Ive taken my truck to them for years after getting ridiculously over-priced quotes from other shops around town.Dennis swapped my trans, and repaired my lower ball joints for literally THOUSANDS less than I was quoted by other shops. He invited me in the shop to show me exactly what he was doing, I never had to call and ask for an update because he always reached out first to let me know the status of the repairs. 12/10 would recommend if youre a cost-conscious college student who cant afford to throw down an entire life savings just to get back on the road.Fast service, honest people, and flexible with options for repair and payment. Theyve got a life long customer in me.

Great staff! They treat you like family. Went to a place to get a diagnosis on my car and they tried to overcharge me. So I came here and they did a free diagnosis on my car and didn’t charge a lot to fix the problem. I recommend this place to anyone !!

About tires at one time on one of the shop trucks for a company I was working for. They were near our job site and the people were extremely knowledgeable and prompt in the work that needed to be done. And yes they were there on their prices and very professional. I did stop in there recently to get a set of tires on my personal pickup. It is been a while since I have bought tires for my truck so I wanted to ask what was the best tires out there for my vehicle at this current time. I was definitely given knowledgeable information as they had tried several of the tires that they were referring to for my own vehicle. I got price quotes how long it would take to get the tires there if they didnt have them and all the other pertinent information. Now on the flip side, I did not end up purchasing tires from them this time. I did go by one of my local tire stores in my area. And to my surprise they not only had the same tires with the same free warranty and all other considerations. Yet this new store that I went to was not offering new store prices because theyre in the area. They offered me and everyone that came in that day and extremely more than extremely fair price. The 10 ply tires E Rated for my diesel pickup truck at this other shop that I did purchasing from were $800 less. I am thankful and grateful as I am on limited income and we all know that everyone needs to make a profit when they run a store. But it sure is nice to come across another store that will save you that kind of money and still be just as nice and pleasant and have everything else that they need to show you theyre not a fly-by-night company. So when I do give my opinion on the store where I did buy the tires I will let everyone know. Thank you for your time

Wonderful people! I’ve had 3 cars over the past few years and I’ve taken them all to Burbank Tire & Car Care and they’ve taken great care of me. In just about all cases, I received same day service. The biggest thing I’ve found is that they’re completely honest about the needs of your wheels. I recently bought a new car and after taking it to the dealership for a routine check up they gave me a maintenance recommendations and a quote. I immediately took the car to Burbank and they gave me a much more affordable price and let me know that I didn’t actually need some of the additional services the dealership recommended. Just all around great people. Keep up the great work and keep the tire boat out front!

I had a flat and went to this place the man told me he had my size on my car and end up putting a tire on any ways that was not my size. So I was in a rush and i noticed my tire light was still on I took it to another shop and he sold me a tire with a nail in it. And I called and he told me I could have picked it up any were. How. And I have other tires on my car that never had a nail in it. And that was the only tire he had he says. But never did he say from the beginning that he didnt have my size tire. He just put it in cause he knew I was in a rush to finish my deliveries .

I came here to get either my tires rotated & balanced or a front end alignment. Well the worker told me i needed balanced & rotate. Well i agreed & as i did i noticed my cell phone going dead, so i asked if they can put my phone on the charger in my vehicle, being that it will be charging as they worked on my vehicle, the guys immediately said no maam you dont have to do that we have a charger am sure you can use. As one of the worker brought me his charger out of his car, the other one went got a charger that i can charge my phone & still use it. Being honest am actually giving a review as my phone charges. Am a very busy lady so i really need my phone. Thanks Burbank Tire Care Center, its good to know we still have Great Customer Service out here in this Corporate World. And yes they have GOOD Coffee.

This place was recommended to me by a friend/coworker who is from Baton Rouge. I live 2 hrs away but my son (who knows absolutely nothing about cars) lives there. Zolee, the owner, has gone above & beyond! He even offered to go look at a used vehicle before I bought it for my son. He is honest & I trust him 100%.

I wouldnt take my vehicles any where else. The sign says honest, fair and good. In my opinion they go above and beyond for the customer. Highly recommend from fix a tire to engine repair.

Totally recommend this place! I stopped thinking I just needed to have a tire fixed, ended up needing a new tire which they didnt have in stock but he sold me a spare and switched my good tire off of my bad rim and put it on my good rim for FREE! and sold me the donut for $5 less than he wanted because I didnt have enough to pay for all of it! I would have been stranded in Baton Rouge with no way back home if it wasnt for BURBANK TIRE!

