I had recently went into Sally’s for a new set of hair clippers. The young lady helped me out without hesitation. She took the time to explain every hair clipper and the pros and cons of each. I was never pressured to make a purchase. In fact, the young lady suggested that I do my research on all there hair clippers to see which one would benefit me the most. A few days later, after researching, I purchased a set of hair clippers from Sally’s.My experience was great! I will continue to go to Sally’s for my hair needs as they not only offer great customer service, they offer honesty. The two virtues that I value most and Sally’s has these.

Too many customers and employees without masks. My health is more important than my vanity, so I will not be returning to this location.

As a disabled senior, I get helped quickly and pleasantly.

I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for an employee to help me and two employees just sat and talked about non work things and ignored me completely.

Usually always very happy with the customer service. Always polite and smiley but, today the lady on the phone was a bit rude.
