Love their small store, great produce and meat (though I tend to have difficulty getting chicken so I am assuming its because it sales quickly 🙂). Its sort of out of my way but when I am on that end of town I do stop in.

Good store as long as you dont need customer service .nobody has a clue on what to do .

Food is ok but if you have to use the rest room I would not even go in you know its bad when even a 3 year old says its bad and not clean and when told they dont have and TP and pee is all over the floor they dont care will not be back will go to mountin home for my stuff

Constantly having problems here. Once upon a time it was a great store.Last time I was there I got a piece of meat that was rotten in the package. This time the cashier rang someone elses food up with mine then the CSM on duty could not figure out how to take the food that wasnt mine off. I gave up and just paid for the food and left.

The people who work there are friendly and are willing to help you

I would say that some people at the front checking out need to be more friendly an need to act as they are a live. Some just have the dead look on the face.

Pricing shocked me meats, veggies and packaged meats were higher than walmart and Kroger.. Maybe I went at a bad time. I did buy 2 loaves of bread for 99cents each.. The employees were nice and very clean..I have to shop where I get good pricing..

Everyone is so helpful. I shop there exclusively. It is a privalige to have such a great store in our community. Love the gas cards too just one more helpful discount offered.

I shop here weekly and its always been a pleasant experience for me. A few long time employees always ask me if Im finding what Im looking for. The lady in produce, the gentleman in meat dept and checkout. All very kind.

Not that clean. Okay to grab a few items when youre in a hurry. A few organic items but not much. Things do not seem very fresh here. Teenagers stocking shelves will not move out of your way and are busy having their own personal conversations rather than helping customers. I felt like an intruder trying to get my food. Then their boss came and shouted orders at them with me right in the middle, like I was in his way too. Uncomfortable. Pointless member card because they dont even scan it unless you spend $50 in one shopping trip. I still dont get having a card system if that is all it is for. I only go here when Im desperate because it is a bit closer than the Kroger or Walmart (which are both much nicer stores).

Great selection of drinks&kitty food&other items. Clean. Friendly workers greet you with a smile. Reccomend.

I love this store. Employees are always very friendly. They provide great customer service, and they always have a wonderful inventory selection to choose from. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop.

This Harps is convenient to us, closer than Walmart or Kroger. When we moved here, were very disappointed that they are such a small store, no bakery...really wish they had their famous Harps rolls 😁 They should definitely think about expanding this location, the more Southside keeps growing!!

Nice, clean smaller sized grocery. They have the basics. And some luxury items. Their own named brands Best Choice is highly visible in most categories. The fruit is very fresh. Their prices are higher than Walmart and Kroger, the meat and fruit is worth it, everything else check out Walmart. There is also a gas station. The prices are very good, lower than the name brand gas stations. The only place that might beat their price would be Walmart using their gift card for 3¢ off per gallon.

I want to thank robbie!! she was an amazing help. The other day i was late and had two sleeping kids that i didnt want to wake and she rounded up everything i needed and brought it to my car so i didnt have to wake the kids! i cant ever tell her how much that meant to me that day! Drive past kroger, drive past wal-mart, and come to harps in southside! its worth the drive!
