I primarily utilize the optical department. Buddy is excellent. Ive never been disappointed with any of the many pairs of glasses hes done for me over the years. One of the best things about Buddys customer service is that if he is available, hell adjust your glasses while you wait. Love doing business with Tom Waters Optical and Buddy

I have been coming to Tom Waters for boots and workwear for 20 years. Today (7-26-2021) I had the absolute worse service. The lady behind the counter didn’t go out her way to help at all and made me feel like she was upset that I was even in the store! I won’t be back, it was that bad. It was like the Popeyes of boot stores!! Hope they get it back together!!

TOP QUALITY FRA CLOTHING!!!

I purchased a pair of double H work boots here on Friday 3/6/20, Once returning to work I put on the boots to realize they slip on my heel and are a half size to large. I immediately put the boots back in the box to return them. Fast forward to today, Tuesday 3/10/20 I go back to the store at lunch to exchange the boots for the next size down. The lady working at the store claims that they were excessively worn and refused to exchange the boots. She says that she would not be able to resale these to someone because they look used. I argued with her and showed her boots from the store with the same crease marks in the toe, but she would not budge. So now I have a pair of 210 dollar leather paper weights. So just keep in mind that when making a purchase here it is final(even though they do not express this before you pay), and if you try to return/ exchange something they will make up an excuse not to help you out. I suggest trying a different store with a more helpful staff.

This store looks a borderline sketchy whenever you first see it or first walk in but the employees are nice and the products are top of the line work boots and FRCs, along with other products for working outdoors or in a professional work place. They have an eye exam place inside now too where you can get glasses.

Staff here are always so pleasant and welcoming. Items can be a lil pricey, but they are name brand, I mostly come for the sales. Awesome sales & markdowns. People are so nice I usually spend more time visiting with staff than shopping. Lol

I enjoyed working for Tom in 2012-2013 during the transition of the store front. This has been an amazing journey. Customer Service is the most important thing to Tom. If he does not have what you are looking for, he will search for you to acquire it.This family owned store is one of a kind, come join him for a bottled coke or a cold one on Tom.Still work for him Part Time, come see me on Thursday evenings.
