I recently purchased a Hellcat from Thelen Dodge. My experience there I must admit was excellent. I had the pleasure of meeting Travis the sales representative that handled everything for me. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a Hellcat. I knew there wasnt any on the lot. I was told that I could order one, but it would take about 8-12 weeks to get the car.So I left a deposit and was waiting when I went in again to ask if there were any Hellcats that had come? I was in luck, they just got in a practically new one with all of the options on it. It was a blue that was no longer made, so immediately I was interested. Travis took me to the other garage where they had kept the Hellcat locked up so no one would do damage or even sit in it. It was a prized vehicle, which is not available in that color.Again, I went and looked at it and wide body with a moon roof on it. I had to have this car. I waited just a short time to get it. I purchased this hard to get car and I am extremely pleased as the car does everything it says it can do.Travis handled all the paperwork and I purchased the Hellcat that day! All the staff were in awe of the car as it is a show piece for sure. All the staff including the ladies that handled the paperwork of getting is registered for me. They handled everything and I drove home the car of my car. It is for sure a mans dream car, just like a trophy wife. I recently purchased a Jeep earlier this year from a family friend on the East side of the state. While in town, I got my oil changed here and a whole inspection was done on my car. Everyone at the facility was so unbelievably helpful and kind. They were very knowledgeable about additional parts I could add to my roof for racks as well. I live in Grand Rapids for work, but I make it a point to drive back to this location to get my oil changed. They know me, my car, and can answer ANY and ALL questions I have. I can’t give them enough praise!

Nice and quick. Thelen does need to get the website corrected as I did all the work of setting up a time and explaining what was needed on their on line ap. and as I called them to verify prior to going they knew nothing of my scheduled appointment. I then had to explain everything a second time to the young lady working in service. The ap was good for saving time if it worked properly.

I’ve been having issues with my battery terminal. Today I drove up unsure if that was something that could be fixed through the express lane or not. I took my 2016 Ram into Thelen because I was having issues with the automatic leveling system always working whether the truck was running or not and draining my battery. After 2 days of having my truck, they couldnt find anything wrong and did an 80.00 computer upgrade and said that should work. Two days later my battery was dead and Im still having the same issue.

I went to Thelen to have my new soft top installed on my Jeep. It was done within a couple of hours. When I picked it up I asked if someone could show me how it works and the salesman was nice enough to help me out and show me how it’s done. Excellent service!

After 5 attempts to locate and resolve the issue with my vehicle the problem was finally fixed. I give you 2 stars because the person that took my intake was nice other than that you would have received 0 stars. A lot if time, gas and patients wasted.

I went into Thelen to get an oil change and as always it was a pleasure able experience. I do think I was treated with great customer service and didnt take to long for my oil change and tire rotation. There was one problem to get a oil service plan and I had to call MOPAR and talk to a sales person to purchase one. The number I was given from the dealership was not right and had to look it up on my phone. In the end was able to purchase that service plan and get confirmation number to the service technician and be on my way for under 45mins.

Brand new Jeep with most warning lights on at our dash. They were able to tell us it was either a brake problem or the electrical systems. Not willing to even solve this issue until 2 weeks out. Not happy with this

Went in for an oil change and was told I have a small oil leak on a 2019 Jeep. Asked them to take care of it but was told I need an appointment so now I have to go back for the repair. I was unaware that all the techs are not certified and if you need anything done besides an oil change you need to book an appointment. I called the day prior and tried to book an appointment and was told to just come in because its first come first serve so I really dont understand how things work there I guess.

Travis was once again a great person to work with. I purchased a Jeep from him a few years ago and now Ram truck. Everything went really smoothly. In fact after the sale was done I mentioned I wanted to get side steps and a grill guard and he offered to set up the installation for me. I didnt have to do a thing. Offered me less for my vehicle turn in than it was worth and said nobody would give me a better deal credit wise on a car than through them.Then flat out said they couldnt get any bank to help me when applying for a loan.Went somewhere else and got a nice 2018 for less than they wanted here and from a bank that was with this dealership that they said had denied me.

