Bought my phone in to have the screen replaced and didn’t even know my speaker was messing up but they replaced it for me free of no charge. I have been coming here for the past few years and I’ve never had a problem with customer service..... I love this place

Stay far far away! LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS HE WILL SCAM YOU! I brought my phone in. Screen all messed up. The guy told me 2 or 3 days. He has to send it off. Ok no problem. Get it works great. Less then 2 hours over 90% of my screen goes black. So I call him the next day, he said bring it in its under warranty. Ok cool bring it in. He sends it off. Never heard from him. I call him he said it was dropped. I told him no it wasnt. So we went back and forth. It took over a week for him to get my cell phone back from where he sends it too. I was working out of town in bay city at the time. So I had to make time to drive from the Houston area back to bay city because he wouldnt call me with updates because I told him Im not paying for them to fix it again when I didnt drop it.

If I could give zero stars I would!! DO NOT COME HERE took my IPad in for just a screen replacement it started lifting and cracked took it back he said it was my fault! But repaired it and made me pay $25 for his mistake now it’s lifting again there’s something inside the screen and the home button don’t work! Terrible service! And he does not know what he’s doing if you want your stuff ruined go here

First I took him my white Iphone 6 to fix the screen and after I paid $80 the button didn’t even match and wasn’t even the right part because my thumbprint wouldn’t work. A day later I called them to let them know what was going on and they said to bring it in to fix it. Lo and behold they charged me another 80 dollars for them to do nothing. Even when I tried to argue with them about it; it was no use. Then I was like give them another chance so I took my iPhone 7 there for to replace the screen and digitizer I ended up with the same result. They’ll cheat you and say it’s your fault. Crooked as a barrel of fish hooks!!!!!!!!!!!

Good price and fairly quick service on cracked screen. New lady that works there is much nicer and does well with customer service, thus I have added an extra star. Good place to go to. Fast service, with repairs being done the same day at times. Thanks!

Ripped off broke two phones. And even made us pay for one of them they broke! Worst service ever, would not recommend to anybody.

I gave my phone to get repaird and when went to get my phone back they told me that was gone garbage this place DO NOT PLEASE GO OVER HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY.
