The guy had the nastiest attitude ever I been in customer service over 15 years never seen anything like it I would NEVER go back there and he told me out his own mouth that he would charge me more for the minor work I needed done a truck paint job starts at $699.99... for a partial side bumper paint over he wanted to charge me $700 for a Honda accord!!

I took my vehicle to fact-o-bake on 7/6/20 to have several dents removed and to get repainted. I paid up front and was told my vehicle would be completed in 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I never received a call, so I called to get an update on my car. The first time I called was on 7/24/20, and I was informed that they were running behind, and they would begin painting soon. The second time I called was on 8/5/20, and I was told that my vehicle was finished.When I arrived to pick up my car, I noticed the paint was messed up in a few places. It looks as if something/someone touched those areas and it made an indent or scratch. I dont believe they prepped the car before painting. I informed them about the problem and was told I would have to pay them to repaint the ruined areas. Fact-o-bake didn’t take any responsibility for their mistakes.When I got in the car there was paint smeared on my steering wheel, dashboard, and other areas of the car. I also received my key back with paint on it as well.I would not recommend fact-o-bake to anyone. They only do a great job for a certain group of people.As I was posting my review, I notice another reviewer stating how, “Fact O Bake did a great job…”. The truck in the picture was the same truck I noticed at their shop. Also, if you google the location of their shop the same white truck is out front in their parking area.

Well, I know the owner of the company…I got my hood and the top on my 06 Toy Thunder Sr5 painted…I actually liked the paint job….My complaint was the inside of my vehicle….I didn’t really bring this up to Mr Gerald after I got home….I did think the inside would be detailed after completion….There was paint, dust, smears from top inside to floor…I had to pay $105.00 to have cleaned…..

We had a 10 year old box truck that badly needed a paint job. We brought it in and they was fair with the price and the truck looks brand new now.

Took my car in to get a fresh coat of paint, just to give it a fresh look, now my car looks like it has faded spots all over the drivers side and the truck, When I took the car back I was told it was The old clear coat bleeding through, and was given a new quote to Fix their mess up No sir!! my car looks like who ever wet sanded it done a poor job!!!!! My car had no peeling paint and no damage too the old paint before. he tells me it was the paint job That I chose. As a business owner you should put your best effort in your work, are get real painters to do the job right, Im very dissatisfied this is unacceptable! would not recommend to anyone, wish I had left my car like it was prior to bringing it there!!!

Customer service is awful

I asked the guy how much to do the door jams at first he said 150$ but then goes in to oh you didnt go to us to paint your car so ill ha r to double that. This company will rip u off people. Dont trust them if you dont believe me just go and get a quote. I would give no star just makes me click one. This time its hard for all of us so there taking advantage of customers. If they delete this its OK ill repost tomorrow.(It said $150 on wall and the guy tried ripping me off and tried to charge twice as much) dont trust what they say you will get rip off

Took my car here too get repaired after a accident. When I picked my car up the hood was not aligned correct at all. My car as well as my windows was packed with paint over spray. When my wife take it back the owner was ruled to her telling her he wasnt going to stop what he was doing to correct the problems that they caused. Horrible job on my car and despicable service.. Place needs to be put out of business!!!

Wow!!! They did a fantastic job fixing my car that had 3 separate fender benders. I cant even tell where the dents were anymore.

Son got quote that seemed high. When i went to shop with him and asked questions the one salesman seemed put off with the questions and we ended up talking to the other guy. He seemed patient. We were told two weeks. One week later and $1750 we were told the car was ready. At the shop the salesman told us the paint stuck pretty good for not prepping. Went back later in the day about the paint runs and just missing some spots. They said unless the paint is peeling off the car there is nothing they are willing to do. So ask what does $999 buy you for the base price. Because labor is extra and so is paint. Im sure the owner is behind the tactics. Seems like the old Earl Scheib paint job. He used to advertise Ill paint any car for $99.95 must be his relative. Im sure the paint will get us three years. Was really miffed on the disinformation and the way the salesman misled the process.
