Had an amazing experience. JR made the process simple and easy. I bought my daughter’s car in December. He brought the car to my job. We test drove it, and he made the arrangements for me to get the papers signed. Then recently, my wife was looking for a particular vehicle. Once again, JR located the vehicle, brought it to her to test driving, and facilitated the signing process. He even followed up a few days later to ensure we were still pleased with our selection. This a good dealership but I wish they were a little more transparent with their fees. I went in and did an in and out deal and was charged 600 in fees on top of the ttl. They told me about the 200 transfer fee up from but not their 400 doc fee.

Traded in a vehicle but forgot a few personal items. Called the dealership and was told that my items were retrieved and would be mailed to me. They were not tried calling about them no one could help. I would have drove there and picked them up but they assured that they would be mailed. Dishonest crooks that will overcharge you go to Team Toyota.

No one speaks to you..unless you seem important..if you go in with jogging pants and look like you been working on your car slow response if you look in formal attire with cologne on they will speak..wish they treat humans as they are but they dont. the one further down airline close the womans hospital is the best. they serve you no matter how you look or smell. here they choice what customers they will serve best so this place do discriminate not on color but on statis..never answer phones and most them cant answer simple mechanical questions these people are just here to work not give service get a regular walmart reaction to this place... i been back forth bout 3 years and some people change but not the atmosphere...again must wear formal attire and verify what they tell you about your car

The brand Toyota speaks for itself. You already know you’re getting a quality car but if you’re also looking for quality service be sure to ask for JR! He seems to be their most seasoned salesman and will take care of any issues you have before AND AFTER you get into your vehicle. He’s the best!

Tried purchasing a vehicle from them, sight unseen. Called on a Tuesday saying vehicle will be ready towards end of the week. And they will call me back for more info. I requested a buyers order to do all the paperwork because they wouldn’t take a deposit down. Manager never sent a buyers order. Had to call this dealership and deal with about 5 different people to get information on this vehicle. I purchased flight tickets since I was told vehicle was going to be ready today 6/3/21. And I was just told the manager made a deal with one of his buddies and he’s holding the vehicle for him. Wow.

My car was has a moldy odor that came after a hard rain I took the car to 2 dealerships one in Slidell and New Orleans East apparently they really didn’t check to see if there was a leak or where it was coming from. I called All Star Toyota and spoke with Ms. Kelly and she gave thoroughly explained to me what has to be done to determine what the problem may be. Ms. Kelly had excellent customer service skills. Because of Ms. Kelly I’m willing to drive 2 hours to see what the problem is. I will update once the problem is fixed.

I walked into the dealership just to look at the vehicles. Mr JR walked up and respected that I was just looking. He didn’t haggle or harass me he was extremely helpful. He walked me through the entire process. I’m very pleased. And he was also available when I texted or called. I bought a new Corolla in 2018, paid cash. Even paid extra for the extended warranty. My wife drives the car rarely. After only 20,000 miles the tires are wore completely out. I have always brought the car there for rotation, maintenance, etc... After talking to the Service Department manager, he agreed that 20,000 miles is premature to be needing tires already. However he DID NOT offer any assistance to help find out why. Nor did he offer a explanation. Nor did he offer me any discount on a new set of tires. I bought the extended warranty but he said premature tire wear is not covered. He told me to call the manufacturer even though I bought the car from Toyota. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

My first experience with All Star Toyota did not disappoint. Would highly recommend salesman Chris Sanchez, on Airline. His easy-going, no pressure approach made a normally stressful situation very comfortable. Hes a good listener and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The service manager Mr Waguespack, has continually offered extraordinary support for any issue or regular service question that was offered his way. I have never had to argue over any price, service rendered, or mechanical job I have ever needed. The stealership name doesnt apply to this location, this staff is honest, Informative and not bullies. I have many places I could have taken my business but I refuse, just because of the comfort level this place has established with my family.

