We were on our way to a wedding in the Upper Peninsula, when our car decided not to start at the rest stop. Our tow truck driver recommended here since we were completely out of our element and Im glad he did. Although the business was short staffed that day, Mike worked us in so we could get back on the road. They even picked us up at the hotel! We missed the wedding but if it had to happen, Im glad it happened here. They fixed our car, fast, and we got a good price too! Thanks!

They are absolutely amazing went above and beyond. The man said when you come in youre family and I definitely felt like it. I needed more work than I had expected and when I came up short the man did not hesitate to help me. Im a single mother and it honestly meant the entire world to me. Plan on doing all my business here and highly recommend everyone to do the same. They are extremely nice and friendly. When my son was throwing a fit the man came over and gave my son a cookie and turned on the TV for him and gave me the remote. Seriously a blessing. He even offered to hold my crying son so I could sign paperwork. I cannot stress enough how wholesome this store is and if you need anything done come here!

These guys helped me out huge today I called today on my way north my tire blew a belt internally and asked them if he could put on my spare I believe his name was Steve he said come on over no charge when I got there they were all busy as hell but Steve said I got you bring it around they were all working there tails off rare in today’s world he swapped it out with another guy in 10 minutes. Very satisfied with the tires, but when lifting my truck on the hoist they didnt fold the mirrors in. The mirror hit the pendant on the lift and broke my turn signal light. The staff was apologetic and let me know what happened. I was understanding as accidents happen, and they promised to replace the light and have it sent to my home. After several weeks I called the manager and he had not even ordered the part. He called me back and said it was ordered and would arrive the following Monday. It has never arrived. I am very disappointed in the dishonesty and lack of caring for the damage to my vehicle. It has been months now, and I will have to pay for a replacement myself. This is terrible customer service. I will not shop here again.

Monro Auto simply saved the day. My wife and i were headed back from the Upper Peninsula, when our van shut down. Alternator just gave up. As it was Sunday at 2pm, it wasnt easy to get in touch with anybody through insurance to tow. So it took quite some time (we had to circumvent insurance and call for a tow directly) to get over to their place. We arrived at about 3:40pm. Steven, the manager had advised they closed at 4pm. He could see we were a touch distressed. About 2 hours from home with the kids waiting with their grandparents at home and needing to get to school the next day. He spoke to the mechanic, and they agreed to do the work. It was a two hour job, we were the last ones there. The whole staff was incredibly friendly to us throughout, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while they completed work on our van. I got to relive some nostalgia and watch Hook on Netflix while they stayed late on a Sunday evening. After the work was done, they ensured to instruct us on precautions to take with the the vehicle on our way home. I can not appreciate more what they did for us.

My family and I spent almost a whole day here after a long scary trip back from newberry. I had been up driving all night and was exausted the staff was so friendly and helped me so much. I have 5 kids they gave them the TV remote and let them watch mickey mouse clubhouse for hrs they were so nice to them. They fixed my ball joints tie rods and mounted tires I had brought in for me. They were affordable relatable very good people. They even brought me the broken part after taking it off and showed me how bad it was and said Im so happy u came in and that u r not driving around like this . He spun it around and said ya its not supposed to do this. The manager said my customers r treated like family and I would not want my family driving around like this im happy u came in... me too my dude. I really liked and appreciated these guys and there pride in there work. Thank u again guys:) ps I actually hit a deer a week after getting this work done on my car and my family Is safe largely in part due to the work they had done on my vehicle and it all held up my car looks bad but is strong and drove itself home still looking for a few body parts to put her back together but all the work they did held together and is allot of the reason my car is still on the road today . And as I said very affordable as well. Will most definitely go back and this is quite a ways from my home but they are worth it:)

Hands down this place has the best mechanics. They give you the cheapest prices for the people that are on a budget they let you know if its worth being fixed there not out there trying to scam you out of all the shop Ive been to there the most legit places to get ur vehicles fixed

The guys here were WONDERFUL! Coming home from a trip downstate our battery died as we coasted into their shop just before closing. They were willing to stay overtime to replace our alternator & battery...and did it in just one hour! A Christmas miracle for us! Thank you Kevin & Mike!

Mike needs a lesson on customer service. I have a warranty issue that is dangerous to drive with and he wants me to set an appt for days away. In the meantime maybe my tire falls off and someone gets seriously injured. On my way out someone affiliated with him told me to by some tools and fix it myself. I told the guy to mind his own business and the manager MIKE kicks me out of the store and will not accept my calls and threatened to call the police. Thats one way to not honor a Warranty. Ill be seeing them in small claims court.

Horrible two hour wait to plug back tire and have sensor on tire I stalled . When went to leave tire monitor still said service and then all tire pressure said zero. So tire came off the rim again. And had to do it all over again.😩😡😡

Called them last night to set up an asap appointment for a slow leaking tire. They set me up for first thing this morning. All the guys were happy, smiling and joking, got my flat fixed (for free) in time for me to be early for work. They reminded me I needed to come back in 25 miles to check the lugs. I told them I was going to Detroit tomorrow and they said, just come in tonight, no problem. Nice guys, every time. I feel they are honest and straight forward. I highly recommend the Wilder Rd, Bay City store.

Two weeks ago the drivers side window of our honda crv quit working, on a Saturday! It was very cold but it was up. I called Monro and talked to Mike, the manager. He said to come right in. I took the car in, was seen right away and waited maybe ten minutes for the mechanic, Tracy, to tell me he woukd have to order the part but would probably have it the next day. On Sunday, the next day, i was called at 2 o clock and told to come in as the part was there. Steve was very friendly and the mechanic, Tracy, took the car and had it repaired in 10 minutes. Everyone wore a mask, the store was very clean and such helpful considerate people we dealt with! I will always go back whenever i am in need of car repairs. They are able to work on my Honda with no problem! The price was also very acceptable! I highly recommend this store to anyone needing repairs! 5 stars!!!!

The Service manager tried calling my Dad a liar when he was informing him of a recent experience involving his wife having her tires looked at and was told by one of their technicians that her tires were fine when they were not. He was just trying to get an oil change the Service guy totally needs some new training on customer service. My dad and i left and they lost his business for good and I left

Had to have a trailer tire repaired and Steve got it taken care of and during what looked to be a very busy day for them.

Came here because I popped two tires in Mio Michigan. This was the only place open on a Sunday. I got there a little before 3pm. They were very busy, but still fixed my cars for me. Found a few other problems as well, but Steve assured me that I would make it back to Toledo, Ohio safely. Thank you so much guys!!!! I made it home safely!!

Great place to get tires

Took my car 2000 vw passat in. They charged me for a 4 wheel alignment and only did the front wheels. My rear wheels now have scalloped and uneven tread due to the toe and camber mever even being touch in the rear end. Also when I was in it took almost 3 hours to get my car on the aligment rack. And then when my car did go in it only took them like 15 mins to do it. Deffiently dont recommend this place at all. And even further back they mounted and balanced 2 front tires and thy put the directional tures on the wrong way.

Ive been taking my vehicle here to Kan Rock for several years now. No complaints! In my experience, their crew has always been communicative, friendly, up-front, and honest.However, given the location, the place is almost always packed. Unless you have an appointment, I recommend that you make your visit within a half hour of opening time.

Went in thinking I had a few issues in the front end and already anticipating getting an alignment and at least 2 new tires, they respectfully informed me there were no issues i only needed the tires and alignment. This is the reason I will continue to come here for everything.
