Considering the circumstances, I would say they have pretty fantastic customer service. Very friendly greeter makes sure you sanitize your hands before you go in but does it in such a friendly manner that you actually want to do it, and everyone there is still very helpful despite the Covid measures. You can enjoy the store mostly as usual. It was nice to visit.

Horrible customer service. We walked in and not one person greeted us. All of the workers on the floor were much more occupied in getting products moved around and stocked than they were in helping customers and being friendly. I wittiness a younger teenager bump the corner of a table that one of the workers was at and she immediately looked up, scowled at him and said, this is rediculous then kept working. I had asked if they had a specific scent and the lady said no and she kept walking. They have tons of products and the store was clean but the lack of customer service was enough to not go back to this store ever again. This is exactly why more people are turning to online shopping. Very very disappointed.

I really like bath and body works candles. I went to return some candles from an online order and had my receipt. I wanted to return some, and I didn’t need anything else from BBW. The associate, Meg, did not even allow me to have an option to receive cash and I had told her I had received it in the past. She said they weren’t supposed to do that for me in the past, so I accepted the merchandise credit. After looking at the return policy at home, it clearly states I could’ve receive cash or merch credit. I called customer service and they made it right for me. Beware of the associates at this store.

The associates are always so nice and helpful and the store is super clean! They always have a great selection!

Large variety personal bath and body products. Always sales and discounts offered. Staff eager to be helpful, always let you know what sales they currently have going. They come up and offer shopping bag when they see your hands are full, and offer coupon deals that can be e-mailed or postal mailed. This last visit they had large table/bin of 75% off product, so I got 4 items for the price of one (see picture ).

I go in with intentions on using a coupon I got in the mail and ended up getting more than I really needed lol I love this store! They new scents are simply amazing! That wildberry jam donut scent makes my mouth water.. I also bought some room sprays and sanitizers😊

Something about this place smells. And thats jot always bad. Prices are a little high.

Amazing selection of scents and products. They always have a sale of a coupon of combination of both and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I always end up spending a unreasonable around of time and money every time Im there.

Usually only shop for the Wife but Found out they have a mens section. Left with 2 colognes. But price but 🤷🏼‍♂️

My wife loves the products this store carries. The staff are quite helpful and friendly, too. I just cant give it a perfect rating though as the prices are steep without promotions. Even with promotions, the prices are sometimes on the edge of reasonable.

Went in and was never greeted, other customers came in right after me and were greeted right away. I walked around finding like 8 items I wanted, juggling them in my arms and was never even acknowledged. I went to the register and waited, and waited. Maybe like two or three minutes without anyone coming to check me out or even looking back toward the register area. So I just left my items and walked out, I’ll be going to Saginaw next time. I work in retail so I understand the frustrations but you don’t pick and choose which customers to help.

Staff is nice and helpful. Store space is small and inventory is limited compared to the Saginaw locations. Limits ability to take advantage of deals if you have to go online, lose discount codes, and pay shipping

So I havent been to bath and body works in a long time so I decided to stop in on the way back from GameStop to check out new scents. First three seconds in a lady ask if I need help I said just stopping in to see whats new, she left me alone and went back to what I assume was training a new girl. So there was those two employees and a third, then my 11 year old daughter and I. We just went from stand to stand to shelf looking at everything, that third employee STARED at my daughter and I the whole time. So uncomfortable, and she wasnt smiling or looking away or doing anything just watching us. I had to leave eventually because I felt so insulted. Mind you, I had a very small purse zipped up the whole time so I doubt she thinks I was about to steal, then my son came in, in his wheel chair and she just stared at him?! Like what the hell lady. I will never ever go back to this location the whole thing was weird.
