Went in today for an eye exam. The staff were very very friendly and made me comfortablle. The lady Doctor Who gave me the exam was very professional and made me feel comfortable the best I’ve ever had and I am way up there in years. When it came time for me to pick out glasses it took a while because I am a little fussy and they had so many to choose from but she help me a lot. Very efficient with keeping COVID-19 sanitize I would recommend them to anyone.

Very UNPROFESSIONALRUDEUNORGANIZEDThey had me and my father take 2 trips and NEVER booked my appointment after confirming a time.They assured me they took my fathers insurance card and when we arrived they had us wait to tell us they do not take our insurance.

Have been going to Batavia Walmart for many years now and have gotten my glasses here as well they are all very courteous, always have a smile and ready to help. wish i could say the same for when you call the main number and need to talk to customer service or an associate. it is IMPOSSIBLE. IT CANNOT HAPPEN. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CALL OR LET IT RING THEY SIMPLY HANG UP. THE PHARMACY TOLD US THE SAMWE THING THAT PEOPLE CALL THEM TO TRY AND HELP THEM GET THROUGH. THIS IS SAD THAT WE HAVE TO BOTHER THE PHARMACY WHEN ANOTHER DEPT. IS BEING SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I GO TO ANOTHE WALMART NOW BECAUSE THE ARE MULTITASKERS AND DO A TERRIFIC JOB OF ANSWERING THE PHONE WHILE HANDLING RETURNS AS WELL/ MAYBE THE MGR OF BATAVIA COULD HELP THEM LEARN HOW TO DO THIS AS WELL. THEN EVERYONE WOULD WOULD WEAR A SMILE AS WELL.

My wife and I have always been treated nicely by the regular employees at this center. The temporary replacements have not been so good, but I still think its one of the best places to do eyes in Kane County.

Very pleased with the doctor and my glasses. Now l can see!
