Took a bike to get some work done on it I was greeted politely as I walked in the door and courteously as I walked through out the store .. While I was there my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They repaired the bike at a very reasonable price .Highly recommend to all ! Will continue bringing business to them !

Capital Cyclery on Florida Blvd was fabulous. My repair was done right away and not 2 weeks later as I was quoted by the store on Essen Ln. Mark showed his experience and knowledge by having me out in less than an hour. Great job you guys!!!!!

Dropped my bike off for tire repair. I was helped in a timely manner but you need to know to go to the back to talk to repair. They were helpful, got my bike from my car, safely distant and upbeat.

Didnt seem to care we were even there. I understand inventory is low but i was willing to spend a thousand dollars on a bike they should have at least been considerate enough to ask if i needed anything. First time i have been treated like that in there store. Florida and airline store. Not professional.

I called the store to inquire about 20 inch girls and 24 inch boys bikes. The man that answered the phone told me about one style of bike then rushed to tell me you just have come in and check em out. I then asked if they carried more selections to which he responded this aint Walmart, we dont carry them cheap bikes. Now some of this behavior may be expected during holiday season, but this call was on the January 2nd. America what happened to customer service?

I went in looking for a bike for my son for Christmas, Ron was very knowledgeable and recommended a few options. After thoroughly explaining everything we ended up buying a haro for him and I.

I ordered a bike from capitol cyclery and put a deposit down. Capitol cyclery told me the order was confirmed and the bike would arrive in 2 weeks. On the day it was supposed to arrive, the manager calls and says the bike was never ordered and was very rude and unapologetic about the situation. Big waste of time getting a bike from here

Very friendly staff. I went in not knowing what I wanted or was looking for. one of the guys showed me a few bikes and explained the difference in the bikes. When I say he was knowledgeable, he knew the ins and outs about the bikes. Ive purchased 2 bikes from this location. Im looking for a third bike for my son. It will be from one of the Capitol Cyclery location.

Staff is friendly, reasonable, and knowledgeable. They helped me get set up for almost no cost with my brand new Worksman bicycle when the company had been giving us the runaround for a week. Excellent experience.

Extremely unprofessional

I wont do business here again. Please do your research before bike shopping. I was sold a 2 year old bike at the same price it sold at when it first came out brand new in 2010. The current going price for the bike at shops was hundreds of dollars cheaper. Manager refused to budge on the price, when I called and asked her to work with me, I could hear her in the background yelling to just bring the bike back. Promptly brought the bike back the next day and got my money back. I learned my lesson, not all businesses are going to deal fairly with you.

The employees have always been courteous and professional when Ive taken bikes in for repair.
