Racheal was absolutely amazing! I came in last minute because of my tires and she still made me feel welcomed and did everything she could to help me! Her customer service is always great!!

DO NOT bring your vehicle here if it is foreign. I have a Volkswagen Passat I went in for a quick oil change on September 5 2021 Sunday because they were the only people open and my car has spent this month driving there and back. The oil change was a decent price she even threw in a discount but two days later I have no oil in my car. I hadn’t noticed it been slowly leaking oil. I had to bring it back 3 times to be repaired. The second time I brought it back the the store assistant said it would be ready in 30 min I came back in 2 hrs and it was still in the air. She went to the back and I’m guessing told them to lower it because from the second I left the store a big pool of oil is on the side of the store. I brought it back immediately. I finally got the oil fixed properly for the fourth time by the manager (hopefully) but I was driving on the interstate yesterday and my under hood flew off!!!!! It was so dangerous and I couldn’t find it. I’m bringing my vehicle back once more to request for them to pay for it and bringing it elsewhere to be properly put back on. I wouldn’t suggest bringing a Volkswagen there. Good customer service but very poor repair services.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! They were so helpful in answering my questions and looking at my car right away. While other places told me it would take hours for them to even look.Daniel fixed my car way quicker than I could have imagined, and on a Saturday!Ill definitely continue to go there.

Great experience! I always get nervous when dealing with car repair, but this place really helped me out. The staff was awesome!!! They got my tire fix super fast!!!!! Chase was beyond nice and I dont know how name but he was nice as well!!! He had blonde hair and tattoos. I felt so welcome and not rushed!!!! Wonderful job everyone!!!!

Today I came in to get a brake light checked. The process was speedy and the staff was greet. I was shown great hospitality and the the customer service was immaculate. I would definitely recommend.

What an incredible business with even more incredible employees. My tire pressure light came on around 5:45 pm and I was about 1/2 mile away from the nearest tire place. I wheel in in a panic and ask if they have time to look at my tire, that I may have something in it. Long story short, I had managed to run over a drill bit. Rayna (Manager) couldn’t have been nicer. We chatted while her mechanic promptly fixed my tire. Rayna insisted that it be patched the right way instead of the typical way of fixing a hole. I was in awe of their kindness and that although it was after their closing time, neither were bothered to help me. There was no attitude or anxiousness, just good people helping a customer. I am forever grateful for their kindness and knowledge and I will be back!!! If you need anything at all done to your vehicle, please consider stopping by and using their service. I think you will be very happy you did.

Great place! Everyone was professional.

Incorrectly balanced my tires. They stuck weights on top of weights which is a bad practice imo. Theyre starting to come off after a few weeks so Im starting to feel the effects when Im driving.This type of wheel is supposed to have hammer on weights anyways and this could have been easily avoided.On the bright side they informed me they didnt know how to give my vehicle a Alignment so at least they didnt mess that up.

Love the Highland location because their rack is big enough for my truck. Rachel was the best in locating a set of tires asap for me and I will continue to do business at this location

Daniel was great, I pulled up my wait time was less than 5min before my car was being pulled in. I got a computerized alignment and was in and out in less than an hour.

I was on my way to my daughters dance review. We stopped for breakfast at a nearby business on highland when i noticed my tire was flat on my truck. A good samaritan helped me remove the tire and brought me to Mavis. When I explained my situation to an employee named Slim he stopped what he was doing and told me that he had my back so I would not disappoint my daughter. And that is exactly what he did!! Not only did he diagnose and repair the tire, but he gave me a ride back to my truck AND installed the tire!! These days service like this is hard to find, we made it to my daughters dance on time. I will be back for sure!! Thank You Mr. Slim!!!!!

Mike and the team were great to work with and very efficient. I came in for an alignment and the Mavis guys went above and beyond and resolved a couple of other issues as well.

Terrible experience. Charged me $20 for a pair of windshield wipers I didn’t request. When questioned about it, claimed it was part of an oil change discount. Also filled tire up to 50 psi (32 psi is recommended). Hopefully they managed the oil change correctly. Stay away.

Nolan was super awesome at this location!My car took a little longer than expected and he was great communicating everything as I waited. The guys in the back took great care getting my car ready to go after I had to get 2 new tires that were quite a pain for everyone. Highly recommend if you need to get tires checked, patched or replaced!

I came in one afternoon and visited this place for my tire light, a recurring issue I had been dealing with for months. I had been back and forth to Price Leblanc Nissan in Gonzales, because this is the manufacturer for my vehicle. Very first time I asked could they check my sensors on my tire as well as the tire itself, I was told nothing was wrong with either. A few days later my tire light was back on, so I called in and scheduled an appointment and went back. I sat for nearly 3 hours before they told me there was a nail in my tire and they were working on getting this patched. By then I had been there quite a while before anyone got to me or patched my tire. That was my second time there for the same issues with this tire. I had to continue to put air in this tire even after I left and they charged me 50 dollars!!! For a patch? I ended up going to mavis and Ran into Rayna & Darian! They were amazing and had great customer service, I would advise anyone to give them their business. Darian checked my tire and found the nail still in the tire ! Royal Nissan in Gonzales had never patched my tire, in fact they aired it up, after I sat for hours and paid my money to get a service that was never provided. Darian checked all my tires and in fact none had patches or was even plugged. He replaced it and apologized for a mistake he didn’t even make. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Thank you my fellow EMT Rayna & keep up the good work Darian!!! Exceptional Service, Rayna even typed a letter so that I could get my money back from Nissan! How great is she?

The car I rented had a leaky tire. Went to get an exchange but none were available and was told the easiest thing to do was patch it. Called around to a few different stores that had long waits for a Saturday morning. But called this store and was able to be seen immediately. The fix took only 20 minutes and they did an excellent job. Make sure to press 2 to speak directly with the shop.

They were all super friendly when we stopped in the way home to Texas with a flat. They were quick & have a nice, kid friendly waiting area with toys.

The manager was great, very professional and knowledgeable regarding the services for my car and even made a better recommendation for work done than I originally planned on. Great knowledgeable prices and the tech was great as well. I believe the names were Rob and Chad for the manager and tech, but nonetheless over A+ service, speed and customer service.

I called Wednesday and ordered tires, the manager Rayna was very nice and scheduled an appointment for 11am Thursday. I showed up Thursday at 11, the weather was terrible, they were slammed with customers and Nolan was able to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. In and out in just over an hour.

Jeff, the manager at the Mavis store I went to at 9:15 on a cold, rainy morning, was great. I was in and out in less than an hour.I also bought a super windshield wiper blade.Great service. Great products like the Michelin tires I have used since 1964.This one went on my 1984 Mercedes Benz that i bought at the German factory.Mercedes. Michelin. Mavis. They all say quality.

Visited there this morning when a competitor couldn’t take me early for some tire work. Mike at the front desk greeted me and took my car as soon as I pulled up. Roy was the technician that took car of the rotation and tire inspection exactly as I had asked for - criss cross pattern. I appreciate it and will be returning as this was my first time trying out the shop.
