Extremely happy with the work that Boyce completed on my car. I worked with Jim, he was very professional and walked me through what my options were and how they could fix it best. It’s frustrating when you’re involved in a non fault accident. My car was damaged in 3 areas, my front passenger door, the rear passenger door and my tire. Boyce made it less frustrating. Due to all the damage, it took a few weeks to fix my car. During the time Boyce had it, they kept me updated and worked directly with the insurance company. They also arranged a rental to be available the day I dropped of my car. They are Lexus certified and my car looks brand new again inside and out. Would definitely recommend Boyce Body Werks.

Boyce repaired my vehicle after a fender bender. They replaced a fender panel and painted. They did an excellent job. Gaps are even and the paint looks great. I’ve used them several times. They always do a nice job. In one instance, they cleaned up my foggy headlights at no charge. On this most recent job, they touched up some scratches that were not part of the job. I would recommend Boyce and I would use them again.

Flawless, top-tier work! A week after buying a new (used) car, I badly scraped the bottom of my front bumper while backing out of a steep driveway: not my finest moment. The crew at Boyce were able to restore my car to like-new perfection! Although they ran into complications with bodywork from another shop (someone had glued the skid plate to the bumper), they were easily able to work around it to complete the job. The staff at Boyce maintained excellent communication throughout the process, giving me detailed updates along the way. They even installed an aftermarket front lip (that I purchased separately) to protect from similar damage in the future. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work. I’ll definitely return to Boyce Body Werks for repairs, though hopefully no time soon!

I had a snafu with my truck this past Easter. I was overwhelmed and didnt know what to do. I looked online for help, and thankfully I found Boyce Body Werks. They helped me through the whole process in a expedient and professional way. They took care of everything and made the entire ordeal painless and easy. They answered every question and concern and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Even dealing with the rental car company and insurance adjuster. Then comes the quality of work, I have a Dodge unfortunately, but after the damage I could not even tell the difference than fresh off the line.If youre looking for a good experience, good people, good quality, and less headaches please consider them first!

Boyce does a great job. From start to finish, They handled all the details of repairing my car and took as much stress away that anyone could when dealing with a dent in your car. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There’s even a resident dog to greet you and ease your anxiety,They made arrangements for car rental and communicated well during the process. Boyce is not the cheapest in town, but their work is quality.

I cant speak to the quality of work yet, as I havent gotten my car back. This review is mainly for the customer service. Throughout the whole process (past 2.5 weeks), there was a lack of communication on their part. Normally this wouldnt be an issue, Im fine with reaching out myself, but I kept being told they would call to update me if there was a change in the estimated pick up date. I dont have an issue with the delays, I just wish they were communicated to me sooner. I tried waiting for their calls, but once it got close to closing time I usually reached out. It wasnt until today, 1.5 hours before closing time, that they finally called first (although they called the wrong number). My car is done, but I wont be able to pick it up on Saturday. I was originally told I could. This didnt give me enough time to find someone who can pick up my car on my behalf. I had to reschedule a lot of plans/appointments last minute. On top of this, the receptionist, probably not realizing how much stress this is causing me, chuckled when she apologized. So that was nice.On a more positive note, Jared was always patient with answering my questions. They just need to improve on keeping customers informed so they can plan accordingly.

I recommend Boyce Body Werks to everyone I can. My FR-S was damaged and I immediately called Boyce. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. My car is a pearl color and it is a very hard color to perfect. I picked it up and it was perfect! You couldnt even tell my car was in an accident. They took care of everything for me and kept me up to date with everything that needed to be done. I appreciate all their time and hard work.

I had a painless experience here and they coordinated with my insurance company to get my car rental extended when additional structural damage was found! I was going to wait to post a review until the work was done on my car but the customer service experience I had made me think otherwise. I could not be more impressed with the level of customer service I received. They took the initiative to contact my insurance company to help find a rental car while I struggled to find one with Hertz. They walked me thru what they were going to do with my car in a very detailed, plain English manner. Laura and Taryn were awesome to deal with and genuinely gave off the family company vibe.

They did an amazing job fixing my car, and in pretty good time too. I did have one little issue with it a few days after I brought it home, but I brought it back there today and they fixed it again immediately. They are incredibly friendly people. If you are allergic to dogs, you might want to keep this in mind, because they have two of them at the shop.

