I have been taking GNC supps for 35 years and thought I knew alot until I met Robert the owner of Batavia GNC! He is very knowledgeable and truly knows how to help his customers ! Its sad to see the lower star reviews for things that the store itself isnt responsible for like holding specific inventory. Thats a choice and a luxury when locations hold specific inventory and shouldnt affect reviews.I stopped in today to grab some creatine and I met the owner who was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Very cool guy to go along with it.Recommended two products, one which was out of my price range and two, a more in my price range type product. Both great options but it was nice to not feel pressured into buying the higher prices item and nice knowing both products were reliable.Will be visiting again here soon. I walked in looking to get my health back on track with some supplements and had the pleasure of running into Robert the store owner. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in finding the right products for me. I just got done working out for the first time in 2 years and the pre workout he recommended me was absolutely AMAZING! Not to mention the protein bcaa and creatine were all delicious! 10/10 recommend. These guys are here to help

Awesome store. Awesome owner. I used to buy everything online to get cheaper price and no taxes but this store makes it work. They match prices and sometimes even gives you better deals. Definitely goes above and beyond. True signs of good ownership here. They truly want your business and will do whatever it takes to do so.

The experience at the GNC in Batavia was outstanding. Completely blown away with the customer service, supplement knowledge and the effort to lead me in the right direction. Robert the Owner at the location was not pushy with any products compared to other stores that I have been in before. He went above and beyond to break down products and steered me in the right direction to help with my health and fitness needs. I would recommend this Family Owned GNC for anyone looking to get great advice on supplements and to improve their health and fitness needs. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Extremely friendly! I never once had a negative experience coming to this GNC location. When I walk in the what I believe is the owner/manager always knows I’m there for my Alani Nu energy drinks lol.

As everyone else mentioned, very helpful staff. Store owner actually works here. He takes interest in his customers and it bleeds off to his employees. Also GNC is a quality product line. Have tried other products, but keep going back to GNC and GNC partners brands. Will frequent this store often!

Great staff that know the products well and can answer specific questions usually. They are eager to give samples and will even throw in a 10% for things youre on the fence about buying.
