This place was fast and efficient!!! Very friendly staff and the owner waited after hours for me to drop off my car. My Chevy Impala was damaged badly due to fallen gravel from a wreckless truck driver who failed to secure his load. I had to get a new windshield and grill. Repairs to the front and top of the car(dents and holes from the gravel along with a new paint job as well***Crystal Pearl color****due to the rain some of the holes started to rust!!! I dropped my car off on June 28th and it was ready for pickup July 2nd!!! You cant tell that my car had any work done!!! Thank you Hai and your great team at United Collision!!! Very nice lobby and work atmosphere for a body shop!!! I felt very comfortable and welcome.

I dropped my car off on Wednesday afternoon for minor repairs. To my surprise, the work was completed by noon on Friday. They did a fantastic job!

I love this place. I dropped my car off Monday and had it back Wednesday before the holidays! The staff very professional. They kept me informed everyday of what was going on with my car. They repaired my bumper and tail light and some other paint damage from an accident. The car looks brand new now. The staff is very friendly especially Dawn and Vicky. They provide timely updates and delt with the insurance company directly so I didnt have to. Definitely would come back here again.

From the moment I called to see if they were part of State Farms select service to the moment I picked up my van, the service was above and beyond my expectations. They called me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me updates on the status of my vehicle. Ms. Vicky to her time to explain every little detail to me. Got a new Honda Civic and someone ran into the side of it. Car got sent to United on like Dec 20, I got my car back Dec 31. And it looked like it never been in a wreck. They also called and updated me on the progress of the repairs Tuesdays and Thursdays. I would say they are def worth taking your car to, if you want your car to look like it did before.

My experience was fast and efficient. My car sustained front end damage. It was scheduled to be dropped off on Monday 12/5. After i dropped it off i was informed that more damage was found outside of the intial estimate, and that repairs would not start until that Thursday 12/8 the that it wouldnt be finished until the following Friday 12/16. Well they finished my car on Monday 12/12. The car which is a 2016, looks like it was never wrecked. I am very thankful and pleased how quickly and painless this part of the process was. Thanks.

I would recommend this collision center to my family, friends, and whomever is reading this review. Last year, when my 2011 Toyota Camry was wreck on the side, I bought my car to United Collision. When they finished it looked like it was never wrecked. This company took their time with my vehicle and the employees were very nice. The owner is wonderful, he ensure your are involved with details of your repairs and really wants the customer to be pleased.