Please read this before supporting this business! I hit a cars bumper and they told me they would only go to this repair shop to get their car repaired. The estimate they gave me stated $1,000 to repair the rear bumper that was not even cracked. The high charge was for 13 hours of labor to repair and paint the bumper. I didn’t want to go through my insurance because I didn’t want my premium to raise.I posted a review a few weeks ago because I thought they were overcharging me. In response, this company threatened me. They replied to my review and said that if I don’t delete my review they will not work on the car I hit, because they dont need a bad review. I deleted the review to avoid conflict, and I respected the other persons desire to get their car fixed here. A week after I deleted the review, I felt even more targeted when the company raised the estimate from $1000 to $1,800 for additional damages found. I feel like the price was raised as a result of my first bad review. I feel robbed by this company because they charged a high price knowing that the work would be paid for by a third party. The high cost also could have been because the women knew the body shop. They threatened me because of my review, while my intentions were to simply warn the public of the scam this company put me through. I know there are cheaper and other great quality body shops in the area that everyone can check out! I have a personal experience with this body shop as they have disrespected me online and took advantage of me. I am not upset that I had to pay for the damage I did, but I am upset that this company held my review against me and was very immature by threatening to refuse service to the other persons vehicle, until my review was erased. We have been taking our cars to Boyce for about 12 years and have always gotten excellent service. A couple of years ago we had a major accident and the quality of their work and their customer service was wonderful. We will never go anywhere else!

Boyce did an excellent job on my Hyundai Tuscon, very helpful and proffesional staff. The color match and quality was top notch, the bodyline gaps were spot on. The turn around time was exactly as quoted and vehicle was delivered cleaner than when I dropped it off. 5 out of 5 and top notch customer service!

Boyce Body Werks is our go-to collision repair service. They have repaired a few of our cars, our family’s cars, and did an amazing job at paintless dent removal on a few cars after a hail storm. Went on vacation acquired hail dents in my Ford edge the experience at Boyce was amazing Jared was honest didnt try and hold back any questions I had he answered right away and took really good care of us during the whole ordeal overall great place clean and organized as a shop can be was able to return my rental on site perfect recommend these guys to anyone sure they might come in a few dollars more than some shops but they back there work and there isnt too many shops around anymore that treat you as a person and not a number wanted to give a shout out to them thanks a lot !!!!! Turned out great !!!

I had some car issues over Memorial Day Weekend. I reached out to my director of service Daryl Nelson, who works with Lexus of Naperville.... Within a few minutes of submitting my request, I received a reply that Kyle from Boyce would be contacting me shortly. I then almost immediately received a call from Kyle, and since then, everything has been a breeze. Kyle and Mark and all of Boyce have been taking care of everything from A to Z and filling me in every step of the way. I have not seen the work but based on my experience so far, I have trust that everything will look great. I could not recommend these guys more, they turned a really difficult and stressful situation into something I could take off my shoulders and rely on them for. Could not ask for better service when your car has trouble. I will be coming back again, and again, and again.

Had my vehicle repaired at Boyce last August everything was perfect when I got the vehicle back. I delt with Jarred. They recommended an alignment after I got new tires.... As usual time flew by. 9 months later I got my tires and forgot to call. I noticed some work I had them sub contract out needed a little touch up. I called them up and without any issues or hassles, Jarred told me to bring it in and they would have it taken care of, plus alignment. Ive had a lot a vehicles repaired and Boyce has been by far the most attentive and stress free. 10 months later treated me like it was yesterday. If your looking for a no bs shop that stands by their work. I highly recommend Boyce.

I would love to tell u the great work they did on my beetle, but, I havent gotten it yet. I was told I would get my car monday, I called Monday, they told me wednesday, I call today, wednesday, the man literally asked me if i need my car today. Of course I do i needed it Monday. I hope to rewrite this with more positive comments when I get my car.I got my car back. I do not care why my car was late. It was late. If Im late to work, I get fired. Thats life. I am also not happy with the fact that boyce body werks gave my phone number and name to an outside a agency who called me from a blocked number, multiple times daily to ask me about boyces work. Now, lets talk about your work. My safety handle from my roof was laying in my back seat, not reinstalled although you charged my insurance to reinstall it. My front a arm cover for the interior if my car was half attached, reason being was the wires were bunched together, the clip could not reatach, veey professional. Lastly, my quarter panel should have been replaced with a new one just like my door to adhere to your supposedly fantastic guidelines and work ethics. It was not, and on a black car that is round everywhere you can clearly see the body panels difference from the other side.

All repairs are perfect.
