Excellent sausage makers, fresh and smoked Polish sausage are Great! Their pork sausage links are good, but my favorite is the Breakfast Links. They make The BEST Liver sausage on the planet, it is so smooth and has a mild fresh flavor! And they have cured Beer Stick sausages! If you going through the South End (Polish Area) this is Must Stop for Polish Old World Ethnic Meats and food!

Went there and got their polish sausage and smoked sausage for Christmas both were delicious. But have tried to go there 2x Since then and they’re not open even though their hours of operation say they should be. My husband is over it. Not making trips back into Bay City just did not have them be open.

My family shopped at the meat shop for many years they have the best meatball mixture ever you have to go there and try it theyre pleasant people that work there theyre clean their meats fresh reasonably priced its an all neighborhood meat shop its the best but the meatball mix got to try it.

I live in Delaware and visit Bay City to see a Navy friend.....and St.Pats. Been going to the Meat Shop for about 8 years now. Friendly and very professional. Their sausage is great and they just put a little bit of.....something....in the experience. I wish there was a place like this local. Hats off!

So sad that this is the third time that I have gone and you are closed. Bankers hours? Who has time to run to Bay City during the week when a person is working? Hence I go on Saturday but since I can no longer get my favorites, I am not running 30 miles to find that you are closed. Obviously do not need the business very much.

The meat shop was the only store my dad would buy polish sausage from and since he is no longer here my siblings and I carry on the tradition he started by coming here to get polish food for our holidays! The family that owns this store are some of the nicest people Ive ever met!

Been a family tradition for many years, Christmas % Easter breakfast just wouldnt be the same without somew fresh and smoked polska kielbasa from da meat shop.BEST tasting hsm ive evrrt had. Like old fashioned homemade polish meatballs? Didnt get the recipe from mom before she passed? Get somes .of their meatball mix, roll into and bake on a cookie sheet befor throwing them into crock pot with sone cream pf mushroom, addmd a small can of cream of celery. Judy make some mashed taters and a can of gold & white corn. Thats a great meal.
