For the 4th week in a row, they have failed to fill my pick up order. Last week, I had a page and a half of unfilled items due to unavailability, one of which was celery! I went in the store and filled everything on the unavailable list. This week, I placed my order at 8pm last night and scheduled a 3pm pickup. When I called, I was told they were really behind and they had not even started my order yet. I have called and asked to speak to a manager, only to be on hold 15 minutes. Apparently, we cant get pickup at the Batesville Kroger anymore.

1000 times better than Walmart. The cashiers are helpful and most actually say thank you. Unlike Walmart where you are treated unfairly, rudely and unprofessionally. Now some of the prices at Kroger are somewhat higher on some things but overall you still save considerably.

The Management is unprofessional. They have a high turnover employee rate. Majority of the employees they hire are indoctrinated in a hostile work environment and even gossip about customer s and their co workers. The only good thing about kroger is some of their products. Everything else about their store in batesville is a very seedy place to shop. Their pharmacy is understaffed and incredibly rude and lack emotional Intelligence when it come to dealing with customers. Their deli workers and produce workers are the most unprofessional kroger employees I have ever came across. I think they forget they work their at Kroger and dont represent the their company that they work for

I love this store...in general. But the service desk is rarely open at night. Please follow the posted hours. People drive there only to find it closed.

This is not a super store, but it carries almost everything. It is limited in some vegan staples. It does have a selection of morning star, gardeine, quorn, power bowls frozen foods, zoodles, and other noodles, riced cauliflower. I have not seen Shiitake noodles. I also have noted that there is not a section for gluten free products. They do carry some alternative flour, but not a lot of keto products. It does have a be large meats, chicken and fish department.The store is very clean and the aisles are wide enough for two carts to pass. The produce section is good and of a better quality than our local Walmart supercenter. I can recommend Kroger for fulfilling most grocery needs

Kroger is my preferred place to shop for groceries. They have a good selection of products, staff are friendly and helpful, and they always have great discounts. The location is also convenient for me. (For travelers, it is situated in close proximity to the cluster of hotels in the area.) If you are looking to save even more money, there is a Kroger app filled with coupons and discounts— just enter your associated phone number at checkout.

I LOVE KROGER!!! THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES. NICE WORKERS EXCEPT FOR A MEAT MAN. we will not get into that. Oh yes we will. Well my friend went to go get a steak cut. The meat man said why dont you choose one thats already cut. My friend say no I want the steak cut. He said to try pork instead of beef. Dear sir thats your job is to help customers get what kind of meat they want and cut it. The time it took you to talk to her you could have had it done. Ugh 🤦‍♀️

Why bother to run an ad when you never have most of the popular items in stock. I understand Covid is causing shortages, but when you drive a 2 hour round trip to shop it would be nice to be able to get what you need. Example: For two or three ads Progresso soup was advertised. Twice I drove there to get it. on the day the ad came out. Barely a few cans on the shelf both times. I asked the customer service supervisor if because I had driven a 2 hour round trip twice to get the items could I please have a rain check. I was rudely informed that they havent given rain checks since March. No apologies or sorrys for inconvenience.This poor stocking has been going on for several years, way before Covid.

They have great prices but not the cleanest place and the shelves are never stalked.

Please enforce the mask ordinances. I think 2 out of 5 shoppers had no masks. Try broadcasting a reminder over the PA system every 5 minutes reminding people to show some respect for their neighbors

Its always clean and organized with a great selection of foods. The produce section is always fresh looking. It has a pharmacy and you can buy, flowers, bakery and deli items.

I absolutely love the savings here. The selection of goods could improve. Also the lower rating is all your people working here have some of the stinkiest attitudes. You dont get a warm feeling from any of them. So sad... if you dont like your job find something else.

Five stars my friends in other N.E. Arkansas communities wish they had a Kroger. We do and it is awesome. For our area this is a quality store with great service, they will take your groceries to the car if you need and great sale prices. Good store.

Love the shopping but the employees need work alot of rude teenagers

Ive recently enrolled in their digital coupons app. and have been getting some good bargains. Also, according to my purchases, they track my preferences and contact me when the items go on sale. Also, on Friday mornings, they send me whats called Friday Free Download, which is usually a simple little product that I get for free. Its usually something like a Power Bar, or last week it was a chocolate Easter egg that they sale. Its nothing big, but hey, free is free.

Much nicer inside than I expected. Lots of organic items. Decent prices. Friendly cashiers. Overall a pretty good grocery store, much better than it looks on the outside. Day old bread rack has some really good things on it. Markdown items close to expiration located throughout store. Its like a treasure hunt lol. Frequently out of gallons of water and 2 liters of seltzer; and takes forever for them to look for more in the back, just to find out there arent any more.

Kroger has some good sales.Only thing I dont like is their parking lot; its hard to load groceries in your car & try to hold the basket at the same time, afraid of it rolling away or hitting your car or another car. I wish the parking lot was more level and not on a hill.

We will no longer shop ANY Kroger at any time. It’s disappointing Kroger would try to force employees to violate the Civil Rights Act in an attempt to have them compromise their religious beliefs. This corporate culture is so un-American.

Im a very regular Kroger shopper since its the best place in town for produce, organic, and vegan options. The manager is extremely accommodating and always happy to look into request items. I travel frequently and often visit other Kroger stores around the state, I only wish the Batesville store could relocate into a bigger space like many of the other stores.

Good hours, open early and close late. Much faster and more convenient than the other store. If you shop with diligence you can get some good prices on most stuff.

Its my favorite store. They have great prices and awesome deals. Their organic stuff is the best.

I really like how they did the remodel. Everything is laid out nicely. The only place in town I buy groceries. My only complaint is they are sometimes short on checkers.

Its a pretty good place for the area. I just wish I could find more of what Im looking for.

Really enjoyed the new bathroom and mobile carts were need bad . So much nicer all over store,an the pictures at entrance of Batesville is sharp. A lot more business here need to do something like that.

Worst looking Kroger I have ever seen. And when their bill pay doesnt work itd be nice if they put a sign up instead of letting you stand there forever while they try to fix their check machine which also wont work half of the time

Frequently out of sale items. Often long checkout lines. Many times you have to bring in a shopping cart from outside. Usually the service desk is unmanned. Sometimes they do have good sales prices, assuming the items are in stock. The recent remodel has helped with the odor in the meat department and they have added restrooms up front. The employees are allowed to smoke out front so the entrance smells like an ashtray. They did get some new shopping carts to leave in the parking lot. Twice, Ive bought items that were rotten when I opened them even though they were opened before the sell by date.

The store is great and clean and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Although, we do occasionally run into my wifes cousin.... So theres that....

The selection is not great, the layout is confusing and the pop coolers by the checkouts did not work (in summer? Really?) However, the staff is friendly and helpful and quick.

My favorite place for meat, vegetables, and fruit. Produce is fresh and meat is of higher quality than other stores. No matter how busy, the wait is still shorter than wal-mart.

Since the store has started an upgrade, quite a bit of the prices have gone up beyond typical inflation. And on the most recent trip, a female cashier just said she didnt know how much an item was and couldnt seem to figure out how to scan it even though she had no trouble scanning the rest of the purchases.
