service of t mobile. The staff at this store dont seem to know how to do any thing but have friends hanging out. I have tried to call the owner but have not heard back from them. I feel sorry for any one who has to go to this store, if you have to go to t mobile go to the Saginaw store.
Around a year ago, the store had an ownership change. This used to be a 5 star store and i could be in and out in 20 minutes for an issue. Now, this is a 0 star store, with how inadequate the employees are, and how they dont seem to know how to do anything, and blatantly give you false information, mostly to help with their sales, of course. If I have to go to this store for any reason, I have to take hours out of my schedule because I know they wont know how to do something. Like they want me to mail in a JoD device? Are you serious? Those can only be returned in store, as it says right on the main website. But the people are pretty adamant about telling you to mail it in. They have messed up my account on more than on occasion. Do yourself a favor, go to any other store in the area, this one will only cause you headaches.
The sales associates here were very pushy and at the end of my visit, acted annoyed to be bothered. The were unwilling to listen and only wanted to run my credit to lock me in to their service. Once I explained that I was not going to let them pertorm a credit check, AND that I didnt want to spend more that $xxx for a phone, they pretty much ignored me, even though the store was otherwise completely empty. When I asked for literature containing answers to question about plan rates, coverage maps or phone deals, so that I could go home and comparison shop, I was told that everything was available at the T-Mobile website.
Got a new phone, transfered all info, in and out super fast.
Made the switch from sprint super easy and the coverage is way better!

DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY WILL OPEN A FAKE ACCOUNT IN YOUR NAME. RACK UP ANYTHING THEY WANT. & send it off like they have nothing to do with it. Still disputing the charges this guy put on an account that I didnt open!
On July 31, 2017, I waited for quite a while at this store, the staff didnt acknowledge me and totally ignored me! Later they even waited on someone who came in the store after me and when I purposely looked at the staff, they still pretend not seeing me. The staff there was so unprofessional and I will NEVER, EVER visit that store again!!!!
