Prices are reasonable and the owner is friendly and helpful

They literally open when they want. Not joking.. 9:30 right? Well it’s 10 and no one is in sight. If you need something, this place is unreliable. If you want to go 9/10 times it’s probably closed. Along with the lunches taking 2 hours as well. Very unprofessional.

Very rude. I went to purchase some hair dye and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. When I went to pay she asked if I had cash. I told her that I did not and she started tapping on the register asking if I could see the sign that stated there was a $10 minimum for card purchases. I did not see the sign because of all of the clutter in the area. I had no issue paying the $10 and would have found additional items to purchase had she been a bit nicer about the situation.I do not expect special treatment, just common courtesy. I will definitely not be returning and I do not recommend anyone else shopping there.

Love this place. I dont get offended when the workers walk around because Im not a thief. And also I realize their location is in the Hood and so they may get sticky fingered costumers from time to time. I use to go to Walmart on burbank but they never have what I need and most natural hair products are extremely expensive there. But this place has a wide variety of products and tools for reasonable prices. Theyve got rollers, rubber bands, hair, ECT.

Went ro the store, had sign up saying would return at 2! Was past 2, still not open! If it was a white area with white clients, they would not handle their store in such a way! Sad thing is, its the only hair store in area! Black folks, lets start our own

Store sucks...never have anything...not 24 hours they close at 7pm...management sucks...they follow you around like you a thief...like let me breathe...i used to got every day until the workers left
