It took about a week to repair my bike and it was wayyyy cheaper than what i was expecting. they were really nice and made it easy.

My tires got dry rotted and I didnt know how to fix them. The guys at the Bicycle shop fixed my bike real fast and it looks great. Everyone was very nice. I would definitely go back.

I bought a new Trek Road bike from a shop in NO and I was having issues with my bike fit. I couldnt do a good 10miles without issues. I made an appointment with the bicycle shop for a bike fit and they got me straight in 1 session. Made a few adjustments to my bike and Im back to 30+ miles. They guys there were nice, professional, and made me feel welcome. Highly Recommended bike shop for the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.

Donated three kids bikes. The place is a repair shop and its great. Got a look at some refurbished bikes for adults and kids and they look brand new. Definitely shopping there for my next bike.

5 stars to 2 stars. Had to make an appointment to fix my presta valve, which was a pain but understandable given the pandemic (and honestly its good to see that theyre taking it seriously). Three days later I went to pick it up. When I went to ride it later it was flat. The valve still wont take in air. Best I can tell I paid them for bike day-care, because all it did was sit there for those three days.

Great guys and really helpful. I went there with a used bike to get it checked out and tuned up. They helped me figure out a couple of questions I had about the bike. Gave it a through look over to make sure everything was safe before starting work on it/giving it back to me the next day. They serviced my bike very fast the next time I brought it in as well less than 15 min and I was good to go again.Was so happy with the experience I brought my friends full suspension trek in to get serviced as well.I think I found my bike shop for life guys are nice/fast and do quality work.

I purchased a cruiser style bicycle last week from the bicycle shop I was very impressed with the service! The employees are so professional and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to try and help me and meet my needs as a “new rider”. It was a wonderful experience and I’m so pleased. I really love my bike!

I bought a brand new bike from the Bicycle Shop. When I wanted to upgrade the components on the bike they where not helpful in the discussion of options. I got an attitude and smart mouth answers. Ive spent over a $1,000 in there store. Disappointed in customer service.

Went in for an emergency tube change for a friend when we were riding campus, we was stranded except for this shop.They were very short with us, made comments that suggested I was not listening or stupid towards their new policies and situation, and ultimately turned away / lost our business refusing (rudely) to help us change the tube any time today or this week.The staff will be very rude and the owner will continue to be.I understand times are tough, I am very polite to people considering.There is no reason to treat anyone the way they treated me and my friend especially when we approached with patience and grace.My friend called someone with a vehicle and went to Front Yard Bikes.

A traveler stop by for a Dahon folding bike shifter cable replacement n dont have time to drop it off so the guy got me what I needed to fix it myself. It was perfect! All good to go n so much better. Thanks guys.

It doesnt look like much but you will be hard pressed to find a better shop in Baton Rouge. The mechanics are overall top notch. The shop carries mainly Specialized products but they have a few other brands of bicycles and a fair assortment of clothing, tools, and accessories. They offer bike fittings as well. If they dont have what you need on hand they will work with you to order it and get it in as quickly as possible. This is a great shop!

Being new to the area, We are very pleased we took the ride and visit this shop...Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable.They were very fast in putting together the bike rack that we ordered and checking our bikes to make sure they are in good shape. Thanks Guys!!!

Dont know why some of these reviews say they have an attitude? Well they do!! I had such a pleasure dealing with all the people in the store!!! I brought a bike in that I didnt even buy from them and they tuned it perfect in under an hour. I highly recommend them as did my friend Dr. Phil. I ended up buying accessories from them that cost almost as much as the bike did!!! Try them out and see for yourself.

This is my geaux to bike shop. Most friendly and down to earth staff. They have been helpful to me for the past 10 years.

Tom and crew tops in ordinary time and, now, virus time. Covid hours posted on the door and the shops answering machine.

I am traveling cross country and the bearings in my rear wheel wore out. The shop went out of their way to do an emergency repair to my bike so I could finish the ride . This is the kind of LBS you can depend on!Thanks again

I was on a cross country tour and was in dire need of a new wheel for my bicycle. I looked on Google for bike shops in the area and the review the clinched it for me was the review that said this shop was a bunch of bike snobs. After reading that I knew it was the shop I needed because what I needed was a shop that knew what they were doing. I was finally able to hobble my bicycle to the shop and they fixed me up with a new wheel and gave bike the proper maintenance it need since the shop I went to in Austin had screwed things up.Overall I found them friendly, knowledgeable, and the right folks to get me rolling again.

These guys were super helpful. I had a bamboo bike frame I needed to put on the plane home. They got me a box and a rear axle to prevent crushing. No charge, they just wanted to see the bamboo frame as payment.Great service. Im not from Baton Rouge, but if you are checkthem out for work on your ride.

I have been to this store three times; the first time I went to buy a tool to tighten my handle bars. I found the tool in under 5 minutes and it cost less than $15. The second time I came here because my bike chain kept falling off. It was a simple fix and the worker fixed it free-of-charge for me. After my experiences before, I came here again when my bike had a flat tire. They fixed it in under 15 minutes and it cost less than $20. Overall, this is a great store.

Poor attention to detail on tune ups. screws and bolts came undone 2 weeks after maintenance. Mechanic was rude and made excuses when i brought it back to be fixed. was rudely shuffled out the door when i tried to ask if anything else would be messing up in the future. ALL I WANTED WAS SOMEONE TO GIVE IT A PROPER ONE OVER TO MAKE SURE THE MECHANIC ACTUALLY DID A GOOD JOB. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. Everyone is much better off shopping at mid-city bikes.

Bunch of bike snobs working here. Ive had several bad experiences here, but the worst was when I went in for a specific product and the dude behind the counter just said Yea, we have them . They suck, you dont want em. But instead of offering an alternative, we just both stood there in a stalemate. Im like, well I dont know where to go from here. I want to give you guys money, and youre turning me away. Guess Ill go to Pedal Play (btw that place is awesome).Bicycle Shop has a stranglehold on campus, and thats to bad. They have a poor variety of brands (only specialized for bikes and pumps and tires, kryptonite for locks, etc.) Plus theyre WAY too expensive.