Love, Love, Love this place! On more than one occasion they have been honest with their work, saving me hundreds of dollars. The last occasion, I was having trouble starting the car and it looked like they would have to replace the ignition, but the mechanic called and asked if I had another key. I did and it turns out my key was just worn out...save me $500!! They could have just replaced it and I would never have known the difference, but they aren’t like that here. So very, very grateful!As I sit here waiting for them to repair a flat tire, I am just reminded how rare honesty is these days and very glad for this place.

Z and his crew are a pleasure to work with. They have always taken great care of us. We have been taking our cars to them since we moved to Baton Rouge and have never been disappointed. Theyll always take care of what you need and never try to upsell you on things you dont need. Their prices are great. We tried taking our cars to local dealers a few times and every time weve walked away with more expensive, lower quality work. I also appreciate that theyll show us what theyre seeing and explain what it means, make suggestions, etc. These guys are awesome -- I cant recommend them enough!

I have never had a car problem they could not fix, I have only once had to leave my car overnight for a repair, and I have never ever had anyone be anything except polite and professional with me. Ive been in Baton Rouge for about 6 years, but just recently started bringing my car here. The service is outstanding and I never feel like Im being ripped off or lied to just to gain a quick buck. Im a young female college student, and while everyone else always tried to gain a couple of hundred dollars off of me, they did not. As long as Im here, I will bring my car to be serviced here.

As a 2016 flood survivor rebuilding my life, finding a trustworthy mechanic who is reasonably affordable was important.The guys will pick you up or drop you off at home, I’ll say this, they have my trust and future business, give them a try!

I went to get a new tire in and all I can say is you really can’t beat the price ( literally half the price of the people down the street from them) the customer service or the efficiency. Definitely recommend!

They were honest and very helpful. I went to what was Wilds Car Care for 25 years and always had great service until it was sold to Goodyear tire (cr of Perkins and Seigen) So I was lucky to find family run Burbank Tire and Car Service. Dont go to Goodyear.

HONESTY.One of my biggest problems with mechanic shops is being screwed over.These guys were 100% honest with me and with my tires/brakes.There was a HUGE opportunity to take advantage of me and they didnt.I will NEVER go to anyone else!They listened to me and instead of shooting prices and cutting me off they took my car in and talked to me and let me know exactly what was going on.They care about their customers and I am so thankful!!! Couldnt ask for a better experience -friendly people, quick service, great prices. Ive been there twice in the last month - once for my check engine light - apparently the dealer hadnt really been doing the free oil changes they claimed as my oil was so dirty you could spread it on bread. Secondly, for a slow leak in one of my tires - in and out in 30 minutes for under $30. As for the negative reviews: ALL state inspection centers require cash ONLY and of course, theyre not going to use another shops codes!! Great shop, real mechanics that will take the time to show you whats wrong, fair prices. Recommend highly! ~Mrs. John Mayo

I was hesitant to come because of the poor reviews, but decided it could just be people exaggerating. I was wrong, and they were right.How can you cheat someone that bad for their money. Brought in my car a couple days ago and they told me I had to replace a lot of things, which was the cause of the engine check light. They gave me a estimate of how much it would cost to fix the issue.I decided to go to a different place and they found out it wasnt a big issue and got it fixed right then, without the big bill.Avoid

They suck. Had my car there for a week, they ordered the wrong part. The dealership said the part was on back order but they claimed they had the right part. I told the guy this behind the counter and he said he thoight it was the right part. No double checking on his part after I mentioned the fact to him. Said I needed brakes...they lied. Well never go there again.

Cash only for inspection. Inspection hours differ from store hours. 7-4 pm. I got there at 4:12 so I was to late for inspection. I wasnt terribly encouraged by cash only and some of the signage on the building.

The staff there is great. Spoke with Joseph about my Kia after going to Kia. Those guys at Kia recommended repairs that equal a downpayment. Took a chance with Burbank Tires. Was able to get the jmajor repaid down for 1/4 Kia estimates. Will definitely go see Joseph again!

I would give negative stars if I could. These people are so rude and disrespectful. I had a blow out in front of their store and they wouldnt help a girl out to put her spare on for her. Lost my business. I was going to buy a new tire from them and get my oiled changed. But instead I will take my tire business to Southeast Tires in Midcity on Flordia. They are very nice over there.

Went to get an inspection sticker and I guess the girl did not know he had a dashcam? I watched the recording and said something that was uncalled for.Posting this for my friend after he showed it to me.Smells like chinese in hereThe car was JUST bought and had the new car smell...? Which is why he was getting the inspection stickerAnd yes he was asian and she probably saw him in the lobby.Now we know not to tell students/people to come to this place and they only had sticker for one year for $18? All the other places have two years and cost $10/$15.
