I love Walgreens so this is just for the drive thru pharmacy, I don’t know if they need more people but there is no need to have people waiting on line for over 29 minutes
I guess customers come last to these people, Extremely road no customer service.
I would go to this pharmacy over Meijer ANY DAY. I literally wait MAYBE 10 mins in the drive through line and at meijer its always either 30 mins to an hour.Idk what ppl are talking about saying their slow, their probably just impatient.I think its a greaty ran pharmacy.
Store is clean but pharmacy is always slow. The man that works in front is rude
I absolutely HATE that I chose this pharmacy!!! The wait is always insane. They never have enough employees. And they have not had enough meds to fill my script the last 4 time I have went there. I live an hour away and constantly have to drive back to this walgreens at least 2 times every time!!!
Despite the mandatory order of wearing masks during this covid-19 pandemic, their staff does not all wear masks. Came in around 5 today (April 24) to drop off a fedex package. A younger girl worker, overweight with brown hair, proceeds to walk up to me and scan the package while in my hands. She had no mask on and stays standing directly in front of my face asking what kind of receipt I want and then hands me the phone to type in my #. Where is the safety protocol??? No mask?? I could’ve slid my package onto the counter and she could’ve asked for my # instead of me touching the grimy phone after her. I’ll never come back here
My 5 yr old daughter and I were in Walgreens today around 3:30-4ish and the cashier and my daughter got on the topic of snakes, frogs, dogs, and dinosaurs. He told my daughter how his younger brother loved dinosaurs too and his favorite was the triceratops. They conversed back and forth until I was done paying and we told him to have a good day! I was so happy just at the fact that he took interest in what she had to say. She loves talking to people and we have ran into workers at other businesses who wont even acknowledge that shes talking or telling them something. Anyways, as I was getting my daughter buckled in her carseat, the worker came running out and told us to wait a few minutes and that he had something for my daughter. He came back out and had bought her a bucket of dinosaurs! I couldnt believe it! I didnt catch his name, but thank you so very much!! She played with those dinosaurs for almost 4 hours straight when we got home! So beyond generous of him to do!! We have always liked this Walgreens location!! Great employees that go above and beyond!
Caught this pharmacy shorting medications multiple times and highly recommend using another pharmacy and their customer service manager at corporate level treats you rudely and hangs up when you question their best practices and their following of state and federal guidelines, policies and laws as they pertain to opioids and other medicines. Be sure if this youre only alternative you make them count the medicine in front of you.
This is the utmost worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with. You have to wait at least a month before they will fill a simple script such as Diabetic test strips for medicare clients, even the doctors have agreed they are difficult to deal with they can not even do a simple task as faxing paper work that the doctors office fills out for medicare. I can not believe how rotten the service is even after waiting a month to get a trying to get the strips for over a month I still had to wait 30 more minutes for them to fill the script... What a joke. The Pharmacy staff at this store is the most rude people I have ever dealt with. I really hope that people start turning this pharmacy in to medicare. I only gave them one star because you had to give them something... I would of given them a negative star.
Huge shout out to the pharmacy staff! They are nothing short of amazing, Im missing Cody, but Im extremely happy with the hard work, dedication and customer service I always recieve from James. He goes above and beyond every time! Thank you James, you are appreciated.
Pharmacy customer service is rude and couldnt understand that proper dosing syringes and stoppers need to be given with liquid prescriptions. Cant wait to switch to a different pharmacy.

Customer service at the pharmacy is getting bad and with the exception of a couple of people rudest people Ive ever delt with in the medical field.
Very slow moving, dont expect your prescription or photos to be done when they say they will be.
