My husband took my car in for a photo inspection for our new car on our insurance. He said they were pleasant but when I called to make the appointment the man was simply rude to me and seemed annoyed. He did not get friendly until he could tell I was getting upset with his attitude. But they got the job done and fast but that attitude spoiled my experience with them.
