Orders are always ready on time never late the younger staff there are always so kind and friendly! However, I give this low rating because of the one older lady with dark hair I believe shes the manager every single time I go in there she just has this dark gloom and shes always so rude. You can definitely tell shes not a people person. Shes supposed to run the store and she can barely talk to the customers accordingly.

Tried to go to get ice cream, but they had locked the doors 15-30 minutes before closing. The employees inside just stared at us when we walked up and didn’t say anything.

Good experience. The staff was friendly and made everything as we specified. We had some delicious ice cream, then i took advantage of the buy-10-cookies-get-3-free deal for a birthday party later.

Highly recommend. Helpful staff. Large array of sweets to choose from. Excited to visit again to try more menu items and seasonal items throughout tye year. FYI - The blueberry muffin cookie is to die for. 🤤

My experience is with the app and the overall company, not specific to this store albeit this is the local store to me.With that said, I was trying to make an order in the app but I kept getting an error message. I tried to reach out to customer service but there’s no email listed on the website and when you click “email us” it pulled up the gmail app but no address or anyway to contact the company. It’s sad to think they can’t even have a function app nor a way to contact the company.

This store is amazing!!! The customer service is otherworldly 🌎 🪐. Super good ice-cream cookie sandwiches!!! Will be back!
