We were blown away with the transformation that took place in our Kitchen! We have no regrets in trusting Assured Flooring with the first project we took on in our home - updating our Kitchen.Their workers were professional and courteous. Everything was done in a timely fashion and we are so happy with the end result. Looking forward to using them again for our future home projects!

Every single thing they touch they messed up. From not ordering enough tile to laying it out sloppy and having to redo it. Also messed up our counter tops and cut the wholes wrong for the faucet so they have to get a knew slab for us. Then again messed up other tile in a different room. They never finished grout that was suppose to be done on a very very small part on our floor. I get no response now. I would never use this company again.

Abbey & Johnathan were so professional. They worked with me to get my bathroom vanity done in an expedited fashion. They have a beautiful selection of stone& very competent employees. We had an unusual sink-very long “trough” sink another company would not touch. Johnathan did not hesitate to take on the challenge. The result is beautiful & I whole-heartedly recommend Assured flooring& counters!

These guys are the best, we had new Quartz countertops installed throughout the home including the fireplace surround. They also installed a tile backsplash in the kitchen and tub areas. They were always professional, on time, quick, and clean. I will definitely be back when it comes time to consider flooring updates. Thanks!

No matter how overwhelming building a custom home can be, one thing remained calm. The customer service, quality, and overall ease of working with Bradley at Assured remained stress free. From the moment we walked in the showroom door, he treated us like we were the most important customers they would ever have. Bradley was patient with me in my indecisiveness, made recommendations that I would never have thought of, and answered all of my questions, no matter how absurd they were. Their work was impeccable, and we definitely look forward to working with them in the future for an outdoor kitchen. I would recommend them 100 times over!

I don’t post many reviews but I had to do it for this company. From the start, Corey made everything happen for me. He was such a great salesman and a wonderful person all around. He went out of his way to get me the best quote. Then, the guys who scheduled the times for my countertops and backsplash were very considerate and made my times work. My husband and I both work FT and they were very considerate. Then also the installers, wow. They were in and out and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the mess while installing. I was left with no clean up. I am so impressed with this company from start to finish. I have already recommended them to people and I will continue to do so. I did a lot of research with pricing as well and Assured was top Notch for the price as well as the finished project. I’m so glad I went with this company. Keep up the good work guys! 🙂

Great atmosphere right when you walk in, all employees greet you with huge smiles and friendly service! I worked with Bradley Smith and he made the entire process so smooth. I went in having a certain vision and he made that come true for me. He even made suggestions that I didn’t think of which completely transformed my kitchen. I would recommend this place to anyone! Can’t beat their prices much less the personable vibe.

I just had quartz counter tops installed by Assured Flooring and they look amazing. I had great service from beginning to end. Lots of questions that other retailers in this area didnt ask. Got a much better quote too!There was even a glitch with the installation but Jessie came out to the house immediately and came up with a solution that was agreeable to all. They were even able to finish the job that day. Very good experience all around.

Corey at Assured was a huge help and got my install done early when I wanted to get my house on the market. The granite countertops look great, the price was reasonable, and the staff and installers were great.

They did replacement of countertops, backsplash, bathroom tile, and fireplace tile. It has been about 5 months and we are completely satisfied. The work was done professionally. They re-used my existing sink, which saved me some money and did what they said they would do.One small issue was the grout next to the countertop cracked and it took a couple of weeks of me calling to get them back out but they resolved it.If you are like me and a little skeptical about spending 5 figures on upgrades, it was worth it. My wife was insistant and in the end she was right.

100% recommend Assured for all your flooring and counter top needs! Great staff and quality work.

BEWARE. They will run you in circles without a care in the world for your time or schedule. Quality of work is poor at best. When they worked at my house, they took wood of MINE to use on their job; when confronted they completely denied it. The grout work on the backsplash was cracking within a week and looks horrible.Ownership has complete disregard for you and is obviously willing to cut corners, lie, and even steal from you. Pay a little extra and go somewhere who values their customers.
