I dont write reviews, but I just have to...Ive worked with them on a few products over the years and their customer service is EXCELLENT. A pleasure to deal with. Lauren helped me get a throttle cable sent out same day and it was painless. Not sure Ill ever have another brand on mud motor.

Customer service is outstanding. I ordered parts over the phone, and they knew exactly what I needed. It is very nice to talk to real people that speak English and know what they are talking about.

They need to work on the quality of their throttle cables and trigger completely junk on number 3 the handles are so long its hard to run in the woods definitely not for crawfishing they should offer neutral for all surface drives alot of killing and starting it!! Think about everything I had to say about the surface drives bf you buy I run them every day and I can tell you that its going to work you to death hard to handle hard to turn while cruising the more weight you have the worst it gets I can go on and on and dont for get to tie it down when youre hauling it so it doesnt bounce all over the place and bend the trim tab save your money buy a gator tail 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Simply put, they are not out to gouge you. They put a new shaft, bearings, seals, grease cup, welding job and galvanized it all for $388. Id say it was an outstanding job, like new. Great job