The people are great! The carwash and waiting room have a lot to be desired. Maybe put a little effort into making the customers comfortable and to get a clean car, not just a wet one when getting it washed. I called early in the week to schedule an appt. I chose this dealership because this is where my van was purchased. I explained the sound I was hearing from my 2017 Dodge caravan. I arrived for my scheduled appt with my six week old baby and went to sit in the waiting room. After an hour of waiting I decided to call and see what was happening. The girl came to me and explained everything that needed to be done, the cost of $1500 and that it would take 4-5 hours to complete. They wouldn’t give me a car to drive home, but they did offer me a ride. I got home, 4 hours later they called stating my van was done and offered to bring it to my house. After my van was delivered I went for a drive and the first parking lot I drove into I heard the same sound i took it in for. The only difference I noticed with my vehicle was an alignment (a less than $100 service) I called explained my frustrations and was asked to bring my vehicle in on Monday to see what can be done.I’m now out the $1500 spent and the issue isn’t fixed.

Jake was excellent. He answered all our questions and walked us through all the features on our new Cherokee.

I cant say enough about technician John Schwartz to and service advisor Ashley Kerr. I came in needing an alignment as soon as humanly possible so I could get on the road to bury my 15 year old nephew. I was snappy and short to Ashley and explain to her my situation I left the service shop for 40 minutes to go pack my bags came back and the alignment was performed but I needed new tie rod ends she handed me my keys and said youre good. I didnt get charged for the alignment.i needed a little faith in humanity today and this is where I found it. Ill never take any of my vehicles anywhere but here again.

I dealt with cody and he was kind and respectful cares for xustomer service rhe tech didnt deal with him but got the job done and took the extra mile to try and save my big tires but failed due to me not rotating properly but glad he fixed the shaking problem i give 4 stars instead of 5 only because afrer i got my truck i had to wask greese off my truck and rims ans he forgot to put my tire caps and my hub cap bavk on and i have to go get them when i can return all an all i will be going back for future repairs when i choose a dealership to do the fixing wish i would have gotten a free car wash from them

Got sold a truck 2014 chevy Silverado and same day before I make it home the service lights go off! goes to show has an emission leak along with a vacuum leak near intake causing cylinder 3 to misfire! along with a bad valve spring! so far issue unresolved and been ignored drastically. not happy with the way the operate period. I traded my 2011 dodge charger R/T with no service lights, brand new tires and brakes! this company claims false truths and so do the salesman especially Michael Rayl who sold me this claiming no issues ect. they reset service light to claim its good and miles down the road guess what issues are shown. thanks for the great deal and most likely causing me to come out of pocket due to your company/maintenance and false truths. BRAVO!

Great sales and service. Cody in service was very helpful as my truck had broke down on I75 he said to have it towed there and he would take a look at it. Service fixed the problem and did the recalls without even asking and got it done quicker than expected. We were also in the market for a newer Dodge Journey and found a nice 2017 and Tiffany was very helpful making the deal with a great price. Only problem is the bottom of the front bumper is broke and all the grommets are either missing or broke the bumper is extremely loose. I hope they will resolve this issue and I will give it a 5 star.

We found the service department friendly and efficient. We made an appointment since we are only visiting Michigan for a short time.Robert was ready for me at our appointment time and wrote up the service order. We were having the front struts replaced and the rears inspected. Cody called to inform me that the rears needed to be replaced also. All four struts were pretty worn and rusty. Thats understandable since we live near the ocean. All four could not be done in one work day, so Cody offerred a loaner car. The job was done on Monday at the quoted price. They even sanitized the car. Im very happy with Thelen service.

Great people, Bought a 05 dodge van and had a few questions about it which they answered very clearly. Also getting my air bag sensor fixed as i found out there was a recall for that. Over all these people are great and very friendly and would do more business with them in the future if the time came.

The body shop was able to complete my rust repairs on my 13 year old Nitro for less than the original estimate. The repairs were excellent and the vehicle looks like new.
