I love this uniform store. Always my first choice when I need new scrubs. Really good sales so you get more for your buck especially since scrubs arent that cheap. The owners are nice.

Owner allowed us to come in right at closing and was very helpful with a postoperative attitude.

Great selection of uniforms at reasonable prices. However the 2 star rating comes from the outright rude woman that owns the shop (or works there.) Worst customer service in the world. She followed me around the store and made it a very uncomfortable shopping experience and basically threw my receipt at me after I made my purchase. I felt very unwelcome.

I shopped at this store for school uniforms, and I had exceptional service. The workers of the store were very attentive and made sure everything was smooth from the moment I entered the door. I am definitely going to patronize again.

I went to a few stores in Baton Rouge to find some scrubs and was very pleased with the selection and prices from Uniforms Etc. compared to other stores.The man working was very helpful and kind to me. Overall, I was pleased with the customer service and the store.I will be going back there to purchase more scrubs from there in other colors! I definately will recommend to others as well.

I bought all my scrubs and lab coats here!! I was there for about two hours and was attended with a lot of patience! I don’t have to go anywhere else. I even got my white hospital shoes! If you need anything related to medical fashion and accessories don’t think twice on going to Uniforms etc.!! Really satisfied!

I experienced great customer service and a wide selection. The only thing I would suggest is to try on the youth tops before buying. (The medium ran more like an extra large once I got it home and she tried it on.

I buy all my scrubs at Uniforms Etc. They have a great selection of styles and they always have they newest, most trendy scrubs. They have tons of sizes on the floor and even more sizes in the back. If by an off chance they dont have your size on the floor or the back, they are more than happy to order it for you. Since I am a regular, they ordered two styles that they normally dont carry at my request. They definitely take care of their customers! They even help me keep my kiddos happy while I shop around. This is my one stop scrub shop!

Went to the store 2 days ago, the man was very helpful and nice also, I’ll give him an (A+) for customer service, offered me a 10% discount. Which was nice. On the other hand the lady was very rude, she watched me from the time I walked in also, followed me around the store. Only me no one else ! I found it to be very disrespectful when she rung me up, slammed the receipt and pen on the counter. Looked very angry and shaking as if someone touched her. She couldn’t even open her mouth to greet me nor tell the customer have a nice day.She was so mad she didn’t even give me my copy of the receipt. Once I turned around to get my receipt,she threw it at me as if I wasn’t someone. I found her to be very racial profiling. She couldn’t open her mouth to say one word. She’s very rude and had extremely poor customer service.

I just went today to buy my scrubs for the upcoming school year and was very impressed with the service I received. She was very helpful. She had a large selection of scrubs in the colors I need. Ill go back when I need to restock. :)

Worst service ever the lady in the store watched me the whole time as if there was anything I wanted to steal out of a uniform store. I am a hard working woman that does not have to steal anything from anyone or anywhere. She could not show the customer that was checking out any attention because she was too busy looking at a big pregnant woman that walked around with just my wallet, keys, and phone in my hand. I have never been to a store where I was watched the whole time while shopping. Will never go in there again and will also let friends and coworkers know to never shop there. If there was an option not to give a star they would not receive 1star. FYI every black person is not a thief....

My experience at this store was extremely unpleasant. The salesperson in the store followed me around, even waited by the door of the dressing room while I tried on a few of the uniforms. She was rude and unwelcoming.

There are some store carry only expensive scrubs, some carry low quality dress.Few store only for scrubs, few carry only school uniforms.In this store you will find every thing at reasonable price. Service is good. I encourage you to visit this store before your next purchase and hope you will like it.

I love this store!!! Wide variety of uniforms and colors.

Person working the floor was extremely rude when it came to asking questions. She acted as if I was just supposed to know where everything was in the store. Also, when asking for alternate sizes and styles, it was demeaning being told that “we just don’t have that here” like I was just supposed to settle. Being a shorter male, I need a petite style scrub bottom so I don’t get written up because of overly long scrubs. Paying money to have them hemmed or cut isn’t an option especially for their price. When I finished trying them on and put them on the return rack, I was asked “what’s wrong? Nothing you like?” as if she was guaranteed a sale upon trying them on. Very horrible customer service and definitely won’t spend my money there.

Haven’t even been to the store called ahead to see if they are open, due to the virus and some random number texted me and said “This is from Uniforms etc we will be open tomorrow at 5:30pm” and it’s not even the same number I called...so yea I’m not shopping here that’s unprofessional to do that.

The prices were right and the selections and styles are good.
