The guys are great but sometimes not right with what’s needed, but no one is perfect. Always my go to though for parts and other needs.

This store used to be great. Many of the latest batch of employees are rude, lazy, and refuse to order parts when they are out. Many of them can’t answer basic questions, and make it clear they are not interested in helping.

Some good warranties, LIFETIME ON OWNERSHIP, NOT ONE PART LIFETIME,AS MANY OF THAT PART AS LONG AS YOU OWN THAT VEHICLE, BUT SAVE YOUR RECEIPT AND NOTE: COPY IT, WHY THEIR INK FADES WITH TIME! SO A PIECE OF PAPER WITH NOTHING ON IT IS NOT A RECEIPT!MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BUY A PART YOU BRING IN THE OLD PART TO MATCH UP, SAVE YOU TIME FROM GOING BACK AGAIN TO GET THE CORRECT PART AGAIN!

Jason is BY FAR the most knowledgeable and patient Auto Zone employee I’ve ever worked with. He’s honest and advises/sells me only what I need. The best part is that he’s kind enough to explain and help me understand what I’m buying and why it’s important for my vehicle’s longevity. Thanks a million for all of your help Jason!! :)

Bad costmer service! They forget advanced Auto is right down the street!

Just spent over an hour in this store trying to get a part and a belt that I had a warranty on I got the part but they refused to give me my belt cause it disintegrated and I didnt have a piece of it to show them. I understand policy but was just floored on how I was treated. Was given a lot of attitude and was spoken to like I was an inconvenience.

Jordan was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. She even taught me how to change out my windshield wipers!

I just needed a windshield wiper for my car so I came here and had some awesome help! It was nice and my windshield is fully wiped now.

Nothing against it Napa but we passed one on the way to AutoZone because AutoZone is the only place I usually go. In fact I will pass other AutoZones to go to my favorite AutoZone. I received the same service I have come to expect even at the ones that arent in my hometown.

One day they closed early another day they stayed late to help me out. Their warranty system is awesome. They do go out of their way to help.

Most of the customer service is great there is a couple oddballs there what dont really know what theyre doing and they shouldnt be behind the counter but overall I give him four stars I cant really knock the business because of the couple people that should not be working there great competitive prices price match and if they dont have what you need they ordered the same day or youll have it the next day

Its not that often you can walk in the place without a line... They dont have enough people working there for the amount of customers they get. The books by the oil filters need to be updated... Cant find anything on my fiances truck.. That and they gave us the wrong brakes 2 times in a row...... But the store literally has every thing you would need for a vehicle.. Even stuff thats not for a vehicle..!

Went in to get windshield wipers, and was greeted with a hello as soon as I walked in the door, but no mention of do you need any help? just a simple hello and then he walked away. I was staring at all the choices for a good 15 minutes and not one person came over to see if I needed help. After finding what I needed, there was one employee in front and 3 chatting in back, and it took 10 minutes for them finally to go back and ask for more assistance up front. The lady rang me up, did not even say hello or how are you, just grabbed my items, gave me a number, and I paid and walked out. Nobody asked if I needed help putting the wipers on (which i did) but some nice by-stander in the parking lot saw me struggling and helped me put them on. Terrible customer service.

The best service you could expect

Some difficulties with counter staff. They stripped two battery terminals in two of their batteries by cross threading my positive post into them. Finally I just did it for them.

Wrong parts all the time. The employees do not know what they are talking about. They need to get more people with more nalage about vehicles

I will never shop there again!!! I had to buy a car battery over the phone. They double charged my credit card and have refused to reimburse me the money for their mistake. All Ive gotten is a a bunch of runaround excuses. They keep insisting that they have given me my money back and refuse to see the proof that they havent. I will never do business with a company that blatantly steals from their customers. My recommendation is that no one else should either.

Im a manger at lewiston road and most ppl who come in for wipers know the size they need so if no one asked you im sorry for that and 9 times outta 10 if we see you standing there and you have the look of i cant read a book and find the size we come help all of my guys are awesome and wpuldnt trade them for the world so if you need the help for a headlight or wipers come to us we can usually do it some cases were we cant bc some cars need the fender wall taken out to get to them...I know alot of ppl like to think were a service shop WERE NOT..so dont get mad if we cant do something we do what we can so im sorry if you had a bad experience truley i am sorry

Went in there on sat, june 15, 2014,got a set of frt brakes for my silverado,,,,,,i drove to warsaw to have my son put them on,,,,,,when he went to put them on, 1 had a crack in it & broke,,, i had to buy some at advance,( i got the premiums pads for only 10 $ more )..when i went to get my $$$ back, i dealt with rachal,,,,,, she was VERY RUDE,,, i even told another employee, he agreed,,,,,i will NEVER darken the door of that store again !, and will tell everyone i know about this rude *****

Went there did not have the part needed said if ordered it by 1: pm 1:30 the latest would have by 3:30 checked around town called them before 12:30 spoke with the manager he said it would be there by 3:30 called them before i drove 20 miles ask them if it was there said no i ask to speak with the manager he said i told you maybe it would be in at 3:30 he did not say maybe he said he had nothing to do with them putting on the transport not very reliable manager put the women there in charge and fire that manager HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL P/S give HIM THAT HOSE I ORDERED HE CAN DO SOMETHING WITH IT

They have a scan tool and give you an idea of what you need for inspection. Generally most parts are higher priced.

Called them up about a pwr steering pump..very fast,friendly and they said the part will be in thier store within the day
