Stopped in at 7a. Waited in a long line for a bag of ice. When I got to the front I was told very rudely I’d have to wait. She was the only person with a long line and couldn’t get it. Duh! I’d just waited in the long line. Then the person who got my ice pulled out a bag that was a quarter water and dripping everywhere. She said and I quote “if you don’t like it go and get a refund”. Complete unnecessary rudeness. Will not be Returning ever!

The layout could be better. Came in off Michigan which is a tight turn. Best to go around back of you habe a trailer.

Had the assistant manager try and still $10 from my fiancé and I. He gave her a $20 and asked for $10 to be put on the gas card. She rang him up and he slide his card and she held her hand out with his receipt. She waited for him to grab the receipt and my fiancé asked where our $10 was and she just replied with “here is your receipt!” Getting snippy with us.. after a few times of him asking for out $10 she teaches in her pocket and hands us our $10! Absolutely appalled by this place!!
