I enjoyed the customer service I received as soon as I walked in. I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and was led to the most perfect pair of glasses with the most perfect fit. I chose the black and blue frames by Tiffany and Co. Such a luxurious and classic style! The one that assisted me, Andrea, was extremely attentive to my wants and needs. I didnβt feel rushed at all. In addition, she helped add all of the quality finishing touches to the lens by adding protective features and a glare-free finish! I left the store truly happy! I absolutely cannot wait to wear my new frames for all to see! Good service like that is hard to find. Thank you so much Andrea! You are a blessing! π€ π
Called in right before closing to get my lenses installed right before closing. Was met at the door by the only man badder than Chuck Norris...Lance, who was more than willing to help. After a few adjustments I was on my way. One of the better customer service experiences Ive had. Lance is a life saver. Would DEFINITELY recommend this location.

This place is AWESOME! From the phone consultation all the way to picking out my glasses! I will definitely be back for my next exam specifically here. I purchased a pair of Versace frames for almost $600 thinking I would get a few years of wear out of them. The lens popped out frequently which was annoying but I could always take them back to the store to get it fixed so it was no big deal. Recently the screw broke in the frames so I took it once again to have them repaired only to be told by an associate that they donβt have any tools in store to fix the issue. Which is strange being that they had the tools to install the screw in the first place. The warranty is only good for a year so I would basically have to cough up another $600 to see again. Going back to Americaβs Best!

Beyond my expectations! I went to find a frame for my prescription and left amazed by the quality of their service, care, knowledge and variety of Luxury brands. At LensCrafters I had the option to get a Protection Plan that is amazing for my customized Gucci glasses. LensCrafters has a reliable protection plan unlike any other place. I fully trust them with my vision needs. I also found out that I can go to any LensCrafters in any state or part of the world and they will replace my lenses and frames using my Protection Plan and I know they will be taking care of my needs. Lance is the store manager and I am very thankful for the patience, care and knowledge I received. LensCrafters is beyond expectations and I recommend it to all, specially my friends and family.
If you want good service and even better quality frames and lenses, this is the place. At doctors offices they can put lenses in but at lens crafters it is the original rayban lenses, MADE BY RAYBAN. I mainly get sunglasses prescribed and have been satisfied every time. Jeana helped me out and Jerry is a safe bet too

Our first visit was a delight for our family. The eye doctor was more knowledgeable and gave us better explanations than any other we have used in the past. The staff was very friendly and patient with our young child. We really appreciated getting to use the digital eye camera system instead of having our eyes dilated, since we are sensitive to the eye drops, even though it cost a bit more since our insurance did not cover it.
Jeana was very pleasant and professional to work with!!! When I come back I will definitely be looking for her.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I was browsing around for glasses and nobody came to assist me or greet me. I was in the store for 20 minutes and nobody ever tried to assist me! Once I went to them and picked my glasses on my own the sales rep started adding things that I did not ask for on the price. He did not explain anything and when I reached the counter, the price was $100 dollars more than what he quoted me!

Would give zero stars if able to do so. I presented for my appointment and was told that the internet was down and all patients would be rescheduled. I canβt believe there is no backup system or disaster recovery process for addressing these issues without affecting customers. I did not reschedule because I cannot do business with a company so ill-prepared for issues such as this. They are clearly not a customer centric establishment.

The process of ordering glasses from these people is impossible. Iβve been into the store and ordered online 4 times and still havenβt got glasses ordered. Donβt do anything to help or explain how to get glasses ordered.
Nice manager/staff. High price and shaming warranty (a glasses manufacturer said when I contact about a broken glasses). It is regretting that I bought two glasses this year there. I wouldnt never go to there again.

I used LensCrafters for over 10 years and I have always been happy. This year I went and they charged me over $100 ($180 total) for my eye exam than last year.They are now a complete RIPOFF. Go somewhere else and save a lot of money.
Doctor was nice, but they messed up my lenses and wanted me to pay for the new ones. I cant wear my glasses at night because of the glare across the lens. Terrible!
One of the ladies helping me looked me dead in the eyes and told me they couldnt make the glasses I already have on my face in my prescription. Everything I chose they told me couldnt be done. When I finally found some they could do....which I really wasnt in love with.....they told me they couldnt do the lenses I wanted. So what exactly can they do? Useless waste of time.
I had a contact lense exam and the young lady putting my contacts in had fake nails with glitter polish paint on them. That was unsanitary. I felt like I had rocks in my right eye. I told her and the optometrist but was told that I would get used to it. When it was time for me to take the contacts out, I realized that the right contact had been torn when it was put it which caused the discomfort. They did not have any more contacts in the prescription for my right eye, which has the worst vision, so I had to get a lower or higher prescription for my trial. I really didnt feel this was standard procedure. I called the following day to report that my right eye was blurry and constantly watered. I was uncaringly told on the phone that they could not do anything about it and that my contacts a would be in within a week. I called customer support and the only resolution I got was the same answer. No apology for causing me this issue... Nothing. Not even seeming to be concerned. I will not refer nor become a repeat customer of this location nor company. I am very disappointed!!!!
This store is extremely understaffed. The Dr. was too busy to spend the time to properly fit me. All of the equipment used during my appointment had to be rebooted, plugged and unplugged to get it going. I will not go back again.
