Disorganized managers, terrible employee communications, and pretty much clueless . If 0 stars was an option it would’ve been my first. Footlocker is your best option if your looking for shoes at the mall.

If you are looking for a hassle free purchase, go somewhere else. I went in store and ordered shoes; despite giving my ID for verification of spelling/address, my information was entered incorrectly in system. I was told that nothing could be done to change it on their end and I would need to call customer service. The store could not print a receipt due to Covid either and the salesman spelled my email address wrong -so the receipt did not email to me. When I called customer service the representative verified my information was correct. I found out this am, that this rep was looking at an order from JULY! NO ONE has been able to give me the information I need to help resolve this issue! I will NEVER walk into this store again. I could have honestly rolled my windows down in my car and tossed out $200 ~ equivalent to working with Foot Action in Mall of LA!!

Found the shoes my daughter was looking for...decent price...the girl who helped us was nice and helpful. HOWEVER, what is the deal with the LOUD ghetto hip hop blaring from the sound system?? It was like we were in a BET video... I get that we have to appeal to the youth - but can someone PLEASE have some discretion in what is proper for the public??? I would ask any Foot Action rep to walk in this location, unannounced, and see if that is the proper image for a professional business.