I went in to the dealership for a light that came in my vehicle. My car stopped on my so I had to bring right in. They took me in without hesitation. I had my children with me because the car was giving me trouble on the way to their school. My shuttle driver P.J stepped in and not only took me to work but my kids to school. He also picked us up on time! That exceeded my expectations he was so patient and nice. I offered a tip he didn’t take it. He was true defining customer service. Also Kelli was awesome! I was satisfied with my overall recent visit until 11/23/20. I went for a oil change and tire rotation. I also asked to have back rear tires checked. Air was leaking. Long story short they stated no problems with back tires. But my tread was level 3 and recommend new tires. Next day same rear tire shows low on air. Meaning you charged me for an tire rotation but didnt rotate the tires. Did you even check the tires because same tire is low. I complained and was only told when I come in again I can get a free tire rotation. Really Toyota

My oil got changed...after 2 hours.I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, and I arrived 10 minutes early. Only to sit there and wait for well over 2 hours. Why even bother scheduling appointments if youre not going to stick to them and expedite service? Honestly, I might have overlooked it, but about 30 minutes into my appointment, I got a text from their automated service saying it was Keith, and that they were going to take good care of my car, and that I could reply to that text with any questions I may have, and that Keith would respond. Well, after the first hour and fifteen minutes, thats what I did: I texted Keith to ask when my vehicle would be ready. No response. Of course. After it finally was ready, I got another text from Keith, saying he would send me an email to leave a review. No email showed up. Then, several hours later, I got another text telling me how Keith didnt accept anything less than 5 stars and asking how he did and promising to respond and fix any issues and asking if i would ever recommend AllStar. Well, I said NO. Because honestly, an oil change/inspection should take an hour or less. Ive done oil changes before; I know. The next day, Keith actually called me. Hes a real person. He apologized and told me he had no excuses and went on to explain that they were shortstaffed by ONE person. I asked: So is that why my oil change too so long or is that why no one replied to my communications? Keith seemed confused and just said yes, to both presumably. Ordinarily, I wouldnt mind, but this is the 3rd time Ive used AllStar, and Ive had similar experiences each time. It seems like after about 30-40 thousand miles, they could have managed to hire someone to fill that short-staffed gap. I should send them my resume; Im no mechanic, but I know how to change oil and I can answer a text message after I promised to. Very long wait times despite scheduling an appoint, etc. My pre-paid maintenance plan has expired, and I was going to add a new one, because I like the assurance that comes with going to the dealership even if it is a bit more expensive. But after this experience, Ill probably just find a decent mechanic or oil change place like Valvoline that can do the job more efficiently and actually communitcate better.

My wife and I purchased a Highlander from All Star yesterday (8/8/20). Brian Claiborne was our salesperson. I have to say, he couldnt have done a better job. The entire process was streamlined. I notified them ahead of time and the vehicle was pulled up and ready for me to look at. I had a price in my head on the purchasing vehicle and my trade-in and All Star exceeded both of those by a long shot,which eliminated the aggravation of haggling. All in all it was a great experience.

This negative (-) one star goes to Kenneth Bunch who was the worst service adviser we have ever come in contact with at this location due to his lack of communication and concern. I had to put my car in the shop for repairs which lasted two weeks total and Van who normally does our service was on vacation that first week and Van did let us know that so we had to deal with Kenneth which we thought was okay. Kenneth never calls back and he did not initiate many calls to let us know the status of our vehicle, Kelly returned the calls on a few occasions. He didnt call to let us know that the part was on back order and they were not sure when the part would be in. Thank God he went on vacation the following week and Van was back. Van gave us an update on the status of our vehicle and it was ready by the end of that week.

We were looking for the perfect car for our son as a graduation gift and already knew we wanted to purchase him a Honda Accord. After visiting several dealerships to no avail, we stopped by AllStar Toyota on a whim. Low and behold, Tim Ward came out to greet us, which did not happen at any of the dealerships we had previously visited. We told Tim what we were looking for and he said he could assist even if it was not physically at the Airline location. He found us the perfect 2015 Honda Accord for our son at another location, personally retrieved the vehicle, and had it available for us the very next morning! We test drove it and knew our son would love it too! We had never purchased a vehicle from AllStar Toyota in the past, but I can truly say, this company has a customer for life!
