I use to love coming here, but the service is terrible and they never have anything. I sent my husband in to get some things for me and of course they didn’t have any of it in and a customer had to tell the employee that I think he needs help, that’s absolutely ridiculous. This place is a joke and they need to stop hiring people that do not know anything about the salon industry.

First time I had to listen to one woman talk about her divorce and the inappropriate details as to why it happened. Second time the same woman made me feel very unwelcome third and last time there was annoyed by my questions, acted as if I had a time limit and it was up. Told me that would be my last time there since I had an expired student ID which I totally get but the way she went about doing it was so unprofessional and embarrassing. Also, pretty positive that this lady was a manager. As if I want to come back to your dusty ole store anyway. Lastly, the self tanner I had bought was expired and when I went to spray it didn’t even work. When I tried to shake the bottle it sounded as if it was one big hard clump .. it was like $20 so not too happy but I definitely won’t be returning or exchanging after that last encounter. I prefer Sally’s anyway. The guy that works at Sally’s is always amazing!

The sales people are friendly and always there to answer your questions. The store is clean and organized. My go to for my supplies.

Drove my girlfriend from Albion here after she got off work at five to exchange hair product.. Showed up at 5:50 PM to the doors locked and called them answered by Girl named Morgan who told me sorry they closed 10 minutes early and there is nothing she could do about it.. She refused to open the door and serve us after a forty minute drive during their business hours!! What a joke!!!
