They told me on the phone they had the tires I needed then when I got there for my appointment they did not have them. They tried to sell me a set of Douglas tire a off brand of Goodyear for more money and I would have to go to another store and wait 2-3 hrs not happy I took my business else where

I always look for a good deal when buying tires and Walmart never disappoints there. However, the service at this location is never good. It seems like every time I go there for anything it is at least a 4 hour adventure. Today was no different. I went the looking to replace 2 tires. I got there early because I thought that would work more in my favor. I told the gentleman behind the counter my needs and he said they wouldnt get to it until 10 as he was short a guy. It was 8:30 am. There was another customer ahead of me and he said I would be after him which would be more than 2 hours. So if I had stayed, it would have been a minimum of 4 hours for 2 tires. This isnt the first time Ive had to wait. An oil change takes 2 hours. Sat there and watched them take forever to get anything done. Better to buy the tires here and bring them elsewhere for mounting...

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I purchased tires 2 years ago and had a flat... to be honest I ran over a rock. I did purchase the road hazard warranty and they replaced not repaired but replaced my tire at no cost. The extended warranty cost $10 a tire and I wasn’t sure if I was ever going to use it but I did and it saved me $140 today. They were fast, friendly and helpful they even vacuumed my car. I would recommend coming to Walmart Auto Care needs.
Some good experiences but too many bad ones.My car battery died during some very cold weather. I checked online and was told they had two different models that fit my truck in stock. When I got there, and carried the dead battery into the store, I found them out of stock for the cheaper model and was told they dont stock the more expensive one (special order only.)The staff was courteous throughout the discussion, but the lack of organization pushes me to shop other places.
Dead battery - store closer to me out of stock so headed to this location. Was busy (45 minute wait) so decided to buy battery and head back to closer store to have installed. It will take just 5 minutes the female mechanic said. She installed it and I was done. Great service!!!
Well I had ordered a tire and recieved a phone call when it came in. I was told to make a appointment so I did for 6pm was asked to come in a few minutes early so I did. I arrived to have 1 tire put on our vehicle a few minutes before 6 and I was told they are running behind. Ok well how long could it take for 1 tire so I decided to wait. Well 1 hr and 30 mins later they got my tire on while I watched them dilly and dally. If your running behind call before I drive out there

So, a couple of months ago Id have given them five stars for their price and convenience, but they hired on this one older bald guy who has an attitude and dismissiveness, like taking care of customers is inconvenient for him. I thought that he may have just had a bad day the first time I encountered him, so I went back earlier today while it was raining, and they had literally zero cars being worked on when I got there, just a propane delivery truck making a delivery.Anyway, I wanted to buy some replacement wiper blades. Same guy was there. He acted like he didnt even see me. I stood around awkwardly for at least 20 full seconds. He wasnt busy. He wasnt taking care of anyone else. I am a big guy and was wearing a yellow shirt. Theres no way he could have missed me. Finally, I had enough. Rather than causing a confrontation and possibly being accused of harassment or some other outlandish thing that people with a chip on their shoulder about life tend to do, I just calmly left the desk and went across the parking lot.That, plus the way that the gray-bearded grump treated me on the 12th made me decide to pay *more than double* (not exaggerating) going across to Advance Auto Parts. Saving money IS important to me, but NOT at the expense of my dignity and self-respect. I will not be treated like a nuisance when Im paying someone for a product or service. Especially when there are at least a dozen other places right nearby who can fulfill my needs.Ive never seen that guy before the last two times Ive been to that store, so unless he was just never working when I was there before, he must be newer. Still, they never needed him and are wasting their money paying a curmudgeonly bum like him to serve their customers.
3 weeks later and still waiting for tires that I paid over 200 dollars for... SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE 24-48 hours!!! quick to take my money but can’t call someone to tell them where their tires are and be confused when I get frustrated... OVER ITTTT but watch them be quick to get me to pay for warrantee and what not when I get them. IF I EVER DO

Second time Ive been there and they couldnt do my oil change. Different car each time. Ill pay the extra to not have to deal with this.
Hard to say, sometimes good, sometimes bad. Long store short, bad product and worse warranty, Ill go to discount tire next time. Cost me more time and money going to Walmart. Long wait times. Hit or miss with service. Some of the automotive service people think they are better than you and real a#@ holes and some of them are very nice. Ill give a couple stars for the nice ones.

They suck watch them. Tire rotation only rotated 2 tires paid for 4. Took 4 hours for oil change and half tire rotation.
Wait is always too long. 2 hours for battery warranty
